Spacious ocean view, upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a quiet location, with an ocean view park as a 'front yard’ and a canyon view/ocean view state park as a 'backyard'.

See and hear the waves crashing from the dining room, living room and balcony, and enjoy a short 5 minute walk to Califia Beach.

Beautiful weather year round. Plenty of secure underground parking for you and your guests.

Just 1 mile south of charming downtown San Clemente and 1 mile north of famous Trestles surfing. 5 minutes to reasonably priced golf!

45 minutes south of Disneyland and 1 hour north of San Diego and all of its attractions.

Although the balcony has great views, it is not safe for young children.

For summer guests, we have ceiling fans and portable fans but we do not have A/C. For winter guests we have space heaters.

Wonderful Condo and location

This condo is very clean and has a fantastic location to the beach and food stores and restaurants and getting on and off the freeway easily. The condo comes with so many extras from beach items for the walking distance to the beach to games and extra kitchen items and washer and dryer. We loved the location and view. The pool and hot tub on the property are very nice. The parking is underground and provide 2 spaces. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms work for adults and family, with a full tub in one bathroom and a nice size shower unit in the other bathroom. The kitchen has everything that is needed to make your stay nice. The furniture is also comfortable with a good size kitchen table. There is a little shared balcony that you can bring a chair or two to site around the table and a little BBQ that you can use. Our stay felt like a home that is just waiting for guest to enjoy:)

Super Cute Beach Condo

It was a really nice place. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and we got to see some dolphins playing in the surf. It’s so nice to hear the seals barking and the waves crashing when you go to bed and wake up. PIt’s really a spacious but cozy place. If you aren’t used to beachside communities on the west coast, just be aware that you can hear, see and smell everything because everyone is so close. For us, being so close to the beach outweighs that completely. The owners were super communicative. We would definitely recommend this for a nice beachside getaway.

San Clemente family visit

We enjoyed the space, the view, the location. Sharing a deck took a bit of getting used to but so nice to sit outside and have lunch overlooking the ocean, open green space, and the birds. The parking garage is a nice asset but needs better lighting. Be careful of the cement posts! Well stocked place. A few suggestions: higher quality paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) , tightening towel and toilet paper hangers to walls, and cleaning artificial plants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Great spot close to the beach!

Great location! We could see and hear the ocean from the balcony. Paved short walk to the beach. Nice trail along the ocean that you can walk to a pier and eat dinner. Trail was great for running as well. Owner was wonderful work with. We would stay here again!

Highly recommend. Very well maintained and spacious. Patio with ocean views. Walking distance to beach, trails, pier, etc... Host was helpful and communicated well. Great spot.

Spectacular View

The condo was spacious and well appointed. There were two reserved parking spots in an underground garage. The location is ideal and the real plus is the spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony that we enjoyed every day. We would certainly book this condo again.

Very Helpful Hosts

Gretchen was great at communicating what to expect for check-in, even let us know the cleaners were done early so we could check-in sooner. She also remembered we were there to take our boys surfing & gave several recommendation for nearby beaches with good waves. The place was nice with a great view.

Great Location

We needed a place to stay for my son’s homecoming deployment; the condo was perfect. The condo has everything you need. I will say that it is advertised as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed. I would definitely stay here again, it’s close to everything we needed.

Beautiful stay! Photos are accurate, so no surprises. Very clean condo with ample supplies. Close to state beach park and sunset views on the grass hill next door. The garage parking is a big plus.

Great Getaway🎶🌞

The property was exactly as stated. A lovely walk down to Capistrano Beach. Great underground parking along with a very comfortable hot tub and pool. The owners were immediate to respond and answer our questions which was very helpful. Check in and check out were no problem. We will definitely be back!
