Il cottage di Rosedal è una nuova aggiunta al nostro mercato degli affitti. È stato recentemente rinnovato e aggiornato per intero. Godrete la posizione serena di questo cottage - situato direttamente sul fiume New Meadows in Wet Bath. Il cottage è su una penisola con solo poche case oltre; una posizione tranquilla e rilassante con facile accesso alle attività locali a Bath e Brunswick.

Mentre entri nel cottage ammirerai il bel cortile, insieme ai giardini paesaggistici, al patio e alle opzioni di seduta. Una volta entrati nel cottage, entrerete nella bella cucina appena fatta. Fuori dalla cucina è il nuovissimo bagno con una doccia in piedi. Se continui attraverso la cucina, entri nel soggiorno che è pieno di finestre e vista sul New Meadows River. Questa camera è accogliente e allestita perfettamente per un bel libro o puzzle. Fuori dal soggiorno sono le due camere da letto. Se continui attraverso il soggiorno c'è una bella sunporch. Perfetto per sentirsi come se fossi sull'acqua. La sunporch ha un letto da giorno, se necessario.

Fuori è perfetto per godersi il sole che tramonta in una giornata estiva del Maine. Mentre alcune parti dei New Meadows non hanno acqua a certe maree, in questo affitto si ha sempre accesso all'acqua. Questo è un luogo perfetto per il kayak o il paddle boarding per godersi le acque del Maine.

Oltre il noleggio ci sono diversi ristoranti a Bath e Brunswick per provare e gustare alcuni piatti della cucina locale. Entrambe le città vantano anche meravigliosi nel centro che vale la pena trascorrere del tempo purusando. Popham Beach e Reid State Park sono 30 minuti in auto se si vuole godere della vasta costa di entrambi.

WONDERFUL!

We had a great time sitting on the sun porch sipping our coffee while watching the wild life move against the backdrop of fall leaves and changing tides. The cottage is quaint, comfortable, and very clean. A wonderful place to come home to after a day of exploring the area.

First trip to Maine

Cute little cabin. Great outdoor living/dining/relaxing spaces as well as a large living room. I spent every morning enjoying my coffee in the sunroom. The weather was just right to leave all the windows open & pull in a great breeze off the water. Mike was a gracious host.

The cottage was beautifully situated in a peninsula. We kayaked, fished, sat on the dock and watched boats and college rowers pass. Quiet and comfortable

Happy Place

Exactly as advertised, even better. Cabin in perfect shape, owner next door shared some stories about wildlife and such. Peaceful, safe, easy to find yet secluded, private, on the water. Osprey nest above, goldfinches, kingfishers, blue heron, egrets, bluebirds, gulls, cormorants, a seal and so much more. A perfect, perfect getaway.

Relaxation on the water

We had a great time during our stay at Rosedale cottage. Beautiful view of the New Meadows River (inlet) and very relaxing to just watch the wildlife (many Great Blue Heron sightings). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and bathoom and many hours were spent in the front sunroom. This was a good location for us to go to Brunswick for shopping, dining, and Maine State Music theatre, Boothbay for the wonderful Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, and Bath for the Maine Maritime Museum. Would definitely recommend.

Such a peaceful and lovely spot to stay

This property was absolutely amazing. The location is beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The cottage is so cozy. The property was very clean and the communication with the owners/management was great. We loved our stay. 5 stars!!!

Awesome vacation time in Maine!

Overall the property was very clean and the owner's met us the day we arrived and were very nice. The Sun Room was probably our favorite but we enjoyed the outdoor patio area, the dock, etc. We caught fish from the dock, saw an Eagle soaring and feeding, and most of all RELAXED!

Great cottage on scenic Maine inlet

We enjoyed our stay, and even weathered a noreaster! Rosedale cottage is cozy with all the conveniences of home. The location is perfect for exploring Bath, and other midcoast towns in Maine. The owners have a cottage next door, and were very welcoming (thanks Marilee and Mike.) We highly recommend for a couples getaway.

Excellent property and perfect for what we wanted/needed

The two of us stayed here on what was our first vacation to Maine from Michigan. Though we'd never been to the state, the posting seemed to be exactly what we had pictured when we thought of Maine. It was very neat and we are pleased with the decision. The owner Mike is very kind and it was a pleasure chatting with him. We are definitely going to vacation in Maine again, and this cottage would without hesitation be on the list to stay at.

Perfect Location

This place was the perfect location for us. The cabin was clean and cozy. We loved kayaking around the point. We saw osprey, eagles, horseshoe crabs, crabs and caught striped bass off the dock. Lovely place and wonderful owners.

Great location, bring towels

Rosedale Cottage is an adorable property located in West Bath. It's incredibly convenient to many towns, including Portland and Boothbay Harbor. The views are gorgeous and the patio and hammock are perfect for relaxing. That being said, I would say that only four adults would fit comfortably at this location, as five was a tight fight. Also, bring extra towels, as the property management company only provides one set, no matter how long you are staying. Be aware that the final stretch of road to get to the house is a bit rocky and can be muddy at times and the water isn't ideal for swimming. The owners live next door and were very kind and helpful!

Excellent wildlife viewing and location

This place worked just fine for a week away allowing ample wildlife viewing of eagles, seals, osprey, and of fish breaking the ocean surface.

RELAXING

Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Neighbors were very nice and came over to introduce themselves and let us know if we needed anything they were there. Only complaints were the TV only had 4-5 stations and mostly selling things, and it would be nice to have a Washer/Dryer and iron and ironing board. I did bring my own iron since I didn't see it listed. I have to say that the place was very relaxing and extremely comfortable. I do recommend the Taste of Main restaurant on #1 north on Main St. in Woolwich, ME The food was the best we had there and we went to a lot of restaurants. Very nice place to spend our 54th wedding anniversary. Would go back.

Nice location, good amenities, not really set up for families.

Clean, nice small cottage with very pretty deck and dock into New Meadows river. Great wildlife abound and interior has most everything you need. But this is really not a property set up for a family with a couple kids. Only interior meal seating is a tiny bistro table. In the evenings, tons of no see must make sitting outside generally unpleasant for a while. And outside table is lovely location and bigger, but only seating there is Adirondack chairs! Doesn’t really work for any actual rating except for on your lap or drinking coffee. Interior furnishings and fittings overall good, but sometimes feel cheap, like the porch blinds which are nearly impossible to raise. Finally, rental management company that runs this place has little interest in guests comfort and is very impersonal.

What a gem!

Absolutely cute and quiet spot on the water with great views and charm! Excellent spot to relax, and enjoy a tiny glimpse of the Maine coast. Kayaks on the dock are a plus, just launch and go! Can jump in the water right off the dock, too. Great little patio area overlooking the water for coffee in the morning, wine in the evening. Cottage is nicely done, cute décor. Bedrooms very small, but you don't spend much time indoors during a Maine vacation! Only small thing is the listing said it had cable tv, which it doesn't. Again- who cares? Not in Maine to watch tv, that's for sure. We are hoping to go back next summer, for a longer stay. Absolutely loved it.

Charming, clean & updated

Great cottage right on the river with the use of kayaks included. A fun Maine experience and it was only 5 minutes into town plus it’s a great Midcoast location. Super clean, super charming and updated. We loved at our stay at Rosedale Cottage!
