Questa casa a tre piani con quattro camere da letto e due bagni con vista sull'oceano che può ospitare dai 16 ai 18 anni ha alcune caratteristiche che vorrei esprimere nella seguente critica. Poiché è stato costruito nel 1990 non è nuovo di zecca e anche se recentemente abbiamo fatto molti lavori di ristrutturazione, ha ancora alcune caratteristiche che sono ciò che alcune persone dicono, è un po 'più vecchio. Abbiamo messo il tappeto nuovo in ogni camera da letto, abbiamo fatto un lavoro completo di pittura d'interni in ogni stanza, le scale sono state rifatte, il ponte è stato restaurato, i bagni hanno nuovi pavimenti e vernice, tuttavia la cucina non è stata ancora rinnovata, con elettrodomestici e arredi moderati ma non nuovi. Le caratteristiche che si distinguono sono. 1. percorso verso l'oceano che è insuperabile senza ostacoli, tranne l'acqua in inverno. Two The View che è buono come lo troverai sulla costa di Washington. 3 terrazze complete al secondo e terzo livello e rimarrai meravigliato dalla fantastica vista sull'oceano, quattro nella vasca idromassaggio interna per 8 persone e dal letto principale e vedrai le onde dell'oceano che avvolgono la spiaggia. 5, dormire 16-18 6 2 televisori a schermo piatto uno è 45 pollici. 6. Wi-Fi gratuito sette. Lavasciuga. 8 cucina completa, e se ci sono esigenze non esitate a contattarci quando a casa 9. Stufa a legna da appoggio. 10 area molto privata, la casa più vicina si trova a un isolato di distanza ed è in una strada senza uscita. 11 Due miglia e mezza al casinò in 5 miglia a Ocean Shores. 12. Barbecue a carbone 13. I prezzi variano quindi si prega di consultare il sito per vari prezzi

Great beach house for big groups

Everything we needed for our family reunion. The host communicated really well. It's not the fanciest place, but for the price it's totally worth it, especially with the amazing view and proximity to the beach. Lots of space for multiple families in the house and RV's in the driveway.

Perfect Location

The details in the listing are accurate with this being an older house and could use some updating but the location and view made up for that! Larry and Chuck were both great and absolutely amazing at communicating any requests or issues we might have had. The house is huge and had everything we needed and more. Our group of 12 were very comfortable there.

There were 13 of us that spent the nights, about 26 of us during the day. Two big meals. Home was great. Water presure was great for showers and plenty of hot water. One extra large table to play games on and eat. Another normal table that was great too. Kichtenq

Spectacular view on a pet friendly budget!!!

Owner was upfront & very communicative about the property/expectations. Our large family was quite comfortable & able to spread out. The kids had a great time playing in the little sand area. The path to the beach was an easy walk. Definitely keeping this property in mind for a later family get together.

Easy weekend

This place was in great location there is so much room in the house. Walking to the beach was fun and you only have to drive 5-10 minutes to get to ocean shores. The host was very communicative and the check in/check out process was easy and smooth. I got exactly what I expected and was not disappointed!

Beautiful beach getaway!

My family had a wonderful time celebrating New Years at this property! There was plenty of room for our large group and the property had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach as well as a coffee stand and mini mart. The view from the balcony was panoramic and beautiful! We had a slight issue with the water which was quickly resolved by Larry and his crew. The communication with the owners was very good- Larry is very quick to respond. We would stay here again!

Great location!

The location is perfect! Make sure to read the description to know that this is an older home without updates in order to keep the price down. Can’t beat the short, private walk to the beach or the view from the decks. Enjoyed watching the bald eagles and deer. We also brought our own camp chairs to take to the beach. Our dogs had a blast and this property is very private. I do want to emphasize that this feels like you’re going to a beach house that has been in the family a long time. Great location that might feel a bit like “roughing” it for some. Close to casino, shopping, food. The owner is very clear and transparent about the property and will review the requirements and requests a few days before your stay. Fast and easy check in and check out.

Fun at the beach

This was exactly as listed. Close to the beach, fantastic view from the second and third decks, and lots of comfortable beds for our group. The dogs had a great time as well! The sound of the ocean was fantastic! The wood stove was just for looks, it wasn't operational. The outside had litter here and there, but otherwise this place was perfect!

Zero disappointments!

You choose between options based on the photos, description, amenities details, price, and policies. It is wonderful when you get exactly what you expected based on that data. A bonus was the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of Larry, the property manager. Every communication was prompt and clear. Super clean, unfussy, relaxed situation (e.g. mismatched cutlery, mugs, towels, plates. We didn't care!). Easy to settle in and everything we needed was available. Loved the unobstructed ocean view and trail right to the beach. A couple of blocks away is vehicle access and you can drive on the beach after Labor Day. If you're up for relaxed enjoyment with friends/family and you value function over fancy, this is an unbeatable great value.

