Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. CO Springs

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this property for the last leg of our honeymoon! Very clean, spacious, close to everything, and contained everything we need. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

So upon arrival there was garbage left by the previous occupants. The host instructed me to pull the garbage bins to the curb for pickup in the morning, I GLADLY DECLINED! It wasn't MY TRASH to pull and the cleaning fee is 160. We are all responsible adults. Moving along, the property is well kept with a very nice and comfortable set up. Everything that you can imagine is there for a long/short stay. The beds were comfortable,linens were clean and pillows were soft. My kids especially liked the setup of the room with the bunkbeds. There is a garage which was a plus and I really appreciated having access to and a deck on the upper level, which conveniently over looks the street. Check-in was a breeeze and all instructions were clear. Communication was great and host responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and there are tons of food places, shops and adult entertainment close by. This was overall one of the BEST places I've had the pleasure of staying at. A definite must if you're in the area and need a home away from home. I highly recommend and would gladly visit again and again!

Enjoyed our stay!

The property is as advertised, well appointed, and comfortable. We loved the sitting room downstairs, it was cozy and the fireplace added to the experience. We have already made reservations to come back this summer!

This property was great! Walking distance to everything, clean and easy check in process. The only con was doing the laundry before we left. We will still go back and stay here. It was clean and beautiful!

Great location!

Beautiful cozy home. We went with another couple to watch my son play basketball at the college. Amazing location. We could just walk downtown! Beautifully decorated and owner was so amazing!

Fantastic location. Mountain View was awesome. Walked around the old colorado city area shops and restaurants. Close to Manitou Springs, Gardens of the gods and pikes peak. House was everthing advertised.

Not worth it. Dissatisfied. Not clean.

Not very clean. Towels like at a car wash. 4 old plastic wineglasses. Sheets not fit or stay on bed. Expect you to pull sheets and start laundry while charging $140 cleaning fee for not clean place. Do not recommend

Fantastic location, super comfy

The location of the farmhouse retreat could not have been better! Three aging college friends met for a fabulous long weekend. The beds were more comfortable than home, the place had everything we possibly could have needed. When we messed up the push button lock the host was super responsive. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Nice place and great location!

We enjoyed our stay! This place was nicely decorated and was in the perfect location for everything we had planned to do. However the coffee pots did not operate properly, the bed blocks the air vent so it was hot every night, and there was mildew in the shower. Just needs a little fine tuning.

Old Colorado City Farmhouse Retreat

Ours was just a quick overnight stay, so we really did not get a chance to take advantage of the lovely property. It was nicely decorated and well appointed. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. The area was convenient to local attractions.

The location is good. For two people the size was fine but if all three bedrooms were occupied, the bathrooms would have been very tight. The layout is strange with the kitchen upstairs and the living room down. It's not as clean as I like but comfortable.

We liked it so much, we booked it again - almost a year in advance. Walkable to lots of restaurants, equipped to cook and eat in. Great spaces to gather - front porch, family room (downstairs). New table added to open kitchen area, perfect for game night.

Fantastic Vacation

Beautiful duplex only a block from Colorado Ave where you will find many shops and restaurants. The kids loved the short walk to Old Colorado Creamery! They also loved the bunk beds and drawing on the easel in the bedroom. I loved the very short drive to Garden of the Gods and Manitu Springs.

Cozy, clean home in perfect location!

We were thrilled with our stay! We are a family of 4 with 2 kids (ages 9 and 11). The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The kids chose to sleep together because they loved the bunk beds, though they could have had their own rooms! The beds were cozy and the house was immaculate. The location was amazing—we could walk everywhere downtown! The host was very kind and communicative. We recommend this house highly!
