Good location but dated
The good: More than enough space for the six of us and had everything we needed. Great location super close to beach access.
The bad: Wish the pool guy had come to clean and fill before we got there instead of two days later really early in the morning while we were all in pajamas, no heads up. Property landscape in dire need of trimming and a blow, was clear it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Carpets were old, staircase needs to be rebolted to the wall, dusting had not been done in quite a while, upstairs shower floor was really old and no liner in the shower so water sitting on the piece of linoleum floor afterwards. No thermostat upstairs so bedrooms other than the master were really warmPictures of property reflect this when well cleaned and years ago, not current. SO many light switches with only a handful labeled so was a fun guessing game.
The ugly: Dust and pine straw accumulation and dirty windows made it look dark despite all the natural light. Property next door is under construction so a lot of noise. Tight entrance turn to front drive and overgrown palm made it tough to fit, enter, and exit a car. Can’t park three cars in the back and try to exit garage.
Summary: Great house design and was a stunner back in the day, just needs a top to bottom cleaning and some renovation to make it look like the pictures. Beds were so hard it was really difficult to sleep comfortably.
