Our condo home is lovingly appointed with everything you need to feel like you’ve arrived in your own tropical home away from home. New, stylish, and comfortable furnishings & original artwork. Plenty of plush towels & high thread count, 100% cotton bedding. A gourmet kitchen with slab granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook & entertain. A lanai perfectly furnished for relaxing, soaking in the views, and outdoor meals. Novels, games, movies, & Hawaiian music to enjoy during your stay. And, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, & cooler so you can hit the beach with everything you need.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with the master and second guest bathrooms en suite—perfect for families and couples (or singles) traveling together!

Other amenities include wireless DSL, a pool with waterfall, a hot tub, a gas grill, and a fitness center that's available at no charge to all guests staying in our condo.

Plantation condos

We had another wonderful stay at the Plantation Condos in Princeville. The condo has a great layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, the pool area is nice and the location is great—halfway between the shopping center and 1 Hotel at the end of the road.

Thanks for a wonderful place for our family to gather on our vacation. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and plenty of room. We needed to touch base when we had a question, and the on island manager, Michelle, was responsive and helpful. We would stay again!!

Great Stay in Kauai

Debbie's condo was a great place to stay for a family. It was conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and the grocery store and access to the pool was an added bonus after having left the beach, but not yet done for the day. We would definitely stay here again.

A week in paradise

The condo was perfect for our family of 6! We had all we needed and a small grocery store 1/2 miles away was perfect to allow for a few meals. The condo was spacious and well maintained. The property was beautiful, right on the golf course. Debbie was great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Family getaway

Beautiful Birthday

We came to Kauai for my oldest grand daughters 13th birthday - the Island was beautiful and the condo was wonderful roomy and comfortable we barbequed by the pool often I would gladly rent this unit again!

Lovely stay in paradise

We had stayed here previously a few times more than 10 years ago. When we returned to Kauai, this year we were delighted to see that this unit was available. The condo was well equipped, comfy beds, and freshly painted( looks great). The large lanai was our favorite spot for breakfast and dinner. The owner was very responsive for a couple of minor problems during our visit. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Kauai.

A lovely sanctuary in Princeville.

This was a clean, well-appointed condo, conveniently located. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. We spent early mornings and late evenings on their beautiful lanai. Six adults stayed very comfortably here! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks very much!

Upscale Condo

The condo was beautiful, well equipped and spacious. It could not have been more comfortable. However, the location was disappointing. It was located in a high end, but generic, complex in a golf course community with other complexes and private homes that could have been located in any city. The area was beautiful but we did not feel like we were in Hawaii, much less Kauai. Although the listing said you could walk to the beach, we never found a way to walk out of the community and to the beach. We had to drive everywhere. With a party of 6, it was difficult to coordinate plans and departure times. If individuals in our party could have walked to the beach, as expected, there wouldn't have been so much lost time, the group could have split up to pursue separate activities without anyone being stranded and someone could have walked to the beach to swim, meditate, bask in tropical nature or seek some solitude.

Great Location!

We stayed in this beautiful and clean 3 bedroom, 3 full bath for 5 nights. We had a couple hiccups that I am hoping to help anyone else with. The unit number was not given to us and only the address. Someone in another review mentioned this as well. The owner has since updated her information so that should no longer be a problem. We were unsure of which side of the garage to park on. You park on the right hand side. We requested the twin beds be made into a king bed which did not happen. We did that on our own. It does not say where the trash is to be taken to. When you leave the unit, turn right. Walk down a couple units and it is on your left. The blue key fob attached to one of the house keys is used to enter AND EXIT the pool area. You can’t get out of the pool area without the key fob so make sure you keep that with you too. There is no pizza cutter, so we used a knife. The house is EXTREMELY clean!! We had plenty of space. The porch is amazing with quiet views and comfy seating. The beds are comfortable. The a/c has a low set point of 72 degrees and we kept all ceiling fans on in the condo to help with air flow as during the night it sometimes got warm. The garage has beach chairs and tons of other beach amenities to use as well. It’s in a great location in Princeville. This area is super safe with lots of walking paths. All in all we enjoyed our time here.

A place to make memories

Very pleased w the property. Plenty of room for my family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Very clean, great lanai to view the complex. This condo was very close to the pool. The people respected the quiet hours. The Princeville center is very close with a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
