Perfect Stay

What a great experience in PCB at this location. Check in process was very easy. Perfect location to the quiet pool, easy access to the larger pool and beach. We loved it.

Perfect stay!

Great communication with owner! Perfect for a me, my husband, our teen and a friend. Clean, with a beautiful view. 1st floor so we used the stairs to get to and from the beach access. Close (walkable) to many shops and food places. Would recommend 100% and will be booking again!

Had a great time! Super view, super clean, close and easy access to beach and pool, parking just behind condo so it was really convenient! Bed and pull out sofa bed were both very comfortable! Loved everything about it and cant wait to come again!

Amazing Stay!

This condo is perfect for our family. It is clean and comfortable and right on the beach! The host is easy to communicate with as well. This is our 2nd time in this unit and we hope to be back!

This condo was by far, the cleanest and well kept unit I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The hosts did an amazing job of decorating and maintaining the unit. There were small touches that made the unit feel like a home away from home. The beach and pier views were spectacular as well. Communication from the hosts was fantastic. A detailed email with keypad info, parking and other necessary details was sent before my arrival and there was an excellent sheet on using the Roku!!! I hope I get the opportunity to stay in this condo again.

Small condo

Owner is very attentive and is especially helpful, and the condo is convenient since it is on first floor. Our weather was fabulous, but there was an issue with the gates leading to the beach-codes did not work for several days and the internet was down for a few days as well. Otherwise, a condo in Leeward is a good choice.

Our new go to for PCB!

Loved the property! The condo was so clean and updated. The tile shower was so nice! It's on the 1st floor so it was very easy to get to the beach. I also enjoyed how easy it was to get in contact with Kevin. He answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. So far the best experience I've had booking with vrbo. We will definitely be back!

Love this condo!

Condo was super clean. AC works GREAT. Best mattress we have ever slept on in any rental. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Great decor. Plenty of towels. Every detail of this condo has been well thought out. You can really feel the love that has gone into this condo. The location in Edgewater Resort is perfect, very quiet and peaceful. Will be booking this condo every trip to PCB from now on. Owner was great to work with.

More than expected!

This was not one of those places that disappoints once you get there! The location is amazing. It’s a minute walk to the beach. Many store, restaurant, and entertainment options just minutes away. Beautiful beach view from the balcony. The condo was very neat and clean. There’s even a closet with beach essentials available for borrowing. The communication process was excellent. We definitely feel like we have finally found our regular spot! It’s been a pleasure, Kevin. P.S. Gypsea Crepes is a must try! Just under ten minutes of a drive away. -Alla

Cozy Condo

The location of this unit is just steps from the parking lot, pool, and beach but still has impressive first floor views. It is beautifully yet comfortably decorated and furnished with special features like bedside tables with charging stations and sea-themed knobs on closet and cabinet doors. Kitchen and baths appear to have been remodeled recently and condo was extremely clean. Includes lots of extras like jigsaw puzzles for a rainy day and supplies for the beach. Owner was also great to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful condo!

Condo was clean, had everything we needed & this was our first time at edgewater & we loved it. The owner is wonderful & will answer any questions you have. We have been coming to Panama beach for over 17yrs & have always rented from the same lady but when she sold her 1 bedroom condos we thought we woukd never find another owner like her but kevin is wonderful. We will continue to rent his condo at Edgewater for as many years as we can.

PCB VACATION

We were in town for nationals dance competition for my daughter / vacation . We had an absolute blast . The property is amazing but the big pool got crowded at times . Other that that everything was perfect

The view was amazing and you are truly just steps from the beach. We had our 8 month old which made being in close proximity convenient for us. The space was also ultra clean. They also have beach chairs and toys for kiddos. Host Kevin was a great communicator and we look forward to going back in the future! Book this one, you wont regret it.

Great beach condo

This condo was very nice. The kitchen looked well stocked but we don’t cook while on vacation. You can tell this condo is taken care of by all the updates such as new counter tops in bathrooms, kitchen. The showers in the bathrooms were tiled, loved the walk in shower. Even the sliding door looked new, it even had a screen door. The patio chairs were very comfortable not the cheap plastic or fabric chairs like some condos. The bed was very comfortable. I would say our only complaint would be the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and low to the ground. It hurt our backs to sit on and it and it was hard to get up out of it, but we are in our 60’s and we both have bad backs so I won’t down grade this condo for that. Its a very well taken care of condo and I would highly recommend this unit.

Awesome PCB Condo

One of the Best VRBO Experiences I've had !! The Owner (Kevin) is so so Helpful with everything from Beginning to End !! This Unit is like 20 secs/30-40 steps from the White PCB Sand !! We vaca in PCB 3-4x a year and this was the first time in this unit and it wont be the last!! Book this Gem while you can and you wont regret it!!! Thanks Kevin for the Great Stay !!

Super value; truly ON THE BEACH!!!

Great experience! Condo easily accommodated myself, parter, and two children (4 and 5 years). Great option to be so close to the beach with littles (and all the gear they want at the beach!). Very pleased with all of the beach toys available for use (and an air pump!). Having two full bathrooms was fantastic. Great views and very thorough and fast communication from the owner!! Would definitely stay again!!
