Está en Beachside Two, justo en la playa, para estar más cerca estaría durmiendo en la playa. Beautiful views!

The condo was very clean, although it did have a pretty significant mildew smell which I know can bother some people. The location was great and it was super easy to walk to the water. Communication was great and I didn’t have any issues getting into the property or condo.

Great place close to beach

This property was a great place for our family of six to stay. There was plenty of room for the four adults in the bedrooms and the children on the sleeper sofa. The kitchen was nice with new appliances. It was super close to the beach and to a solid dining option. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location was great

Location is great. Can’t beat waking up every morning overseeing the ocean from the 18th floor. The check-in process and the communication with the manager was fantastic. The building itself was okay. It is an old building and you can see the wear and tear of the facilities. The condo was good. We had traffic jam in the elevators various times. Overall is was a good stay.

Miramar Beach

The overall property/resort area was very impressive. We loved the area. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. One bit of advice ... try to leave on any day but Sunday esp during the summer when school is out ... because the wait for elevators was very lengthy; with everyone leaving at the same time. I'll plan accordingly for my return visit(s).

April Vacation

9 days of picture perfect weather, pristine clear water and great seafood. The condo was everything we expected and would definitely use it again. Property manager was exceptional with any assistance we needed. 5 out of 5 STARS 😎

Beautiful condo with an even better view

I was in town for a weekend for a condo at the Hilton next door. This condo was the perfect location to be able to walk to the Hilton and have a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. The shuttle service around the area was amazing considering I didn’t bring a car. I will definitely be back for that view alone!

Great Spring Break

Oceanfront 18th floor

Property views are outstanding. Furniture (couch) could use a trip to goodwill. The doorbell is broken and the washer/dryer combo is worthy of the Smithsonian. Updated bathrooms and walk-in shower and water pressure was great. Kitchen was updated nicely, but tools were just adequate. Overall I do recommend this unit.

Relaxing Visit

Our vacation here was very relaxing. Our room was super clean. The whole building was nice and clean. Always someone doing cleaning or tiding on first floor. Great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo Overall with Gorgeous Views!

When I booked I didn’t realize it was on the 18th floor as that wasn’t very visible in the description. I am not keen on heights however it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and the condo was perfect for us. We felt very comfortable here. The views were amazing from the balcony and the condo was very clean. The property manager was very responsive with our questions. Overall, we would definitely stay in this condo again.

Wonderful get away

4370 Beachside II

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, furniture and 18th floor view. Kitchen is outdated, but functions perfectly well. Master bedroom is extremely hot (HVAC needs work for this room), but probably due to the glass and southern exposure. Wouldn't trade the view out of the MBR, but the HVAC needs addressing.Mattress had negative comments on other is okay. Slight dip, but not nearly as bad as others had made it out to be.

Nice condo with beautiful view

This condo was beautifully furnished with an amazing view. Master bedroom was large with view of the gulf and balcony. The kitchen was minimally stocked with tiny coffee cups that barely held the smaller cup setting on the keurig so we went and bought our own mugs. There were no dish rags to hand wash anything, only one dish towel. There weren’t many hangers and they were the type that were attached to the rail and couldn’t be moved and there was a bench below with bags of floor mud for renovations sitting on top of it so your clothes were resting on floor mud bags. The condo seems to have some wiring issues too. Only one of the plug ins worked in each outlet by the couch and same for one side of master bed.This is our second time staying at this resort and the beach service is absolutely terrible although it is of no fault of the condo owner just a shame for such a nice property. They let people set up chairs, umbrella, and tents in front of your rented chairs. We had rented chairs and umbrella and were in the same spot all week. We went in one day to eat for two hours and came back and they had taken our name off the chairs and rented them out to someone else and said we should have left something there so they knew we weren’t done and then moved us all the way to the end of the row on the other side. The beach service guys largely just play football all day. When the wind blew an umbrella away, several guests were trying to catch it and put it back.

Disappointing Family Vacation

Cleanliness -Floors dirty, Trash under bed, Mold on Shower ceilings, handprints on shower doors, dirt and hair in the shower Maintenance - toilets would not fill or flush properly Other - Power and Water were off for our first night and day of the stay. Got very hot and could not flush toilets or shower for a whole day of the stay. Due to power being out only one elevator was working for the building after it was restored. Took at least 15 minutes each way to go up/down elevator. There was no staff at building helping guest with information as to what was going on with the building issues after the outage. Communication - Had to call 4 different numbers to get answers about the power outage. By the time we were able to contact anybody, we were referred to our Property Manager who was not aware at the time of the outage. Went through the night with no update. Property Manager had no empathy and offered no compensation or accommodation. We have 3 young children and were basically waiting around to see if we could stay or had to go. Beach and pool were closed due to the outage and high tide and we also couldn't shower so we wouldn't have been able to do those activities. We talked to many other people throughout our stay and they all told us they were compensated without having to ask and told us various ways that the property managers were trying to help alleviate the hardships due to the outage. We had to throw away $200 worth of groceries that had just been purchased and lost a day of activities. To make it worse, this occurred on the day of our son's birthday who we were there to celebrate. We stopped communicating with the property manager as it became clear that she did not care about our situation and was only interested in our money. Do not stay here if you want to have the reassurance that you will be taken care of if anything goes wrong.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

We have been taking a family beach vacation for the last few years in November. I cannot say enough good things about this place. For the price and the location it was perfect for our family. It’s right beside the Sandestin Beach Resort and is gated to get in. The location of the condo right off the elevator was fantastic. The views from the master bedroom are amazing. The property was having some construction done which was part of the listing and the price was reflective of that but it didn’t bother us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owner was very responsive to texts and calls about checking in. It was tricky at times with getting the electric plugs to work because a light switch controls them and had a light out in the closet in the master but aside from those couple little hiccups, everything else was great. Definitely recommend this condo if you want some great views and quick access to the beach.

The location and proximity to nearby restaurants and outings were a major plus. The building was under renovation but did not hinder our stay. I will note that several outlets did not work, limited lighting and bulbs out and there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. However, these were minor issues and we had a great stay!

Great beach condo

The condo was just like the description and photos. The view was great and the condo was clean with a very comfortable bed. Our only hiccup was checking in. We got to the condo at 10pm and guard at the gate said we needed a parking pass. We had to get across the road to get one from the San Destin resort. The building has no sign saying the name of the condo either. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our fall beach trip! Thanks!
