Fantastic stay near heavenly

Easy parking at the house and quick to get to Heavenly or a grocery store. House is nice and spacious with two dining tables and an open living room. Fit our group of 8 very well. The hot tub is in the basement room with no windows, so it gets quite hot sitting in the hot tub. We couldn't all fit in it at the same time anyways so we had to take turns going in. Ended up working fine.

Great property, location, and owner

Place is a mile from the casino's, has a cute clubhouse, and most importantly was as advertised, clean and had everything we could want. Very cozy place we made home for a few days. Would for sure stay again.

Perfect proximity to casinos and state line

Condo is a perfect place with 6 real beds and only 1 mile from the casinos and state line. Would most definitely rent again!!

Great spot for Tahoe fun

Nice property in good location with all needed amenities (plus a cool little indoor hot tub room for good measure). Owner was responsive to inquiries etc. and no issues to report. Would rent here again.

Great Location

The Host was very responsive to our messages. The location was extremely convenient — Less than a mile or two away from the main strip, the beach and a grocery store nearby. We only had 4 but there was plenty of room for more.

Great value, spacious and great location!

Stayed with a group of 7 and we had a great time. Only 10 minute drive to California Lodge parking lot at Heavenly. Less than 5 minutes to numerous restaurants, shops and casinos. Parking was easy and the garage provided great area for storing gear at the end of the day. Very clean and more spacious that I expected. Recommended!

Awesome property!

We had an overall awesome experience! Great property close to everything. We rode Heavenly, Sierra at Tahoe, Homewood & Diamond peak slopes all day and played in South Shore at night. Relaxed in the clean comfy home & we loved the checker board table:) The owners where super easy to work with. Thank you Randy! We can't wait to come stay & play again soon.

Great space & location

Perfect for large groups, this rental is clean, with lots of light and super close to the Heavenly gondola. Randy was very responsive to our requests. Unfortunately, there was a big blizzard the weekend we booked and travel was impossible on the first night we rented, and there is no refund due to weather :( However, Randy allowed us an extra night's stay for free which was great!

Spacious and Close to South Lake Tahie

We were not given the code to get into the unit but the owner was very responsive when called. Also, the unit was 43 degrees inside when we arrived (winter trip). The owner was sheepish and apologetic. But first night was very cold. Otherwise a good stay.

Awesome stay!

We came here for a Bachelorette Party that was almost two years in the making (thanks Covid!). Then just as we thought we were in the clear, the Condor Fire broke out in Tahoe two days before our stay! But Randy was super flexible and gave us the option to reschedule if we needed to, etc. We ended up going anyways and had an amazing time! The home was awesome, indoor hot tub was PERFECT and Randy was super responsive! Will definitely come back next time I am in Tahoe.

Excellent Place to Stay!

My buddies and I take a ski trip out west every year (skiing is not great in North Carolina) and Tahoe has always been our favorite. This property was clean and fully stocked which was perfect for what we needed. We hit the slopes all six days we were there and it was great to come back to this property after a long day and then hit the hot tub. We made breakfast and dinner almost every night. The property was close to almost everything which was nice (Casinos, restaraunts, ski resorts, etc.). I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Tahoe. Randy (owner) was very responsive to my emails and when I called him he always answered. Thanks for sharing your property Randy! We will definately use it again on one of our next ski trips.

Nice jam in the woods

We really enjoyed our stay at Randy's cabin. It was very clean, larger than we thought with very nice new flooring and furniture in the living room. Loved sitting at the fireplace and play checkers with my kid. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra blankets if needed. Clean nice bathrooms with all the supplies. The kitchen had all the essentials, I would just add a couple salad bowls, but overall I was able to find everything I needed. The cabin is 5 min drive to Heavenly Ski Resort and even closer to the main strip with all the hotels, casinos, and restaurants. Very easy check-in and check out and excellent prompt communication with the owner. There were only 4 of us, but the house can accommodate for up to 9 people, very spacious. My family was happy to stay at this Tahoe cabin, thanks for having us!

The best vacation rental I've ever had in Tahoe

We've stayed at several rental properties in Tahoe over the years, and this is by far the best one. It's roomy, clean, well-stocked and minutes away from South Lake Tahoe, the casinos, and Heavenly ski resort. If you're staying on the south side of the lake, this is the perfect location. The only issue we encountered was we could not get the wifi to work on our mobile devices (the SSID was not broadcasting), but it wasn't a big deal to us because we have unlimited data. If you plan on heavy mobile usage during your stay just be aware. The cable to the TV and Netflix worked fine. The walls are pretty thin so the neighbors can be noisy. But it has an IN-UNIT HOT TUB so what more can you ask for?? Also the garage is really nice. Not having to worry about cleaning snow off the car is a big plus (if it actually snows which unfortunately for us, it did not). Communication with the owner was excellent. He responded right away to a couple questions.

Excellent rental with lots to offer

This rental was a great fit for our group. Even though we had events to attend (our son’s wedding), we still had time to take advantage of what the rental had to offer: hot tub, deck, electric fireplace, electric grill, games, pool, playground, pickleball courts as well as hiking, dining & shopping in the South Tahoe / Stateline area. There is a very well stocked kitchen with enough dishes & glasses that we only had to run the dishwasher when it was full. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was clean and neat. So much to do that we didn’t even need to turn on any of the TVs!!! We experienced prompt communication with the host during check in and check out – which was all that was needed.

Very spacious and comfortable condo

Very spacious and comfortable condo. Would rent again. Comfortable beds. Clean. Beautiful condo complex pool. Close to Nevada beach and Round Hill Pines beach. Someone came to readjust the cold water intake for the clothes washing machine promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

I grew up spending much of my summers on the beaches of Lake Tahoe and the slopes of Heavenly Valley. In high school I spent several weeks each summer hiking Desolation Wilderness and the Tahoe-Yosemite Trail. I could not imagine a better excuse for a business than to have vacation rentals in Lake Tahoe - Now I have to go to Tahoe every couple of months 'whether I like it or not!'. We hope we can share our Tahoe with you.

Our home is in Lake Village. This has to be the most convenient location in all of Tahoe. You can walk to the beach or the casinos and yet the National Forest is right across the street.

Lake Village features private town homes nestled into a 56-acre, heavily wooded mountainside dotted with granite boulders and pristine forest surroundings. We provide all the amenities of home, with all the extras of a true resort. Our private clubhouse is outfitted with a seasonally heated pool, hot tub and saunas, and features outdoor tennis and unlimited biking and hiking possibilities.
