Built in 2014, this updated beach house is steps away from the water. Guests can entertain family and relax in and out with 3 bedroom 3 bath home with 4 decks, which all have views of the ocean and bay. The home will provide accommodations for 10 and provides a kitchen which is stocked with all the utensils and cookware to satisfy the chef in you. There is also a gas bbq with provided propane. The living room and dining table has plenty of seating to eat, play games or work on a puzzle. There’s patio seating underneath the home as well as an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) to be enjoyed after a day playing at the beach.

Tip Sea Turtle has many other amenities all included. Brand new furniture, high quality towels and linens. There is a full size washer and dryer. Each queen and full bed have memory foam mattress covers on them. High speed WiFi, DVDs, family games and puzzles to maximize family time.

Packing everything you need for the beach takes a lot of room. So we keep beach chairs and a wagon for your use. Even a shovel to help you dig a hole for a bonfire.

The home has 2 master bedrooms that each have a queen sized bed. One with a full bath and the other a 3/4 bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, single over full. All bedrooms are on the second floor and there is also a 3/4 bath on the main floor. Enjoy ocean views from both master bedrooms.

There is a cleaning fee to pay the house keeper for thoroughly cleaning the house after every guest stay. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your vacation!

Easy check in/out. Guests will receive an unique code that will be active throughout their stay. No rusty lock box to tackle.

Surfside is a quiet village a little over an hour away from Houston. This one traffic light town has beach front dining, a couple convenient stores along with food trucks on the weekends. There is great surf fishing and a crabbing pier to be enjoyed. Walk along the beach or jetty and watch dolphins and turtles swim by.

Perfect weekend away

It was an absolute delight staying at this property for our spring break weekend. The location right next to the beach was perfect and so convenient. Great location and views

We spent Labor Day weekend here and had the best time! There are multiple balconies that each have great views and it's very close to the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook grill and enjoy family time. There was plenty of space for multiple cars and lots of beach stuff to borrow. We really enjoyed our time and plan to stay at this house again in the future! best been

Beautiful Beach House- Steps from Beach

Owner Kale & wife knocked it out of the park. If we had a beach house this is what I pray it would be like. Don't worry about a thing here. Updated & decorated wonderfully. Peaceful Stay - definitely recommend.

Dream Beach Getaway with Exceptional Hospitality!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beach house! The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the beach, which was perfect for us. The house itself was a dream for anyone who loves to cook, equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's clear that the host has paid attention to the smallest details and thoughtful touches, making our stay even more special. Additionally, the owner truly went above and beyond. I had left behind one of my toddler’s items, and he kindly sent it to us immediately at no extra charge. We're so grateful for such wonderful hospitality and are definitely planning to return!

Long Weekend Getaway

This is our first stay at the TipSea Turtle, it was amazing, colorful and very easy access to the beach. The view of the beach on both patios (front and back) were so beautiful and relaxing while watching the sunset in the evening and enjoying my coffee in the morning. The TipSea Turtle decor is very inviting, bright, colorful and very well stocked with everything necessary for a stay away from home. The owners were so accommodating and responsive. We cannot wait to go back for another visit!

Great family get away

This house was just steps away from the beach. It was secure and a nice home. I was happy they let me include the furry member of my family. There are plenty of decks with nice views, and we really enjoyed the swings outside. We washed off in the downstairs shower and then would swing until we were dry enough to go inside without dripping.

A perfect fit and comfortable stay (not to mention great location!)

We visited TipSea Turtle with my family (my husband, two kids - 12 and 10, and me) and my sister-in-law's family (her, her husband, and their almost 3-year-old). This home was the perfect fit for us and could definitely have accommodated more kids! The 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! The location truly is just steps to the beach, and even the 3-year-old could walk it easily. The home was clean when we arrived, and we had exceptional communication with the owners. I think if I were to change anything, it might be to recommend a few more items in the kitchen (such as larger mixing bowls), but it was still well-stocked compared to some places we've stayed. I would also recommend a good cleaning of the living room furniture or perhaps replacement with more easily cleaned furniture, but it was definitely well-kept. Beach is just dirty sometimes. :) One more recommendation, for my taste (that is likely different than others): cotton sheets instead of microfiber. Microfiber are soft but typically not as breathable, so it's hotter to sleep. Thankfully, the AC works well! Thanks for a fabulous stay with many memories made!

Best house and location!

I have rented many houses in various areas but this one tops them all. The owner has it very well stocked with just about anything you would want. Good views from all 4 decks!! I have already referred it to someone. We will be back.

Amazing beach home

This house is perfect. Perfect location. Perfect accommodations. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and gift shop/ convenience store. Perfect views from any side on any floor. My dogs loved the views as much as I did. My mom retired to LJ last year. She came to visit and we used the gas grill, the swings and the corn hole. We ate outside. Totally amazing. While cooking, we forgot to buy foil but it was already in the kitchen. The hosts pay very close attention to details. I will absolutely be back. I love this house. Thank you Tipsea Turtle!
