CSU Moms Weekend

Location location location!! Loved everything about this place for a fun weekend event. Know you are downtown, so put your mind in that mode. Owner made great accommodations with earplugs and white machines in the bedrooms. Adorable decor. Perfect space for our girls weekend and will definitely rent again. Bobby went above and beyond to make our stay go well. The only thing I didn’t realize was this is 2 units. We didn’t mind it because we split up well but expected it to just be one. Works great if you have a more chill group and a late night group.

Portland family visit

Excellent location and fit our needs well. btw, the larger bedroom door in A doesn’t close and it would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom. On the communication side I have a few thoughts. Several weeks ago, by email to the owner (through VRBO), I attempted to better understand the parking scenario. Didn’t hear back. And finally….a small suggestion regarding the final two page instruction sheets. To me, the message came through as condescending and arbitrary. I would recommend the owner revisit the wording.

Great Location in FOCO

We loved this location for our Thanksgiving week. We had to be in FOCO for our son's football game. We loved watching the Turkey Trot from our window. We were a bit surprised by the 2 separate apartments. But it worked out great having the separate spaces for our college aged kids. Old Town Fort Collins was magical this time of year.

Awesome place!

The place is located perfectly in Fort Collins. Tons of shopping and restaurants right downtown within walking distance. Property manager was awesome to work with! Highly recommend this property.

Great location cute

We booked both Apartments for the week of our daughter’s wedding. They are both nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The coffee shop below is great and you can walk to everything! took off stars for the following: The closets in Apt A were horrible. The master was full of cleaning equipment old lamps etc. I could not hang my dress. The other room had a dresser in it and no hanging space either. The closet in B was great. We were there for a week and were only given 6 towels per apartment and 4 people per apartment. We did receive more towels after messaging the manager. We had 2 dish towels per apartment the entire time. Both kitchens have minimal pans/cooking equipment and 1 roll of paper towels. Apartment A is very noisy from the street below at night. Bring earplugs. Apartment B is quieter, but the garage trucks come very early in the morning and are loud. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. I wish I had known more before arriving and the host needs to pay attention to the length of stay and stock appropriately.

Lovely Stay

Everything was very nice, and it was perfect for our party of 8. Absolutely loved the location and it was great to be able to walk everywhere. Street was pretty loud late into the night, but that is to be expected given the easy access to the bars/restaurants. Hope to visit again sometime.

Great location right in the heart of town

We stayed in these nice apartments right in Old Town Fort Collins for a family wedding. We were very happy with our responsive host and the easy check in. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the area. We would definitely stay here again.

New Years Eve in Fort Collins

Girls night out

We enjoyed our stay downtown. It is the perfect location to easily walk to all of Old Town. We walked to dinner and concert. The gyro cart downstairs was a perfect ending to our night of dancing. There is a lot of noise from the street as the windows are old and leaky. But you can expect that when staying downtown.

Fun loft in Old town but very noisy

The loft has a great concept but very bare on amenities such as kitchen needs like coffee, sugar and just the basics. Street noise is high . Definitely enjoyed the location during the day.

Excellent Ft. Collins Location

What a wonderful place to stay. This apartment is close to everything! We were able to enjoy all the Old Town Ft. Collins has to offer and never get in the car. The food and shopping is outstanding. We were also able to use this as a good homebase for taking day trips to nearby attractions. One day we drove to Laramie and did some hiking, the next day we drove to Golden for some sightseeing. The owner was easy to contact and got back to me right away when I had questions. I highly recommend this location if you visit the area!!

Awesome location. Great stay.

We had a great time at this property. We are a family of five and had plenty of room. There are two separate sides of the floor, which was fun because my older two children had their own little area to hang out in, while my husband and I were able to be on the other side with the baby. You can’t beat this location- we were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Love it! We will definitely book again when visiting CO.

Old Town Ft Collins Girls Weekend

We love going to Old Town Ft Collins and did a girls weekend, group of 5. This is the perfect location, right in the middle of everything. The apartment was just as in the pictures. The only thing we didnt realize until we arrived is there is an apartment A and B and they are not connected, but both doors are at the top of the stairs and if you leave them unlocked you can come in and out between the 2 apartments easily. There is a main door off the street that remains locked so it was safe not having the apartment doors locked during the day when we were there. I definitely hope to stay here again.

Annual Christmas Shopping Trip

Loved the roomy feel to the apartment and updated decor. The view was beautiful at night with the twinkling lights from the trees in old town. We rented the smaller apartment too and it was equally cute and cozy.

All my kids and their partners met up with my husband and I for the weekend to celebrate Christmas.

We had a wonderful weekend and the property was perfect for our gathering. Great location… clean and very roomy! Lots of space for adult kids to spread out. Parking was a little challenging but there is a spot directly in front where you can drop off you luggage, etc. And your within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants which is so convenient. Also the front bedroom is right along the main road so the earplugs that they leave on the nightstand is really helpful since ur in a college town it gets really load till around 1 am. And the convenience of a coffee shop right below is perfect for when someone get up before others. Thanks for a memorable family weekend.
