2200 sq. ft. large cape with views of the Moats Mountains... Great location for both winter and summer activities. Welcome to your home away from home Situated on over 1 secluded acre. just 3 miles from the center of North Conway (west side rd. area), our home is convenient for all north Conway activities. Including Cranmore, Attitash, Echo Lake, Story Land and cathedral ledge. Outside there is a large driveway with plenty of parking, the front yard has a large deck full of nice furniture and a gas grill. There is also a fire pit with fire wood provided. The large fenced back yard has a horseshoe pit and basketball hoop. This house is fully air conditioned. With (6)TV's Garage space is not included in rental

Wonderful stay and wonderful host

We loved our stay at Jim's home. Very spacious, tidy, recently remodeled, and lots of room for our group of 10. Very conveniently located to North Conway and nearby ski hills. Definitely would recommend! Thanks Jim!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful! We had 4 adults, 4 young kids ages 3-8, and a dog and there was plenty of room and everything we needed! Very clean and a short drive to North Conway attractions!

Great house and yard

The house is as pictured, everything's updated and clean, the location has some privacy in the backyard but is close to everything. The fire pit (which seem to be coming less and less common on rentals), was awesome, with lots of well-seasoned wood. The host was available for any questions. I would stay there again.

Great home away from home!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! We had 6 adults and 4 kids (4 and under) & this house was perfect. There were plenty of things to do outside and the fire pit was great at night! No complaints!

Great property and location

This house was perfect for our family! The fenced yard was great for the dog and the location made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Country comfort

This property allowed me to extend a ski trip to friends and relatives. The spaciousness is deceiving. By staying where we did, it allowed us to enjoy skiing at multiple places.

Nice getaway to North Conway

The place we stayed was clean and nicely updated. There was plenty of room for us ( there was 8 of us) and room for more. Check in was a breeze . Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here! Location was great. We loved the fenced in back yard! Our dog loved it too. The fire pit was back there as well. So our pup could be out there while we had s'mores. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home, very comfortable beds.

We went with our two adult daughters and our dogs . It was great having the yard, and there was plenty of room for everyone - lots of bedrooms , baths and hot water . Kitchen stocked well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 'ladies vacation' at your home ! The mattresses and sheets were so comforting! You keep a great home. My friends loved staying there and can't stop raving about the home's decor. We will definitely rent again and let our friends know about your rental home!

Nothing but the best

It was great and the place was very clean and wonderful had a lot of fun with my family out in the back in the fire pit doing a barbecue burgers on the grill because they supply you with two girls, one out front and one in the back and table so you could sit with your whole family and have a wonderful lunch and dinner.

Your Home Away From Home is on 1 acres. it is just over a mile from the center of town the setting feels completely secluded. The 2 living rooms makes it great for multiple families. we do supply all the wood for fire pit. we require a minum age of 25 and a copy of your drivers license. we supply starter supplies to get you going including TP. & PT and trash bag. Security Cameras are in use on outside of property
