Only one block from the beach, this new construction 6 BR/5.5 BA house is perfect for your next beach vacation. New Castle is a quiet street yet only two blocks to Funland and three blocks to shops on Rehoboth Avenue. The house includes two two master suites. You may never even make it to the beach with the amazing heated private pool in the backyard! Or enjoy the cool enclosed rear porch or the screened-in front porch. Gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. The property features off-street parking in the driveway for two cars. Between Oct 1 and May 30 there will be a separate fee to heat the pool. The pool is closed for the winter between Dec 1 and late March / Early April depending on the forecast. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.) NOT provided.

Convenient location, great house

Had a great trip! House was close to the beach, close enough to restaurants and shops to easily walk but still on a very quiet street. Loved having enough bedrooms for everyone in our group of six.

We stayed at house with multiple families attending lax tourney in frederica and it was perfect close/walking distance to everything, new, and plenty of room for everyone! We will be back!

Lovely, bright, open rental home

My girlfriends and I had a fantastic stay here. The open space downstairs layout was our epicenter for cooking together and socializing. We had fantastic weather and spent alot of time outdoors, but the house lends itself to an enjoyable spot when the weather doesn't cooperate.

Home was excellent, location was even better!

Our group had a wonderful stay here! The host was easy to communicate with and accommodated an early check-in (at no additional cost). The location of the property could not have been better - walking distance to everything. The property itself is stunning - clean, new, and stocked. Sleeps 16+ in 6 bedrooms with other couch (convertible) and lounge areas. Plenty spacious for our group. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you! See less

Beautiful property

Had a wonderful family vacation. This property accommodated our large family and was set up for small children as well. Host Brian was very prompt answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend this property!! 5 stars for sure.

Beautiful house in a great location!

This house is exactly as pictured -- beautifully furnished and great layout. The location is perfect too -- easy to walk to the beach (even for littles) and to Funland, restaurants, etc. The pool was great for afternoons after the beach. Communication with the owners was easy via text. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again soon!

Stellar Home, Fantastic Rehoboth Beach Location

If you're in the market for a high-end Rehoboth Beach vacation, this is the house to rent. It is wonderfully situated on idyllic Newcastle Street with just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house is pretty new, beautifully designed, spacious yet intimate, and very clean. There's a discrete long driveway for off-street parking and the owners provide two street parking passes that are useable all over town. The pool and backyard are very lovely, we enjoyed both, and a nice outdoor shower as well. You would think a house this grand would have a larger pool but the town building code restricts the size of swimming pools. The upside is a spacious yard to enjoy. This is a truly impressive property that delivers everything you'd expect at this price point.

Wonderful Place

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful home. More than enough space for large family vacation, ages ranging from 2 to 72. Great pool for cooling off and nice kitchen for cooking.

Perfect Family Oasis

My family took this time to stay over the Easter weekend and had an amazing time. We were surprised the property was available for our last minute dates but we were elated it was. My family came from three different states to enjoy this weekend together. The home was just what we needed. The open spaces were great for our Easter brunch, game time and relaxation together. The kitchen, dining area and living room provided plenty of seating and amenities and the kitchen cabinets were even labeled with the items that were present. The property manager communicated prior to us arriving so the check in and check out process was very smooth. The home is just a few blocks from the boardwalk and main strip for Rehoboth so we were able to take a walk each day. There was a bathroom for each bedroom which you don’t find too often in a home—this gave each of us more privacy and efficiency. The highlight for everyone was the amazing porch swing which gave us the chance to relax and have a light nap. We look forward to visiting again when the pool opens!

South Rehoboth gem!

What a beautiful property in a great location. Walking distance to everything—boardwalk, great restaurants, shopping…the stay was seamless from check in to check out, the host was easy to communicate with, even though we never had an issue. The house is absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean, stocked with essentials, and ideal for my large family! We would definitely stay there again!! Thank you so much for an amazing weekend.

Great stay

Our extended family had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this spacious house conveniently located walking distance away the beach and the town of Rehoboth. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Recommend you get linen service (including towels) for your stay.

Great house, but amenities lacking

This was a great house for our group (two grandparents, four parents, two teens, and two toddlers). The house is close to beach, shops, and restaurants, and is great for large groups. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The driveway fits 3+ cars and there are street parking passes for 2 more. The pool was the perfect temp. However, the house is short on amenities we would expect at the price point, and the host wasn’t great at communicating. The house has no linens (sheets or towels), which we didn’t find out until after booking. Bathrooms had no toiletries, and only a few even had hand soap. There were only two dish towels, so we bought a set that we left there. We had arranged for a mid-week cleaning, but the night before the host texted to say we couldn’t be in the house while they cleaned. That didn’t work for us, so we compromised that they would just clean the common areas. However, when the cleaners arrived, they told us they couldn’t clean unless we moved all of our stuff (snacks, kids’ toys, bathroom toiletries). Ultimately, we just canceled it. The coffee maker seemed to be missing parts and no one could figure out how to use it. A Keurig would be better, or at least an instruction sheet. We were also surprised to find two Nest cameras - one on the front porch and one overlooking the driveway - which were not mentioned anywhere in the listing or the introductory emails. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, so we left the camera unplugged.

Perfect for our family vacation

House was spacious and comfortable. Extremely clean. Lots of extras for the little ones. Location was perfect for both the beach and boardwalk. Brian checked in several times and was incredibly helpful with any questions. Highly recommend this property!

Great House With Lots of Room

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay

The property is as described. Perfect set up for multiple families as all bedrooms have their own bathroom. A master on first floor is awesome. Plus another upstairs. Nice open area to eat and hang out plus great back porch as well as charming front porch! Neighborhood is very charming and easy 10 minute walk to town and beach!

A perfect place to stay!

This house definitely has all of the little perfect details you want in a vacation home with kids. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of bathrooms, a ton of spaces to gather both inside and outside. There are even toys and step stools for the kids. The appliances are new and top of the line. We were worried about fridge space as there is only 1 main fridge but with 2 bar fridges, it was definitely enough space for 15 people. The owners communication was excellent, efficient and timely. The room configuration was great for our 4 families and 7 kids. The house location is far enough away from the main area that it is quiet but close enough for multiple trips to the beach and main food/shopping areas each day. The real MVP for us was the pool. It was such an amazing feature for our kids and adults. I am already planning my trip back next year and hoping to find another time this year too!! I would say our only thing was that there wasn’t enough seats for all 15 people to sit down and eat but with the space, I don’t think you could have that as a possibility.

Perfect Spring Break Trip

Everything about the house was well-situated and organized. The house has plenty of space to gather together and also spread apart and have privacy. It is thoughtfully designed and decorated, making the home more welcoming and inviting. Our kids especially enjoyed the heated pool every day of our stay. The beach, boardwalk, and shops/restaurants were all a comfortable walking distance for the grandparents and toddlers in our group. The communication with the hosts was always personal, prompt, and clear. It's much nicer to deal with a person than an automated menu.

The Clarks and the Gormans built this house in 2019 after coming to Rehoboth for several years. It's the perfect place for families because there's so much for the kids to do, the food is awesome, and you can walk everywhere. Plus only a few hours from DC, Philadelphia or even NYC.

We picked this lot because it's larger than most lots in the area, so we could fit a house big enough for both of our families plus have an awesome yard with a pool. It's also walkable to everything but still quiet and peaceful.
