Nicely decorated with antique and contemporary art and furniture, suitable for 3 or 4 persons, third floor (with elevator) of a charming 1928 small luxury building, surrounded by trees and gardens, in one of Rome's best neighborhoods. It has one small room with a twin size bed, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a lovely living room with dining area, separated kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Amenities include air con, heating, smart HD TV, DVD,, iron and board, dishwasher, washer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, wifi high speed internet connection. Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided.

The area is world famous for its ancient village-like streets and it is full of traditional restaurants, bars and pubs. It is itself one of the city attractions.

Wonderful apartment, in a lovely area.

We have a most enjoyable stay in Rome, Paolo's apartment was very pleasant, the shower room is a bit compact, but we were fine with that. The area is great, with fun shops and restaurants, and within walking distance (we are keen walkers) from all the sites. Would stay there again! Paolo, many thanks to you.

Very elegant flat in vibrant area of Rome

Charming Travestere Apartment

Thank you Paulo for sharing this beautiful apartment with us. It’s historic charm, spaciousness, and tasteful decoration was appreciated. What a pleasure to wake up to that view of the neighbourhood. The best meal of the trip was eaten in a nearby restaurant.

Lovely property in quiet neighborhood

The apartment was really lovely, the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower. The only thing that would have made the experience better was to have some water and milk in the fridge on arrival.

Very pleasant apartment

We stayed for a week in June in this Apartment. For two or three people it is ideal, spacious and very well located to walk almost everywhere (which we did and my feet are still tired!). The bathroom is small and the shower is not great but all serviceable, as is the kitchen. The windows are large and the rooms are sunny and bright - the parakeets living in the gardens outside are lovely. Paulo was there to welcome us when we arrived and was very helpful.

Well equipped, comfortable and central to all Rome has to offer.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Rome. During our stay in the high temperatures of July it was a haven of coolness to come back to during sightseeing. It was only a few tram stops from the major tourist attractions yet it was set in an amazingly quiet oasis in the trendy Trastevere area. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and churches the apartment was only a few tram stops from Trastevere station to where we got the 35 minute train from Fiumincino. The air conditioning was a god send in escaping the city heat. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Perfect apartment in Rome!

My daughters and I had the most beautiful visit to Rome, and highly recommend this apartment. Close to buses that go to the central historic area, easy walking to restaurants, cafes, gelato, and shopping. Very quiet location, beautiful garden views, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Paolo was a very welcoming host who left us on our own, but was available if needed. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

Classic older style apartment in a lovely quiet location

Just a few minutes walk from the charming Trastevere neighbourhood, with high ceilings and lovely cool terrazzo stone floors, this reminded me of the apartment my Nonna used to live in. This has all mod cons like a/c, smart TV and an Alexa speaker. We visited in winter and the central heating was warm. The kitchen was older style, well set up with dishwasher, washing machine and a marble-topped table perfect if you feel like making pasta. The bathroom is older style and for a larger person might be a bit cramped.

We spent almost a month in this property and were sad to leave. Paulo (our host) was fantastic in making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location can not be beat for access to Rome. We would walk down the street every morning and have a bite and espresso at Bar Glorioso (we felt like family). I can’t recommend this apartment high enough.

First Time in Rome

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment on a quiet street in Trastevere. The location is perfect to explore the neighbourhood and city on foot. We found a cafe down the street for morning coffee, fruit market, bakery, great food, shopping and gelato close by. Paolo met us, was helpful arranging a car to and from the airport and recommended restaurants and sites. Very pleasant stay. We would return. Grazie Paolo

Perfect location

This small apartment is in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Rome. Restaurants and cafes abound, and it was a short walk to the bus stop to get the Termini. The bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location

Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and cafes and the nightlife of Trastevere. Super cute cafe just a few steps from apartment. Short taxi ride to all major attractions. Apartment is exactly as listed. Perfect for two adults. We would certainly stay there again.

Cute area

The apartment was cute! Loved the antique look, and being surrounded by gardens and greenery. Good location! Does require a bit of walking but it was enjoyable and we rode scooters. Main complaint is that it could be cleaner. It’s due for a thorough deep cleaning in each room.. it wasn’t terrible but I expected better. (Couch covers, shower, etc) Also there is currently scaffolding blocking views shown in the listing in all rooms besides the bathroom. I wish I would have known this beforehand.

Loved Trastevere

We spent a week in Rome at this lovely apartment. The location was great - only a few blocks off all the action in the neighborhood. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Walked over the Garibaldi bridge most days and wandered. Several grocery stores nearby as well. Would stay again!

Great property!

The property was wonderful, and set back out of the hustle and bustle! If that’s what you are looking for stay here! If you are not a walker then it’s probably not the e right location unless you do not mind rideshares :)! The AC was great, and all the accommodations were perfect! It fit our family perfectly!

The street is exclusive, residential and very green, it is also very peaceful and the building, which hosts only 8 apartments, was designed by a famous architect in 1928.
