Our annual trip

We plan this trip every year at this spot. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. LOVE the view!! I never have to leave the unit cuz i get to see the ocean all the time!!

Lovely Lincoln City Beach

Had such a relaxing time at your condo. Great views of the ocean. Saw grey whales from the deck. We took long walks on the beach. It was a perfect get away.

Nice Getaway

Had a very nice stay at the property. It was our second time staying there. Beautiful view! Condo was well equipped. Had everything we needed. Just as clean as last time. Most importantly, coffee shop was nearby! Would definitely stay again.

Coast, Chowder, Chocolate, and Cheese

Thank you for sharing what we consider one of the premier penthouse condos on the most picturesque coast in Oregon. During our 2+ week adventure we visited from Astoria to Florence on our Coast, Chowder, Cheese, Chocolate Campaign. The Lincoln City community offered us an excellent combination of shopping, scenery, and seafood. The star of our trip was the condo! The vistas from the professionally decorated, warm, inviting, spacious fireplace living area had us waking early for first light to witness the sound of the surf breaking. We walked the coast every day looking for sea glass, shells, sea stars from the convenient beach access a block away. Sunsets filled the condo with incredible colors cameras cannot accurately capture. I could go on, but I’ll let you create your own memories with a stay at this penthouse condo!

Emotional Reset

My mom passed away a few weeks before my stay. My youngest son was recovering from 2nd and 3rd degree burns he received a few weeks before his grandmother's passing. Both of us needed some down time. This vacation was just what we both needed. Quiet, clean, easily accessible tide pools, access to our favorite spots along the coast. Perfect and peaceful. It was lovely

Exceeded all expectations

We had the pleasure of staying this penthouse condo and it exceeded all expectations. My mom had recently recovered from months of physical rehab and going to the beach was a recovery goal and her 87th birthday. It was also to celebrate my sisters upcoming 60th birthday so I wanted a very special place where we could see and hear the ocean. The condo did not disappoint. The sweeping view from our balcony was nothing short of exceptional and you can also easily see the view while at the dining table or sitting area. The accommodations were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything any cook would need.The overall cleanliness of the condo was impeccable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. This experience was absolute perfection, and it made for a memorable getaway with my mom and sister. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we would definitely book again. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Aok bu nearing the point of a minor update. Would stay again at price.

Nice location and unit. The plexiglass on the deck is weathered so you need to stand or enjoy the View from inside. Parking is ample. Ez in and out and easy beach access.

This was a very nice place! Beautiful view! The pool was a little disappointing and the hot tub was closed. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

Very comfortable and beautiful weather. We do not have a "smart tv" and there were no instructions on how to operate it. We missed having some access to it.

Very cozy, all the things you want for a short vacation.

Nice walk to beach, across the hall from the activities room. Hot tub wasn't working but who cares the ocean is all you need.

Loved the view

The condo needs a deep clean. Doors needed wiped down. The bathroom fixtures and fan needs dusted badly. Ceiling fan dusty. The furniture in the living room needs replaced. They are broke down. We used pillows to make them a little comfortable to sit on. The front left burner on the stove didnt work. The exhaust fan for the stove is not vented to outside. It just blows right back onto the stove top from the side of the microwave. The beds were nice. The shower in the bathroom in the hall had great water pressure. Like i said the view was great. Just not sure if i should have paid a cleaning fee for mediocre cleaning.

Girls weekend

My BFF and I stayed for a long weekend and this space was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with a few essentials, and the view cannot be beat! We will definitely be back!!

Oh, so enjoyed!

We had an excellent time. The condo was sparkly clean and cozy. We loved the ocean view. The Whitewater waves below made you feel like you were on a ship! The beds were very comfortable. The property was quiet, and the sunsets were gorgeous. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking pots/pans/utensils we needed. Sharon was fantastic, helpful, and responsive. We hope to be back!

It was really nice and almost every way..

(1) We were awakened the last night we were there by smoke alarms whose batteries had not been changed. We are both property managers for commercial properties and this is something that would have been on the must do list at least once a year. We recommend updating your cleaning staff to this oversight. (2) the TV did not easily except my casting. Most people traveling will want to access, casting since streaming is the most popular way of viewing entertainment. We recommend asking someone to provide instructions for casting to your TV. (3) it was not easy to find the garbage area outside. (4) other than those things, it was a very nicely appointed space, and it was especially nice to have beach towels available. The kitchen was well stocked. as requested, we wash the towels and decided to wash the sheets as well. Since we only used one room there weren’t very many towels to put in the washer. we didn’t know if you were aware that it takes two correct entry code attempts to actually get the door to unlock.

A Coasts

Beautiful ocean front views where the sounds of the surf lull you to that peaceful nights sleep! A very relaxing and an enjoyable time for our annual get together of lifelong friends at what we called the coastal retreat. Suggestions: outdoor friendly beverage glasses for adult beverages, outdoor beach chairs for taking down to the beach , since this is an ocean/beachfront property and not an item that you would typically bring if traveling by air and perhaps some beach towels. Overall, very nice accommodations and a location where we would return again!!!!

Everything that I hoped for

Other reviews help me immensely and the reviews for this condo were near perfect. It's perfectly located, amazing views and the condo itself was comfortable, well stocked and very well maintained. I don't usually repeat a location when vacationing but this will be our go to every fall.

Peaceful

We so enjoyed the endless view of beach and ocean. Parking was underground and luggage carts available made lugging luggage very easy. The condo was very nice and super comfortable. We walked in and felt we were home Communication very easy as well. We will be back

Beach Base Camp

The place is great. Hard by the sea. Surf sounds with deck door open. A great place to stage outings up and down the coast. Comfortable to stay in for dinner. Well equipped kitchen.

Our 3rd Visit

We continue to be very pleased with this property. Great location and well maintained. Some updates are needed, but nothing to the point where we’d hesitate to return. The sound of the ocean and the amazing sunsets never disappoint.

The Suite was clean, comfortable, had all of the amenities that we needed for a great time with friends. The view was great from the dining/living rooms & balcony.

The Penthouse at Pacific Winds is centrally located in Lincoln City. My family has had a beach property here since the 1960s, and when Pacific Winds came on the market, they opted to upgrade to a new, luxury condo with modern amenities, elevator and easy parking.
We love the quick walk up to the shops and restaurants on Highway 101, as well as the easy access to the most beautiful beach on the coast - with interesting tide pools right in front of the complex.
Now that my folks are no longer able to enjoy their beach front home, my family and I have made our special home available to a select number of guests.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

There is no doubt that this is the finest unit in the entire Pacific Winds complex. My parents were one of the complex's original owners and had the first pick of units. They opted to purchase the south corner penthouse unit because of its unobstructed, panoramic views from every window and the copious amount of natural light in every room. It truly is a special place and we are honored to share it with you.
