We live in New York City and have been in Fire Island Pines for over 20 years, first as renters and then homeowners. We can truly say it is a truly special community. Embedded in nature are some of the most luxurious, yet unpretentious beach houses in the world. The beach is spectacular and the bay offers great opportunities for paddle boarding and kayaking. The nightlife is legendary. But it is the people that make it what it is. Primarily, but not exclusively gay, Pines residents are open and friendly. We have made amazing friends here and extend into the city. We have found our own special piece of paradise and spend as much time as we can here. The house found us and we are so glad it did. It is home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

If you want a place that you can spread out and relax in peace and quiet, this is the place. The property is huge with 4 large bedrooms, each with king beds and a/c. Large upstairs living and dining area laid out in an open plan with back deck for grilling, dining, and lounging. The pool is heated salt water and there is covered and uncovered seating, surrounded by a lush garden. The roof deck offers the best views in the Pines bar none - 360 view of bay, beach, East and West Fire Island. The sunsets are pure magic! You know you are in paradise when you arrive!

Recently renovated the house offers the best views in the Pines from the roofdeck. Sunset cocktails followed by dining al fresco on the back deck, make this the perfect summer place. The place is also huge! King beds and lots of room in the bedrooms with a/c for great sleeping. Huge living area and spacious dining room, There is a large back deck with seating and lounge space, surrounded by flowers and trees so you feel at one in nature. The heated salt water pool is divine! If you leave the compound, there is kayaking and paddle boarding on the bay, and the expansive beach is just gorgeous! There are beach chairs, towels and umbrellas so all you have to bring is your sunblock! Located in the East End it is quiet and only 12 minutes to town.
