Welcome to Grand Pointe 606, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo, offering the perfect sanctuary for your much-deserved vacation. Situated in Orange Beach, this condo invites you to unwind and soak in the serene coastal vibes, accompanied by the soothing soundtrack of the Gulf's waves.

This condo rental prides itself on its expansive private balcony, a vantage point for witnessing the stunning beauty of boat traffic and marine life at Alabama Pointe, the Gulf of Mexico, and Perdido Pass. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffees or evening reflections as you gaze over the water.

The Primary suite in Grand Pointe 606 is designed for relaxation and privacy. It features a plush King bed, easy balcony access for those dawn or dusk views, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The suite's private bath includes a luxurious whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower, ensuring a spa-like experience every day. The second bedroom offers cozy accommodation with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for guests or family.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Fabulous Place

Those condo was super nice, we loved the Bay with all the boats! The balcony was beautiful with that view!! We seen the sun come up every morning!! This place is a must!! We had the best beach week here!!!

LOVED IT!

I have stayed at Grand Pionte before, and this unit did not disappoint either! The building while full is very quiet, very clean, everyone was so polite, the view is spectacular, the pool is nice and the beach access is a big plus. We had a great time!

Pleased, But!!

Everything was good except, the AC filter needed to be changed. I asked for beach front view and were actually on the side. However the view we had wasn't bad. This should have been brought to our attention.

Nice location, Nice ambiance. Really liked walking on the beach. Enjoyed watching the pirate ship going bye and firing their canons, and the porpoises from the balcony.

Wonderful experience!

We loved that this building is away from the crowded beach area. Peaceful water view and a short walk to sunbathe by the surf. The building was very quiet with easy parking and in and out with zero time waiting for elevators. Super clean and comfortable condo with comfy beds with lovely sheets. A+

Great condo but….

This is a great location and very nice condo, however there is currently no beach access. There is a dredging effort currently underway in Perdido Pass which is being piped across the beach in front of this condo blocking all beach access. Otherwise everything was great.

July Vacation

Condo was clean and well supplied except for bathrooms. Needed more bath towels and had no hand towels. Master bath had no bath matt for the floor. We washed bath towels on the second day of our stay.

The location and the views were amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The decor and fixtures were new and up to date. The pool was closed due to painting and renovations but greatly appreciate enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start by saying the condo itself inside was great and super clean. Everything we needed. However, this condo is under major construction/renovation. The pool is closed. The grounds were cluttered with construction equipment/workers to the point that it was not enjoyable. If like me you are attracted to this condo because of the amazing balcony, don’t be. We were not able to enjoy it because of the construction work. One morning we woke up to a man on our balcony. They always left the balcony dirty with a covering of dust. If we went out after they left in the evening we had to clean and reorganize the furniture as it was moved daily. The construction began at 8 am each day. It was so loud from sanding/grinding we were not able to hear each other talk. This went on off and on all day. Forget having a peaceful morning coffee/breakfast on the balcony.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of four/ 2 couples. We all had such a good time even though it was extremely windy and cool the whole week we were at the beach. I am not sure what we would have done without the amazing balcony to lounge on the entire week. Plenty of room in the condo, very homey feel to the furnishings. The wifi is very week and that was not so good for us but we did call and they were quick to send a tech to check it out. He tried his best but was unable to find the router so maybe that will get solved in the future. The complex was nice and clean. I would stay here again and felt safe the entire time we were there.

Long awaited vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to reschedule twice in 2020 due to Corvid then a hurricane. Finally we got our beach vacation and it was perfect. The unit was very nice and as described on line. The rental company was very attentive and check in was the best. No going to an office to get keys or a parking pass. We showed up and walked right in. They checked in via text to make sure everything was perfect. We love this location so this was the third time renting at Grand Point. Close to everything. We will return agaon in the fall.

We had outstanding views, comfortable accommodations and the location was perfect. Can't wait to come back and visit again.We used the pool, the ocean access and even the poolside patio with grills. All wonderful. Had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.Only thing I would do if fix the towel holders and maybe some hangers for our clothes. Both small things. Overall we loved it.