Amazing Location

This property is in an amazing location, just a short walk to the beach, no close houses, only a few miles from town if anything was needed. The house had plenty of room for our family of 12, lots of dining and sleeping space, and 2 large decks. It is an older house as mentioned, a true "beach house". There were some maintenance issues, such as the hot tub leaking, and some lighting was nonfunctional. The owner did come quickly to bring more towels, and responded to text questions also. There were some cobweb corners, and dish/pot assortment was a bit random, but we had all we needed, and the family really enjoyed the casual stay, especially the location.

Pros & cons

Pros: location, beach access, privacy, ocean view, responsiveness of manager, kitchen well stocked, plenty of beds, nice large dining table, large screen TV, good for pets & kids, good off-season discount Cons: house & furnishings not very well maintained (old is okay, neglected is not); hot tub oddly located upstairs off of master suite (outside is more conducive to use); minimal number of towels (had to request more); did not appear or feel as clean as it was advertised to be (cleaner was sent during visit to address); carpets, some appliances, light fixtures & upstairs toilet really need to be replaced; living room only has seating for 5-6; “game room” in basement not at all inviting. Being that it is rainy November, some of these issues were likely more noticeable than they would be in warmer, drier months. Bottom line: We had a great time in spite of the above but probably would choose a different house next time, especially this time of year, unless some work is done to address these concerns. We appreciate that Larry tried hard to please, just being honest!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is BIG and the view is indescribable. The view alone is worth it. Price was very reasonable too. Plenty of room for the whole family, the pictures are old and outdated and do not accurately reflect how great this place is. The only issue we really ran into was stairs which has nothing to do with the owner it was more of a personal issue. It may be harder for the elderly to get upstairs, there is no way to get into the house without using stairs. My grandpa had an easier time walking around to the front by the firepit and going up those stairs. It worked out fine for us and this is more of an FYI for others. The trail to the beach is narrow and not wagon friendly but when you have the beach access road RIGHT THERE who cares! My kids loved the trail and we drove the others down to the beach. We all thought the beds were comfy and spent a lot of time on the balcony. Kitchen has almost everything you need, and there is a ton of parking. Definitely would stay again!

great stay

my family loved this rental it was close to the beach as described quiet neighborhood/secluded it was nice to be in a house that had "old/outdated" amenities, my young family is so use to automation that the old shower faucets were a great reminder to them of how simple life and fixtures use to be , for us older people . however my mom who is in her 70's had some trouble with the older fixtures of the house ..... but gave herself a good chuckle ...... weather was kind of a let down but overall great house and wonderful beach and surrounding areas . thank you

WONDERFUL STAY

We had looked for a place that would allow a large family gathering and also allow pets and an RV. Our Host, Larry, allowed all of these!! The house is nothing "fancy", but SO COMFORTABLE and has MANY amenities!!! When you have younger children, as well as pets, sometimes a person is so concerned something will be ruined, the stay isn't enjoyable!! The rules of the house were relaxed, but definite!!! Abide by those rules and all will be well!!! 😁 The pictures on the Internet don't show all the beds. There are MANY and some are tucked away in "hidden" corners!! 😊 In the kitchen/living areas, there are TWO GOOD-SIZED tables for dining and the peninsular counter allows people to eat there, as well. It is table height. There is a new, leather sofa and love seat that are VERY comfortable and the larger TV can be viewed from both tables AND Sofas. The views from inside AND from the decks, are spectacular!! The house has a very private feel - the kids could yell, dogs could bark and none of us felt we were being intrusive on the neighborhood, which is minimal to begin with. Our Host, Larry, was WONDERFUL!!! He was SO HELPFUL and was SO ACCESSIBLE!! If we needed ANYTHING, he was just moments away. Larry had already informed us about the well water having an iron taste - not harmful - but as a "coffee snob" 😂 - we brought about 5-6 gallons of drinking/coffee water and it was great!! All in all, this is a new "summer vacation spot" for ALL of us!! We loved every minute of our stay!! GREAT WALKING BEACH!!!

I think the description is very accurate. Not super updated, but there is no one around and the views are breath taking. Besides a much needed deep clean (splatters on walls and cobwebs and what not) this house comfortably fits a large family and is a 7 minutes from the door to putting your toes in the water. I don't recommend that you try to walk the path as it is very over grown and if you have a mouse fear definitely don't walk it. You're walking through nature and there are plenty of bugs and rodents that live outdoors. If you have a spider fear make sure to bring someone who doesn't and utilize the long broom in the basement! It reaches all the nooks and crannys and comes in handy. The main bathroom has a detachable shower head which is so convenient. Also, so much space and yard for games for kiddos and adults! Honestly will be making another reservation! I've already told some other family members and shared the link. It's a great place for the price and location! I definitely would consider it a more glamping situation, so if that's okay with you I would absolutely recommend you reserve here!
