Lovely older house design but actually a recent build so plenty of sockets, good AC and other modern benefits. Very comfortable beds, good quality linens etc.
The property and location were perfect. The house easily accommodated our large group. Communication was easy and the property manager responded quickly to the one issue we had. I would gladly book this property for future trips to Lakeland.
We were in Lakeland for a long weekend visiting family, and this house was a great place to stay (2 adults, 1 5-year-old). Looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, Taylor was super responsive to our questions, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Art museum, library, coffee shop, market, restaurants, and Lake Morton all within a 5-10 minute walk. Great place - we will stay there again the next time we visit!
Beautiful, spacious home on a quiet street! Perfect for our trip with extended family and a 1 year old. Plenty of room for our travel crib in the master. Very responsive host!
The area is perfect for getting to know Lakeland. You can walk to four different Lakes and you can also walk to a great downtown. Pickleball at the Kelly rec center was fun and challenging. We enjoyed the people that played ,vey welcoming. Circle B reserve was a must see.
Fantastic location within a short walk to both Lake Hollingsworth and Lake Morton, as well as the art museum. Spaciously, well appointed, clean living space.
Could not have been more perfect. The porch and balcony were the selling points and they did not dissapoint. Such a great location, too. Such a quiet street. Perfect experience
4 Days and Nights in Lakeland. 2 Tiger games, and a round of golf. The "Colonial" is perfect, so clean and well maintained , and in the center of everything Lakeland. This is our second year there, and we will be back
This was the perfect house and location for our family to celebrate our FSC grad. We had everything we needed to gather over the very full weekend - and plenty of space for cars and people as we traveled from separate cities.
We will definitely check to see if this lovely home is available the next time we’re in Lakeland.
Our stay here was fantastic. The property is well maintained with all the comforts at home. We were in town to move our son back into college and the location was perfect, an easy walk. In addition we enjoyed being so close to Lake Morton and downtown. We did have some questions and the owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
we really can't say enough great things about this property. It is immaculately clean, well kept, centrally located to everything in Lakeland, in a safe neighborhood. We will be back.
We had 9 people and it was very comfortable and affordable. We were visiting to participate in Jeepin' with Judd with friends. The home was a great place for us to relax and unwind in the evenings after driving 6 or more hours on the jeep courses all day.
Great location, beautiful area to walk/run, quiet neighborhood. Work-related trip and was thrilled to have comfortable beds. A few maintenance fixes (running toilet in master due to cracked/broken handle) and toiletries (no soap for shower) but all minor. Would highly recommend.
Through no fault of the owner we had to make a series of modifications to the planned stay and I was very grateful that I was able to get instant replies and a flexible approach. I had already booked my next stay before I left.
Great home, better than pictures show. The front porch is great on a quiet street. Be aware that another building on the property could be occupied during your stay which can make parking a little tight with multiple vehicles. Owner was fantastic with quick replies to any questions. No worries here!
Downtown Lakeland-beautiful home, minutes from everything!
This house and everything about our stay was a 10/10! We stayed in Lakeland over the weekend for my daughter's wedding and the house was perfect to accommodate the bridal party getting ready! The balcony upstairs was the real bonus! The photographer and our bride-to-be loved it so much we used it for bridal party first look photos of her dress and more. Host was very responsive and house was clean! We didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!
This house was calm and peaceful. It had everything we needed. The bottom floor housed a living area, dining area and kitchen ( nice and spacious). There was also a powder room and laundry on the first floor. The top floor included 3 bedrooms, a king, a queen and a twin. The beds were comfortable. The stairs were high but very sturdy and well made. The top floor also housed a regular bathroom and an oversized master bathroom with a jetted tub (a hit with my family). The A/C was super quiet and worked well to keep the whole house comfortable. On the outside, each floor had a patio area. Although the location of the house was on an uneventful street, about 3-4 blocks from the house was the Polk Museum of Art, a public library with the Black and Brew coffee house, Lake Morton ( famous for the swans), and Red Door restaurant. A short walk from Lake Morton was Lake Mirror and downtown Lakeland. Beautiful location to eat, shop and take in the sites. All in all, the house was immaculate and the surroundings well worth the trip. A real nice respite from the crazy destruction of Hurricane Ian. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for welcoming us.
