This beautiful waterfront house is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. Not only does it have beautiful views of the lake but it also includes use of a private dock to lounge, fish and swim from! There is no boat slip included but guests are welcome to tie their boat to the side.
The first floor, upper level, has cozy sitting area, 1 bedroom with en-suite full bath and an outstanding master suite, full en-suite bath and private sitting area that overlooks the wonderful gathering room below.
The lower level has a wonderful open concept design and features a dining area, beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you will need for cooking, baking and dining, a lakeside living room with wet bar and beautiful fireplace, 1bedroom, a full bath, laundry with washer and dryer, and an outstanding waterfront four season gathering room. In addition there is also two queen air mattresses available.
Outdoors you will find a waterfront deck that is not only great for grilling and taking in the gorgeous view but also provides a front row seat to the lake’s most popular boat race, Captain Ron’s Annual Shootout.
In addition, use of the dock is included for lounging, fishing and swimming. Boat and slip are not available.
Located at mile marker 32, the location can’t be beat. You are only minutes from many of the fun and fantastic lakeside bars and restaurants such as, The fish & Co., Larry’s On The Lake, Bulldogs Beach House and Captain Ron’s.
