Vill du hyra ett stort fastighetshus i Temecula Wine Country? Då är Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate platsen för dig! Detta gods huvudsakliga hus har fem sovrum, tre och ett halvt bad och över 3200 kvadratmeter rymligt boende som rymmer upp till 12 gäster. Chateau Blanc Estate har en stor entré med ett stort rum som öppnar till köket och matsalen. Rätt utanför det stora rummet är en vacker bakgård reträtt med en privat pool, koi damm och utomhus grill ö med kylskåp. Chateau Blanc Estate erbjuder utsikt över sin mycket egen Cabernet Franc-vingård som producerar lokala druvor mitt i hjärtat av Kaliforniens vinland!

Detta eleganta hem är perfekt för en familjeåterförening, ett företag tillflyktsort eller en gruppresa. Den första våningen i huvudhemmet erbjuder en stor master suite komplett med en king size-säng i Kalifornien, sittgrupp och en ljuskronbelyst spa-badkar i masterbadet. På bottenvåningen finns också ett drottningssovrum med privat badrum, samt ett extra sovrum med två enkelsängar som kan omvandlas till en kung på begäran. Rummen på första våningen rymmer upp till sex gäster.

På andra våningen hittar du två sovrum, båda med Kalifornien kung sängar. Dessa lyxiga sovrum delar ett hallbad. I ett av rummen finns en extra dubbelsäng med en utdragbar trille. Andra våningen rymmer upp till sex gäster, vilket gör de totala gästrummen upp till tolv i gårdens huvudbyggnad.

Awesome property!

We really enjoyed our time here! The pool was great! The facilities were great: coffee bar was over the top, kitchen had everything we needed, laundry facilities were fantastic, beds were comfortable, parking was ample! Would wholeheartedly recommend this place!!!

beautiful property inside and out

This is a beautiful property inside and out. The master bedroom suite is wonderful. We had issues with the appliances which the property owner could not recreate. The property is good for up to 8 adults. One of the bedrooms is not really a bedroom since there was no closet space and the beds were elevated making it difficult for seniors and the trundle bed upstairs was not level making sleep difficult.

Awesome location

We were a family of 12 staying here for a wedding and it worked out perfectly. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space and the house and the grounds were beautiful. The location to the wineries, stores and downtown made it so easy to really enjoy what Temecula has to offer. The property manager was very attentive and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family House

We attended a wedding near Temecula and used this beautiful house and grounds for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we all enjoyed the space to have time as a family. There is also enough space if you are looking for a few quiet minutes as well. If we go back we would stay there again. The property manager was very helpful and prompt with answers to questions.

Spectacular place!

Our family was in Temecula for a wedding and our stay at the main house at Chateau Blanc was wonderful. It was too cool to use the pool but we enjoyed spending time outside in the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was very well appointed and the rooms were a good size. All in all a fabulous stay!

Great home, great outdoors, great location!

Celebrated our daughters 50th birthday with family and everybody absolutely LOVED this property. We had such a relaxing and delightful time being together as a family in this lovely home. The kitchen was well equipped, the home clean and comfortable, the back yard was just lovely and we enjoyed much time outside. Loved the fire pit, loved the location, just could not have been better. The property manager, Stephanie, exceeded expectations in sharing information and responsiveness. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wine Anniversaries Trip

Only gave an overall 3-star rating because we paid for the pool to be heated to 88 degrees for the three days we were there, but it wasn’t. So, I don’t recommend paying the extra money for the pool to be heated because they cannot guarantee it will be heated your entire stay due to varying outdoor temps (basically what we were told and given no money back). We intended to spend a significant amount of time in the pool, so it put a damper on the stay. They do tell you the AC is set to 74 but it does get hot especially upstairs when it is 90 degrees outside. A few portable fans would be helpful. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The house is spacious and plenty of room for eight adults. The location was great, close to wineries and Old Town Temecula. The property manager did respond promptly to all my inquiries during our stay. I recommend walking over to Briar Rose Winery. They were awesome!

Soak up the sun with a view

Chateau Blanc was exceptional! The living and outdoor spaces were perfect for family gatherings with enough bedrooms to give our guests the downtime they needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary for preparing meals. We enjoyed the pool area for soaking up the Cali sun and fire pit for winding down from a busy day. Location was within 15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go and the views were idyllic, peaceful. If there was a downside, it was that the internet was slow and inconsistent. We had several users, some with multiple devices, which put a drag on the system. Stephanie is easy to work with and responsive to my questions. We were much impressed with the property and definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful Home

We were more than pleased with our stay. The house was very well stocked with all the necessities. It was spotless and well kept. The coffee bar setup was enjoyed by everyone. The property was beautiful and the view from every window is amazing. Even though we couldn't use the pool due to the outside temperature it was lovely to sit poolside and soak up the sun. It was a wonderful relaxing space to sit and read. It was private but so close to everything. The set up worked wonderful for our group. The gathering space was spacious yet we could all have our own private spaces in the bedrooms or outside. We would highly recommend this home. Stephanie was wonderful to work with and made the stay seamless. Temecula is a beautiful place to visit.

Exceptional Property

First of all, the host was so responsive, personable and accommodating. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did to make our stay the best possible. The home owners provided an exceptional experience that felt just like home from the first step inside to the last step outside. The home is beautiful and has a large great room and large kitchen, very well stocked with all the necessities. I was happy that there were plenty of bedrooms and restrooms on the first floor. In addition, there was a well stocked coffee bar ready for us to make individual cups of coffee or tea, or a full pot of coffee, along with all the fixings. This exceeded our expectations. The property included a beautiful backyard with a pool, that overlooked vineyards. The views were breathtaking. We did not spend much time outside nor did we use the pool as we had other commitments. However, the backyard would be a peaceful oasis of its own for anyone wanting to kick back and relax. We also rented the two guest apartments on the property for two of our four days to accommodate our guests. We only used one but both were very nice and so convenient to be steps away from the main house. We also had access to a gate to walk over to the Briar Rose Winery where our daughter's wedding was done. Thanks again to the owners for providing this exceptional property and the host for accommodating our needs.

Wonderful vacation home

The layout of the home is so functional. The grounds, house, pool and surroundings were all beautiful. I had rented the main house, which includes access to the pool. My sister rented the two guest homes on the property which included access to a large jacuzzi. We thoroughly enjoyed renting the entire property. I highly recommend staying at Chateau Blanc.

Brother's Bachelor Weekend

We were here for my brother's bachelor weekend and this place blew everyone's mind. Everyone was 30+ so we were looking for more comfort and amenities. The backyard was great to hang out in and play games. We can only imagine how much better the views will be once everything is built! Going to the wineries, Pechanga and Old Town was extremely easy. This place had all the details down. We decided not to heat the pool and thought we could tough it out. Not the case! Would recommend opting for the heated pool option if the weather is nice. Stephanie was very communicative leading up to the stay which was much appreciated. Would absolutely recommend to anyone else : ).

We had a wonderful weekend with family and friends. We were in Temecula for a friend’s wedding. The house fit us all nicely (6 adults and a toddler). The only issue we had was the master bath toilet was backed up when we arrived - Stephanie had a plumber out there to fix it right away. She was great to work with.
