COME TO THE ISLAND TO RELAX SOAK UP THE SUNSHINE This Multi-Level Unit with all new kitchen appliances and fully stocked kitchen is located in the heart of St. George Island so you can stroll to near by restaurants, shops, and lighthouse. The balconies overlook the pool and beach where you can watch the dolphins swim by. This fully furnished townhome is nicely decorated and very homey. Updated living room furniture with electric buttons for reclining on right side of seats. 2 full baths, a washer/dryer, full size kitchen (well stocked), Lrg. screen TV and one mounted in Master Bedroom. The grounds are beautifully maintained with a fish cleaning station and lighted boardwalks.
The island offers water sport rentals, bicycle rentals and path, fishing in the bay, gulf or by charter boat, shopping, art galleries and antique shops. Nearby, Apalachicola has fun and trendy shops, restaurants serving local fresh oysters, shrimp and fish, and museums to explore or take a day trip by boat to nearby St. Vincent Nature Preserve.

A perfect hideaway

If you’re looking for a quiet island escape, this place is for you! This is the sleepiest little island we’ve ever visited which is exactly what we wanted. The location of this unit is right in the middle of two other buildings with a picturesque view of the pool and ocean. Every day we saw upwards of 15 dolphins right in the ocean in front of our room and one day a manatee even swam to the sandbar. The unit is stocked with everything you may need. Communication with the host was exceptional. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. It was clean and very comfortable.

Nice Stay

Property as described and pictured, nice location, beautiful beach view, the more comfortable sofas we ever experienced in a rent. The most important, a very good communication with owner and administrator. Very happy with our vacation!

Nice area and nice location

The condo was in a great location and has a really nice ocean view. Bathrooms only on the 3rd floor, which is a little bit of a pain, but overall a nice little condo.

Perfecto!!

It could not have been better! It was our first visit to Apalachicola, we overlooked the pool AND the beach access gate, we were steps from restaurants and shopping, had ALL the comforts of home, and Ms. Turner was VERY considerate and responsive!! We've already "blocked out" a return visit based on THIS trip!

Awesome stay!

This was a perfect location on a beautiful and quiet island! We loved it! The villa was comfortable and nice and had a few extra touches that others seemed not to have. The owner was very friendly and made sure to check in on us to see that things were all good. I would highly recommend!

Relaxing and peaceful

We like to be very close to the beach, have a beach view from our balcony and also have a nice pool to swim in. This place hit all 3 of those likes. It was a very relaxing and peaceful week. Plus, Jennifer was always available and helpful!

Escape to the Gulf

The Beach Front was perfect for our needs. Great views of the gulf from the kitchen/ and living room, as well as from the master bedroom. Comfy living room furniture and well-lit for readers like us. The balconies included very nice furniture. A couple lights were out that we couldn't replace and Jennifer, the manager, saw to this being addressed right away. The beach is beautiful here and you can walk for miles and miles. The Beach Front was everything we needed for a great week's stay. Thumbs up on this VRBO!

Bath on third floor was a bit annoying. Didn't realize all the bathrooms were upstairs. Will stay at villas again, but on a ground floor unit. We left it cleaner than we found it. Actually found 10 flexeril pills under the couch.

Beach vacation

This was a comfy and convenient place to stay. We had plenty of room (there were 3 of us) and location was perfect. The beach is easily accessed and we could walk to all the restaurants and shops. It was quite hot that week, and the AC worked great. Beds and living room seating were all comfortable. We never used the pool because the beach was right there. A few practical notes...this is a two story townhome occupying the 2nd & 3rd floors of the building. Bars of soap, liquid dish soap & dishwasher tablets were provided, but you will need your own shampoo. Netflix & DVD are available, and wifi signal was good. Washer & dryer are available in the unit, but bring your own laundry detergent. A propane grill is available, altho we never used it. Coffee maker, blender, but bring your own coffee filters. Also beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent.

Perfect location!

We had a great week at this condo. The location is perfect with a view of the pool and the beach beyond. It’s within walking distance to Piggly Wigglys and several restaurants. Our favorite, The Blue Parrot, was a 5 minute walk. The property manager, Jenny, was a joy to work with and answered our questions promptly. Would highly recommend.

Love the Villas

This was our third stay at the Villas and we enjoyed it once again. The condo is clean and is more updated compared to another unit we've stayed in. The location of the Villas can't be beat--beautiful beach, walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc, and the lighthouse. We arrived on the Island earlier than expected and the property manager was able to get us into the unit a few hours early, which was nice! We were pretty disappointed to lose all of our groceries when the fridge went out. The property manager said she'd notify maintenance, but we were scheduled to leave the next day, so I don't know if /when the issue was resolved. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great view of the beach and the pool saw dolphins every day nicely decorated living room furniture was great within walking distance to everything plenty of towels and wash rags and beach towels could probably use a new mattress on the bed but overall was a fantastic experience

First time staying in this unit however we visit SGI frequently and often stay at the Villas. We found the unit to be very well stocked and adorably decorated. We always like the easy beach access and quiet location. Thank you for another wonderful stay! We'll be back :)

Wonderful condo and excellent location!

We came for a long weekend and the property was just perfect! We could walk or bike to our favorite restaurants and the pool and beach were immediately accessible. The condo was clean and perfectly stocked. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. Jenny was quick to respond with any questions and even brought paper towels and regular towels the next day to restock what was low. We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to SGI.

Awesome communication with manager…great location - just a short walk to the pool, the beach, restaurants (and doughnuts!!) 😊 We would definitely rent from Jennifer again. The neighbors were considerate and kind - we had such a relaxing time! Two thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼
