Stayed at the Volcom house with my family on July 10-15 2017. There were ten of us, 6 adults, 4 kids and the house couldn't have been more perfect, plenty of room for all, each had our own spacious room with nice size bath attached with a balcony off every room. The living area and kitchen were nice and big and we could all gather there if we wanted, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, except a cheese grater. I'm sure there was one somewhere, we Just couldn't find it. But have to say there is one heck of a nice blender that we used constantly which is probably why we couldn't find the cheese grater :).The views from every room were spectacular!! From the first day our stay was perfect, Jason was there to meet us and tell us everything we needed to know, when we couldn't get the TV in the living room to work he was a phone call away and was there in 10 minutes, such a nice guy. My grandkids two 13 year olds a 11 year old and 17 year old loved the access to the beach right outside our door. I have to admit it was warm and humid that time of year but the breeze from the open doors down stairs and the fans were fine and the bedrooms have air conditioning. The only negative I would say is that in the evenings with the large doors open you may get some unwanted critters, we did, twice, it can't be helped, that's Hawaii and humidity. When Jason came to fix the TV we mentioned it and he apologized and said the house is sprayed every month. I'm sure they do all that they can but it's gonna happen, just do as I did, cower in a corner ( I don't deal well with ANYTHING that crawls or flies) and make someone deal with it, like your daughter-in-law🤣 (so brave). I have to mention the neighbors, Kaimana( look him up, professional surfer) was so nice to make my grandson's day and take a picture with them, super nice guy. We were sad to leave, we have so many great memories of our time there, and all agree we would love to come back, but only if they get a cheese grater.❤️
