Välkommen till Sutton plats. Vi är ett 4 sovrum och 2 badhus nära sjön Powell, antilopanjon, hästskoböjning och Grand Canyon ligger i Page Arizona. Huset har 1 king size-säng i sovrummet, 2 rum båda med queen size-sängar och ett barnrum som har en komplett futon och två våningssängar.

Vårt hem är fullt möblerade med allt du behöver koppla av efter den livsförändrande upplevelsen som är norra Arizona. Låt inte vår lilla, fina stad lura dig! Det finns mycket att göra när solen går ner. Bara en kort promenad från detta hus och du kommer att landa direkt i mitten av alla åtgärder.

Clean, spacious and convenient

Wonderful place to stay in Page. Conveniently located. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Nice enclosed back yard. Property manager was responsive to any needs. Would definitely stay again.

The property and hosts are amazing. A bargain at the price point. Imessaged the owners about low propane tank for the grill and a full one waa delivered before we returned from a hike. The home is very comfortable and in a great location.

Very Comfortable!

Don't let the outside of this house discourage you. The inside is nicely decorated and very comfortable! The kitchen area is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The location is great if you're visiting Lake Powell, the Colorado River, or North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The check-in process was easy. However, the number of beds isn't what is listed in the description. There are no bunkbeds which means there are 9 beds, but it worked out well for us because we ended up with 9 people instead of 10. The couch is large and comfortable so I suppose someone could sleep there. The only downside was that it was difficult to get responses from the owner when we had questions about the property prior to our arrival.

Adequate home in good location

House is spacious and adequate for a family. Plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped. Host is readily available and responsive to needs. He quickly replaced damaged pots and pans during our stay and was open to a later check out when we first thought we might need one. It is an older house that could benefit from a deeper cleaning at some intervals between multiple rentals.

Property Was Double Booked

After receiving all the check in info from VRBO, I was pleasantly greated by a house full of people. The property owner seemed sincere at 1st and blamed VRBO for telling him I cancelled He promised to help me find another house but ghosted me after that. VRBO said he must have booked it also on Air B&B. VRBO took care of us and found hotel rooms for all of us and paid for the 1st night so we could figure out the rest of the trip. I am sure the house is fine. Be cautious when considering this house, double and triple check with the property owner well in advance so you don't walk in on a whole family staying at the house.

Clean, Neet, Functional

Our Stay here was wonderful. The rooms and beds were nice. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The kitchen had all necessary things for easy meals. The living room was comfortable. Location was excellent. Not just where Page is in relation to big attractions, but also where the house is located within Page. It's on a nice residential street. Close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely take a minute to eat at Big John's BBQ. it was some of the best I've ever had.

The house was very comfortable, everything was nice. Would like to rent in the future. There was only a few things that would make the stay even better. An outlet outside so we could charge our boats after a day of fishing on Lake Powell and a chest freezer to keep all our fish frozen. But the host Josh was very friendly and responsive to our requests.

Eight adults stayed prior to boarding a houseboat on Lake Powell. Location was very convenient and was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and the communication with Josh, the owner was great. Will definitely stay there again.

The great stay

Sutton home was a great experience and find!! Checking in was super easy, we got the instructions from the host on how to access the house and had no problem. The house is fully equipped, super clean and very comfortable!! The location is perfect, all the tours and hike trails are close by; also the neighborhood is safe. The host was great at communicating and responded to anything we needed. Only thing we couldn’t get to work was the WiFi but it worked for us since we were mostly out and about. I will definitely come back to Sutton home for my next AZ vacation !! Thank you for an amazing stay !!!
