Great cabin, clean and comfortable.would def stay here again! Mattresses need replacing but still slept well. Tv was an issue as far as streaming but mgmt was great and mantenance came and repaired fast. Highly recommendd
We loved staying here, and will definitely be back. Cabin was clean and as pictured. The beds aren't super comfy, but the pros absolutely outweigh the cons.
The cabin was nice and ‘cleanish.’ They definitely need to do a deep clean, you can look up in windows and theirs cobwebs of dust, cloning fans when turned off you could see the dust. The ‘satellite’ tv has literally no stations. And if you have little kids who like to watch morning shows, definitely not happening. I wish they had a Roku setup where you could enter your own info. So if you plan on staying here, you should bring your own Roku. The shower liners were falling off and broken. The rugs needed a deep clean. We brought in some dirt from going outside. Tried to use the available vacuum. And that didn’t work. But it was a nice overall cabin. They need to do some small changes.
Great location - no scary roads with drop offs. Onto the main strip in Pigeon Forge in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of food delivery. Very clean, nice size bathrooms and very cozy. The beds are not the best but definitely not the worst either. Tons of towels and blankets which I always appreciate. Everything you would want in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again with my gamily of 4 😊
Fairness alert: I was brought to Pigeon Forge for a wedding. I did not enjoy one ounce of PF. It was tacky, loud and crowded. A tourist trap with views of the Smoky Mountains to lure you into the idea that you were going to be able to relax. That being said…
If you need a place to stay that is close to the action and out of the madness that is the Parkway, this is a great option. Clean and simple. Way better than a hotel. The contactless check-in was convenient and the cabin rental company staff was proactive and easy to contact from booking to cleaning up.
I will say that I expected more seclusion and river access. The cabins are super close together and there is no way to truly experience the little bit of nature there is. You cannot walk anywhere. The main road is extremely busy and there is no access to the neighborhood where a walking path is visible. However, the cabin area itself is quiet and the hot tub is all I needed to feel like I got to relax on this excursion.

Property is nice. Good area. Upstairs loft needs TV and needs shades on upper windows.
530 am the sun shines right in.
The cabin was as described and well suited our needs. Overall, we were pleased. Any small issues we had were handled immediately and the staff was easy to get a hold of and talk with. Will book again in the future.
Was very impressed with the cabin very clean and peaceful.

Property is fine, policy not great
Couldnt take the trip. Trip insurance appears to be the excuse for inflexibility. A 60 day cancelation policy is crazy. I guess the lesson is you have to get trip insurance or book at a hotel where they have 48 hour cancelation policy.
We enjoyed our stay in the nice cabins on the river. Kids tried to fish, we loved the hot tub, and location was so convenient to everything, etc. we would stay again.
This little 2 story cabin was great. Clean , great location creek side, easy check in/ out, close to everything yet peaceful and quite. The only thing we disliked about it was the mattress isn’t quite as firm as our backs are accustom to, but even that wouldn’t keep us from booking again. Great stay!
Needed to be clean better alot of dust. Dirty bed cover which i washed it my self ...no big deal
It was nice

Cute but not clean!
Cabin was cute ,but not clean and several of the amenities did not function properly (cable, gas grill, only skillet in the kitchen warped and no finish, ceiling fan clunked!)
The cabin was very cute and was a great location. My family and I had a wonderful stay! The only negative, I would say, is that when the heater needs to be turned on it gets VERY hot in the upstairs loft. We figured that out and just didn’t use the heat (it was around 45 degrees in the mornings). But the cabin was very cute and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
