An adorable, direct oceanfront front studio with a large private balcony.

Atlantic Overlook is a cozy gem located just one mile from Main Street, Daytona Beach Pier, The Boardwalk, and Ocean Walk shops and restaurants. Queen bed and fold-out sleeper sofa. Studio kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and countertop oven. Full bath with tub/shower combo. Gym, Laundry Room, and Restaurant serving cocktails on property. We offer free on-site parking and covered motorcycle parking during events.

HURRICANE UPDATE MARCH 2025: Reconstruction has finally begun on the south pool! We don't have a completion date set yet, but the pool contractor says we're already ahead of schedule. Check back for updates throughout the spring.

Meanwhile, the north pool and its pool deck remain FULLY operational, the main (center) deck has been resurfaced, and we have beach access directly from the property. The grills are up and running, and we'll be placing a furniture order in about a week.

Wonderful stay

After arriving at the property and entering, we decided not to stay

Our recent booking at this property left us with mixed feelings. Upon arrival, we encountered some unexpected challenges. The parking lot had a few individuals loitering around, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, navigating to the apartment proved to be quite tricky as it was tucked away and signage was absent.On the positive side, once we found the apartment, it was spotless and well-maintained. The cleanliness was commendable and much appreciated. However, it is worth noting that the building itself is quite old, which might not appeal to everyone. Some residents and guests seemed somewhat questionable. As we were exiting our car, a gentleman walked out of the unit directly in front of the parking space. We could see inside his apartment through the door and open window and, I'm not trying to be unkind, his apartment was disgusting. In summary, while the apartment itself was clean and would have met our basic needs, the overall experience was somewhat marred by the older building and the atmosphere in the surrounding areas. We requested that one night be refunded, to which the owner promptly responded no. We expected the response with full unde

Wonderful property!

Our stay, while short, was fantastic! The space was clean, very nicely decorated and furnished, and there was a beautiful view from the porch! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Perfect Trip for the Rolex 24

Our flight was very delayed but checking in was a breeze. The condo is exactly as shown. The extras like toiletries and snacks were helpful as we spent most of the days at the track. The sunrises were lovely. The neighborhood is safe and has easy access to gas stations and grocery stores. Samantha is a very attentive host checking in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed once we arrived and what to expect when we left.

Had to change units due to issue wit hot water

We ended up in unit 254 instead of 265 due to an issue with the condo hot water system. Unit 254 was not direct ocean front; however, it did have a nice ocean view. We really liked 254. It was a great location and the unit was well appointed and very clean. We would stay in this unit again.

Property is in a great location. Easy access to both beach and mainland. Walkable beach or Atlantic Ave to Main St Pier area. Samantha was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Condo was perfect, beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Second stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing place! The view from the balcony and the sunrises are to die for! Samantha is such a great host and leaves extra amenities in case you forget anything. She also is just a phone call away if you have any issues or need anything which is super helpful! The ease of parking and checking in is great as well. The deck to get down to the beach and second pool are not complete just yet from the previous hurricanes a couple years ago but they definitely have made some head way in the last year since the last time we stayed here. You are still able to get down to the beach from the side of the building which wasn't a big deal to us. Everybody we have encountered being there are super friendly as well! When you stay here, you definitely need to try Adams Egg which is just steps away from the room. Absolutely delicious!! Thank you again Samantha for another perfect vacation for my husband and I. We can't wait to come back!!

Great Stay!

Clean & Cozy Beachfront Unit!

Loved this studio, beachfront unit! Extremely clean and oh so cute! You can very quickly tell Samantha takes great pride in making her visitors’ welcome & their stay as pleasant as possible. Supplies were abundant, Samantha has thought of everything! From beach chairs to toothpaste! Very responsive! Within 5 min of our arrival, after mentioning a chair on the deck was broken, we had a different chair & were ready to sit and watch the waves roll in. Hope we have an opportunity to stay again in the future!

Nice stay

We had a really good stay. Room was clean. The walk to beach was a little hard for my husband. He has a few health issues little longer walk than normal due to the hurricane taking out the sea wall. But not the condo owners fault. Overall we had a good stay.

Beautiful Room Not View

I originally booked another place but they canceled my reservation because their place was not ready. I was frantically looking for another place we could afford with not only an ocean view but access to the beach. I found this place knew they were doing work but told her I was wanting an ocean view and to relax for my birthday. She told me they were working on things from the hurricane and that one of the two pools was not ready. I was not prepared for what we saw when got there. Room was just like pictured and very clean but could hear noise. When we went on to the patio all I saw was construction works and heavy equipment. The noise was the beeping of the tractor. The view I wanted was through construction equipment. when I contacted her she said they would be done by 7PM. Well great but until 7 we get to look at and see construction equipment. The beach access we were told was available was closed and we had to walk to get to the beach. Then we had to climb over broken wall and rebar. We ended up walking much further down the beach for the day because of the equipment noise. I told her she needed to put up new pictures that shows exactly what someone would be getting. If you are not from the area you don't know. I ended up enjoying my stay but was VERY VERY DISAPOINTED! First time to Florida and my ocean view had construction equipment.

Lovely stay to Samantha's Atlantic Overlook

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We were able to watch beautiful sunrises and saw dolphins one morning all from the window or the balcony. We had a special treat being able to see the full moon rising on 2 nights of our stay. The kitchen area was so useful and well equipped. Samantha provided many thoughtful extras and was very quick to respond to my questions. I can't wait to return.
