Enjoy the luxery of this sea loft with all the comforts of home. Deer Island sea lofts are individual homes on a secluded Island within Sea Pines Plantation. As you cross the wood bridge onto Deer Island, you feel as if you have entered a neighborhood like no other where the deer roam freely along with the many species of birds that adorn the trees in this all natural setting. While quiet and secluded, you will enjoy walking or riding bikes to Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Equestian Center and Petting Zoo and the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. You will be within 200 yards of the Harbour town Yacht basin, shoppes and many fabulous restuarants. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, rest assure you will find the comfort and luxery of Hilton Head Island in the finest of accommodations. This 2023 two bedroom, two bath sea loft offers a large living area (with sleeper sofa), full kitchen and large deck with grill. This is a nature lovers dream vacation destination.

Pool: Enjoy Sea Pines Resort Pool Side at South Beach Marina Pool at 8 Portside Drive (pay at the pool daily for admittance). The free Sea Pines Trolley will take you to the pool, marina, beach and Forest Preserve from the Harbour Town Playground stop!

Cozy getaway

The property was very clean and loved the location. We made friends with this one deer that came everyday. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again!! The property manager was great to deal with.

Perfect Girls Getaway House

We absolutely loved this house!! So simple and sweet. Had many kitchen essentials & plenty of linens. The bikes were a huge hit in our party! We loved riding around the island. They provide spike ball and other sports equipment which we would have loved to use if it wasn’t raining :( Overall such a great experience with the property manager and this adorable treehouse. Highly recommend!!

Fun Fun Fun!

This is the third time we have stayed in one of Meredith Allain’s rentals on Deer Island and it did not disappoint. Check in was a breeze and the unit was clean and well stocked. Bicycles were included and that allowed us to take right off for our favorite haunts in Sea Pines as soon as we unpacked! The location was semi private and quiet and an easy walk into Harbor Town with it’s hustle and bustle. The best of both worlds. Meredith is very responsive. Any questions are quickly answered, any problems - we did have a small raccoon issue at one unit- resolved promptly. We hope to rent from Meredith for many years to come.

Treehouse review

We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect the perfect location. We loved that everything was biking/walking distance. The privacy within the trees was so gorgeous. We would definitely stay again! A few of the bikes provided were not the best quality and we had some issues, but we there were so many places to rent bikes in town as well.

Awesome stay at 2039 Deer Island

Staying at a place like this was new to us vs. staying at a hotel. This was very relaxing and enjoyable. We hope to do this again in early Spring. We love walking the trails and all Hilton Head offered.

Perfect quiet beautiful family getaway

This trip was our first venture out of state since covid began and we had the most wonderful time. The treehouse felt magical and the quiet yet beautiful natural surroundings were the remedy we longed for. We had so much fun and the sunsets thru the palms are what dreams are made of. The place was comfortable and inviting and had everything we needed for many a little adventure on the island. We visited the nature center, the stables and the beach numerous times. The short walk for breakfast, dinner or dessert in Harbortown made our vacation easy and relaxing. And for nights in, we had everything we needed with the kitchen and grill. Thank you for helping us to make so many lovely family memories. We had the best time!

Beautiful treehouse

I absolutely loved this property! I wish they had included the shit down soaking tub in the listing. I would have brought bubble bath the first night I was there. The views of the trees from the home was calming. I loved having the large windows on every was of the home. My daughter and I enjoyed watching the deer roam beneath the house and deck. Harbor town was within walking distance. The playground, shops, and restaurants made my time here more enjoyable as a single mom with a toddler. I didn't have to search for things to do. The property manager was very helpful. She even told me about the stables that were close by. My daughter was able to ride a pony for the first time and pet animals at the free letting zoo. I hope to come back again and bring friends. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a different experience on Hilton Head Island.

Great treehouse with personality

My sister and I stayed in December for a long birthday weekend and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Beds were comfy, bicycles were great to have on site, and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well. The place is quiet, and as promised, we saw deer everyday. Harbor town is within walking distance and the Publix was close to get groceries. It was too chilly for swimming but this place had towels and plenty of beach ready toys. Check-in was a smooth, no-contact process. Two master bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect. Very cute place with a lot of personality! We will be back!

Great location

This property was in a fantastic location, only minutes from Harbor Town and the marina. It was quiet and cozy. We had deer visit nearly every night around 7:00. They loved the carrots. I would come back here again!

Great vacation

The tree house on Deer Island was the perfect rental with access to beautiful walking trails and access to Harbor town. Thoroughly enjoyed meeting our property manager Meridith and look forward to using her again.
