Il tuo soggiorno è all'interno del desiderabile quartiere del molo di Narragansett, offrendo un facile accesso alla spiaggia cittadina di Narragansett e al mercato del molo di Narragansett (completo di vista sull'oceano, negozi e boutique unici, caffè e ristoranti). La diga si trova a pochi passi dalla casa e da lì è possibile gustare frutti di mare / gelato al Monahan's Clam Shack e / o fare una passeggiata lungo l'oceano fino alla zona della Narragansett Town Beach e Pier Marketplace (a circa un miglio a piedi da la casa). Puoi facilmente raggiungere a piedi Boon Street da casa e sfogliare negozi / gallerie e / o prendere deliziosi cibi / bevande in alcuni dei preferiti locali come Bike Stop Café, Crazy Burger o PJ’s Pub. Puoi anche goderti il parco giochi e il campo da tennis su Boon St. Scarborough State Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, Judith Point Lighthouse, Block Island, i palazzi e le attrazioni di Newport RI e altro ancora sono tutti a breve distanza in auto o in traghetto! A Narragansett, le temperature più calde dell'acqua e le grandi onde sono le preferite da nuotatori, boogie boarder e surfisti durante la stagione estiva.

• Ampio portico schermato per 3 stagioni.
• Ampio cortile, griglia a gas fornita.
• Uscita dal livello inferiore.
• Ampio parcheggio (due vialetti, due box auto).
• Walk to seawall (0. 25mi di distanza!), ristoranti, pub, caffetterie, gelaterie, parco giochi, campo da tennis e molto altro!
• Narragansett Town Beach si trova a meno di 1mi di distanza ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi attraverso i marciapiedi lungo la diga o attraverso le stradine laterali. L'accesso pedonale alla spiaggia è di fronte a Pier Shops.

Easy as 1 2 3

Check in was simple. The whole house was spotless and the beds all made and ready for us. Plenty of extra storage and more than enough parking in the two driveways.the kitchen was large with plenty of seating available. The three season room was great, bright and airy with a pleasant cross breeze .The central air-conditioning was wonderful on the very hot and humid days. This house accomidated 8- 9 adults/children comfortably with plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Wonderful week spent with family

Every summer we have our family come in to RI to meet up to spend a week together in Narragansett. We have been doing this for about 15 years now. We have rented houses all around the pier and this place is now one of our favorites. The porch is amazing! There was always a breeze and when it rained, it was so nice to not have to move inside. Everyone commented on how the porch made the week so enjoyable even though the weather was up and down. Having the linens provided made traveling much easier for all of us. The house was well stocked with paper products, plates, glasses, cleaning items etc. We felt very well cared for our entire week. We are already planning our return next summer. Thank you!

Perfect Fit & Location

This house was a perfect fit for our family and was in a great location to many of our day trips. We certainly loved the outside covered deck. It was a great spot for us to gather in.

Great location for the playground and beach but it was unexpectedly on a busy street that was loud at night and a bit tricky to navigate with kids. Loved the 3 season porch and lots of bedroom space.

Everything was perfect for our stay in Narragansett for my son's wedding; the accommodations, the weather, and the ceremony. One morning we saw three deer in the backyard. Three minor problems at the house; a small hole in the front screen door; a loose part on the shower head in the downstairs bathroom, and a broken dresser drawer in the main downstairs bedroom. (Can provide pictures if necessary). Thank you again for a great stay.

Great base for a friendly adult gathering

This property worked very well for our 5-person gathering of unrelated adults (friends, not couples). The bedrooms accommodated all of us without difficulty; we did not need the rollaway. The common spaces worked very well for our conversations and meals, and the screened porch was great on warm late afternoons. We appreciated that the kitchen had the basics (some oil, coffee, salt/pepper that can be missing from many rentals. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the easy access from US-1. Services were close by, as were good places to eat. And the owners were very responsive on our questions posed in advance of arrival. All is all, it was a great fit for us.

College reunuion

This beautifully decorated house was the perfect setting for me and my college friends to reunite and celebrate 40 years of friendship. The house is so comfortable and perfectly located - a quick walk to the wall where I watched the most beautiful sunrise. The porch is amazing and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed. It was a wonderful stay! Hope to use this house again in the future.

Narragansett Trip

This was a long weekend with 9 girlfriends. The property worked very well for us. There were enough comfortable beds and the living space was nice and open so we could gather together and/or have some solitude if desired. We did have a couple minor housekeeping issues which were addressed by the owner. Check in was simple. Would certainly recommend!

Perfect for families!

Great property! The owners were super responsive, they provide passes to the town beach, which is awesome. The Town beach is walkable if you're not with kids, but if you're organized you can drop kids and stuff off, drive back, park and then walk. The house is perfect. We had two families with kids staying there and there was room for all. And there is a great screened-in porch for the adults to hang out on after the kiddos go to bed. Central air is a huge plus!

Week at the beach

The house was very clean and had absolutely everything you would need. The screened in porch was the gathering spot with plenty of room for everyone, and the outdoor shower is pure heaven! John was very responsive and great to work with.

We love the location that the Pier offers! Being able to walk to - and enjoy walking at - the ocean, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, the playground & park, is fantastic! Narragansett Beach is our favorite beach - so clean and we love the sand & waves! The home itself offers a great set up for two families to enjoy at the same time, with one living room on each floor! We love this home and location and are excited to share it with others.
