Perfect Stay!

Our family of 6 spent a wonderful week at this property. It's large, comfortable and has absolutely everything you'd need for a perfect stay. From a huge kitchen to a pool table and an extra refrigerator, this house is perfect for a family or group. The yard is large, has covered space an a beautiful pool and patio area with a view of the San Jacinto Mountains. Peaceful, relaxing and close to everything Palm Springs has to offer. We would definitely stay here again - thanks for a memorable vacation!

Excellent PS home

Great location. Easy walking to downtown. Loved the house and yard! Only disappointment was that pool heating is not included in cost and it’s very expensive additional cost.

Great getaway

This property is just as described. It was perfect for my husband and I and my mom and brother. Nice amenities. Clean. Good location. Would definitely stay here again.

Family winter break

Great house, perfectly suited for what we were looking for: warmth, a pool, and enough space for the kids to run around while the adults could chill. Very convenient overall, and the team managing the property was extremely cordial and quick to respond to our questions.

Never been so easy to rent!!!

Property manager relayed codes and advised if we needed anything to contact them. Everything we needed. There was an issue with one door which was taken care of promptly. Great location. Excellent for a family get together.

Beautiful house

Everything about this house was great except during the time of our stay there were maintenance people attending to the pool and backyard trees which kept us from enjoying the pool for several hours each day. We will however try and stay here again!!!

It’s a Nice Home, But...

Every home has its peculiarities. Here they are for this one: The living room has a nice tv, but no cable box. Instead it has an Amazon Fire Stick. The tv in the room with the pool table does have a cable box, but it has only one chair. The light tubes in the ceilings throughout the house provide significant light from before dawn till after dusk. This includes the one in the master bedroom. The skylights in both bathrooms leaked. Both shower heads need replacing. They shoot water in every direction. The pool table has a small tear and is not level. The ping pong table is a “mini” table. The side yard where the trash and recycling bins are located is an unsightly mess. Beyond these peculiarities, we had some challenges in dealing with AvantStay. This began with their check-in instructions. The email they sent just before our stay gave us the front door code and said to use it anytime after the check-in time. We only discovered this was wrong when we called after we arrived in Palm Springs to see if we could access the house an hour or so early. At that point we were told that by Palm Springs law, we needed to meet their representative at the home to be given the keys. And later we discovered that the code they gave us didn’t even work, when the one of us without the key arrived back at the house while the other of us with the key was still out. The house had no “Instruction manual.” The most frustrating consequence of this was in trying to start and stop the hot tub. There were four electrical switches near it and we never could figure out the right combination to get it started or stopped. At one point well after we gave up, it started spontaneously, which was nice, but then we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. And it ran for a long time before spontaneously turning itself off. Unfortunately, AvantStay was no help. In three calls about this I was promised prompt return calls, but it never happened. Finally, about a week into our two week stay, we we began to contemplate checking out early and going home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So I called AvantStay to inquire about this. Three times I was promised a prompt response from management. Again, that never happened. Hopefully the owner and manager will have fixed these issues. If so, we would certainly recommend this house. It is nice and in a nice neighborhood with a great location.

Last Minute Trip to Palm Springs :)

My best friend and I had the day off work so decided to pop down to Palm Springs from LA for the night. It was so nice that we could instant book with AvantStay! The house was to die for. We loved all the playful items, like the pool table, ping pong, neon signs, and fabulous BBQ setup. My friend is a photographer and used the space for some product shots, the gallery walls make for great backdrops and the classic yet chic Palm Springs design is such a vibe! It was great to stay so close to downtown Palm Springs also, we went to brunch and a pool party on a Wednesday! Would for sure book with AvantStay again, fell in love with their interior design and style :) Can't wait to explore their other locations!
