The dining room offers teak dining table to seat up to 12 with views. Full Bathroom with shower. Fully furnished high-end kitchen, complete with stainless appliances; gas cooking 5 burner stove, quartz countertops; breakfast bar with seating for four with an extra large island for family gatherings and a walk-in pantry. Stairs to lower level Garden Suite and full laundry facilities. 

SECOND FLOOR: Three large bedrooms, all with AC, each with ceiling fans. A Master Bedroom with King Bed; direct ocean views and eagle sightings; television and private bath. Master Bath with Italian marble walk-in SPA rain shower; double sink vanity; quartz countertops and television. Bedroom with Queen Bed; television and direct access to semi-private bath with combined soaking tub and shower. The main house sleeps 10 people with an option to rent the suite for an additional 4 people.

There is also a "GARDEN SUITE" accommodating up to 4 more guests which is available for an additional fee of $700/person. This area is never rented to anyone else, except those already renting house. Many guests just rent this additional area to have the additional space and more great views. The Garden Suite is located on the lowest level, where French doors open out to the lovely large blue stone natural setting patio! Breathtaking water views from all angles. The Suite features a king bed, two twin beds, a sitting area, a bathroom with shower. It is never rented separately. It is only offered to the guests of the main rental home as added space or for 4 additional guests.(this area is never rented to anyone else if the house guest does not need the space)
