Ocean Blue is a newly constructed 2 BR/2.5BA Cottage in Seaside FL community, just 150 ft to the Tupelo Beach Walkover. Just a 1 min. walk, as the 3rd house from Hwy 30A to the beach. 2 Free Adult Bikes, 4 Free Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas to take to the beach, and wagon with beach toys. Commercial carrier to carry the beach chairs and umbrellas.

Ocean Blue is pure and total luxury with the highest end finishes and amenities. It is 800 square feet of living. 1st floor has white shell stone floors. Granite countertops. Custom made spiral staircase made of Hickory wood leads to the 2nd floor.

1st floor: kitchen, dining, and living area.

Kitchen/Dining: All professional stainless steel appliances. 30" Bertazonni gas range and oven with ventahood, Liebherr 15 cu. ft refrigerator/freezer, full size dishwasher, farm sink with garbage disposal. Complete stock of dishes and cookware for any chef's needs. Kitchen island. Table for seating 4.

Living Room: Loveseat for two. Two wicker side chairs with cushions, coffee table, tv console that holds the 50" flat screen TV. Sound system and free Wifi.

Half bath to service 1st floor and large LG stackable washer and dryer in closet on 1st floor.

2nd Floor:
1 King Bedroom with en-suite bath with shower. Shower has hand held wand if needed to bath children. Vanity with 1 sink. Casper memory foam luxury mattress, ultra comfort

1 Queen Bedroom with en-suite bath with shower. Vanity with 2 sinks. Ultra comfortable Beautyrest Black by Simmons. Shower has a seating bench and a hand held wand if needed to bath children.

Granite counter tops in bathroom and glass shower doors. Hickory wood floors, limestone floors in bathroom, and terra nova marble in showers. Luxury linens and decor.

Outside, large wood deck for relaxing with outdoor dining table and 4 chairs. 2 lounge chairs with an umbrella. Natural Gas Grill for all your BBQ needs. There is an outdoor shower with hot water to use after returning from the beach.

2 free adult bikes. Free wagon with beach toys to carry things to the beach. 4 free beach chairs and 2 umbrellas to carry to the beach. If beach service is desired, it can be arranged for a fee through the Seaside FL Cabana Man.

Parking is on Tupelo St. in front of the home. Two cars are allowed for this home.

A short walk or bike ride, usually 3 min or less, allows you to be in the town of Seaside to enjoy food, shopping, or head to the croquet lawn, playground, tennis courts, fitness center, west family pool, east covered pool, or the adult only pool on the east side. Amenity Passes to the swimming pools, tennis courts, and fitness center are not included in the nightly price but can be added if you want that option (POOL FEE)! $53 a day for amenity passes up to 4 people. Amenity passes are optional. All 4 guests will receive wrist bands to wear to access the beach and this rental will allow parking passes for 2 vehicles which is a fee of $85 per stay. The owner/manager has no control over the costs of amenity passes or wrist bands/parking passes. Golf Carts are prohibited unless one is handicapped. If there is a handicap person coming, please notify us at least a month before arrival to complete paperwork to the Seaside FL Town Council and the HOA for review to approve. If approved, the golf cart can only be rented through the approved vendor.

Seaside Town: Restaurants, Shopping, Food Trailers, Amphitheater with outdoor entertainment
Seaside Community: Private beach. You will receive a code to open the locked gate to get to the beach. Guests will wear wristbands so seaside security knows they are a Seaside FL guest and have access to the beach. All beach pavilions have restrooms. You will be given the code to the restrooms.

West Pool with adult/kid pools, restrooms, bar/grill
East Adult Only. Pool with restrooms
East Covered Adult/kids pool with restrooms
All pools are usually heated in the offseason. If all pools are not heated, there is usually one that is heated.
Tennis courts. The amenity pass allows you to use the tennis courts for a fee. They have tennis clinics and you can reserve a court for fun tennis, or take a private lesson.
Playground, croquet lawn for general use, sand volleyball courts, shuffleboard, and a basketball court

House amenities:
1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 baths with shower only. Both bathroom showers has a bench and a hand held wands to bath children. 1 half bath.
3 TVS: 50" flat screen in Living room, 43" in flat screen TV in King and Queen Bedrooms.
Gas Range with convection oven, Refrigerator/freezer and ice maker, range hood, dishwasher, toaster, blender, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, complete stock of cookware, utensils, dish-ware, and items needed for cooking and preparing meals

All linens and towels. No beach towels. If flying, the manager will possibly provide beach towels in that situation.
Hair dryer in each bathroom. Ironing board and iron
Parking for 2 cars on the street
An initial start of dish liquid, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
2 free adult bikes, wagon, and beach toys
4 beach chairs and umbrella to carry to the beach if one doesn't want to have beach service.

This home is located at 35 Tupelo Street---just a short stroll to the private Tupelo beach access at the end of your street as well as to the town center and fitness center.
