The kitchen has been updated with quality cooking equipment, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area has a sliding door that opens to an outside enclosed deck where there is a BBQ, table, umbrella, chairs, & outdoor lights. You can also access the enclosed deck from the driveway, only one step!
Upstairs is another separate bedroom with a balcony, bistro table & chairs, a bathroom, and a cozy loft which has two twin beds and a day bed with pop up trundle accommodating 4. Games, puzzles and books have been selected for family entertainment. There are three TV's, one downstairs in the living room, one in the upstairs bedroom, one in the smaller bedroom downstairs and all are cable ready.
Our home was completely upgraded 5 years ago. A great location, 10 minutes from Tahoe City and King's Beach, 5 minutes from the lake, 20 minutes to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and Northstar ski resorts, and 15 minutes to the Nevada state line.
