If you are looking for the best ocean view in Saint Augustine, look no further. This cozy 1 bed/1 bath oceanfront condo is the perfect beach getaway for a couple or small family just a short drive south of historic downtown Saint Augustine, Florida. Guests never want to leave the private balcony with its spectacular top-floor corner view of the Atlantic Ocean, Crescent Beach, and the oceanfront swimming pool. Inside, the living area has a queen sleeper sofa and dinette table with pub-height chairs to enjoy the ocean view. If the ocean isn’t enough, you can enjoy high-speed wireless Internet access and HD cable TV. The compact kitchenette has a smooth-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, standard drip-style coffeemaker, and is stocked with plates/glasses, pots/pans, and utensils. Relax in the bedroom with comfy king bed, HD cable TV, black out drapes and spectacular ocean views out the south-facing window. Linens and towels provided.

Beacher’s Lodge is located on Anastasia Island, in an area known as Crescent Beach, which features a smooth white sandy beach, perfect for walking and playing in the waves, yet just 9 miles south of St Augustine’s historic district. Beacher’s Lodge amenities include private beach walkway, heated oceanfront pool open year round, picnic/grilling area, washer/dryer on premises (not in the condo), and ramp/elevator access from the spacious parking lot. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

This condo is just under 400 sq ft. Perfect size for couples by themselves, or parents with 1 or 2 small children. Condo cannot sleep more than 4 people per fire code.

• Please submit an inquiry first with information on your booking party prior to sending a paid booking request.

• Minimum age to rent is 25. Condo is strictly no pets, no smokers/vapers and no additional guests. Only one vehicle allowed.

• Third party bookings not allowed. All booking requests must be for the individual making the reservation.

• Reservations longer than 6 months pay no FL state sales tax or tourist development tax.

• This condo unit is 100% powered by clean, renewable solar energy via the FPL SolarTogether™ Program.

Awesome Vacation

The rental property was well maintained. Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Close to restaurants but far enough away that it was a quiet, restful, enjoyable stay.

Quite Anniversary Trip

The property was as described in the listing. The Sunrise and Sunset was lovely. Having the patio to look out at the water while eating meals was very relaxing. The beach access was very convenient just walk out and you are in the sand in just a few minutes without loading stuff in a car and back out again. They had some shops across the street. The Island Ice Cream was great!

Perfect Location

This spot was the perfect get away for my boyfriend and I. We attended a concert at the Amphitheater and it was only a 15 minute drive. The pool on property was very nice and enough room to not be tight up on other people and the beach access on location was so convenient and easy and our condo had all the essentials for the beach set up.

Wonderful Getaway

The rental had a wonderful view, was clean, and the host was great. The beach was one of the best we have been too. School had just started so it was not crowded at all. The sand was white and sugary, not over shelly, and the water was not full of seaweed. Bring a fan for the balcony with little breeze at all. It was hot!out there!

Beautiful Ocean View

While a bit smaller than hoped, a great location. Some street noise and a loud air conditioner in the bedroom, but otherwise fine for a quick getaway to the beach. Several nice restaurants nearby. Great pool with seating available.

Great ocean view

The ocean view is just like the photo. We enjoyed sunrises and just spending time out there. The place is small and we feel it is in need of a few updates. If the owner wishes to contact us we can recommend a few things.

Loved the view

Loved the view from the patio. The location at crescent Beach was peaceful and quiet. A short distance to St. Augustine where a lot of history and shops make for a fun time. Enjoyed the shops and eateries right across the street from our rental. We walked the beach where you had lots of room to roam. All the amenities were supplied. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Hidden Gem

Brian and I enjoyed our stay. You just cannot beat that view as I’m sure everyone comments on. We slept on the pull out couch a few times just to be closer to the ocean sounds. Everyone in the neighborhood and restaurants were so very kind. Downtown was not our cup of tea with all the “go Brandon” signs. We didn’t spend a dime or ANY time there. Turned right around and back to the beach. We look forward to renting again and again. We usually go to Hilton Head, this was our first time in St. Augustine. Thank you again for sharing and making vacation affordable.

Great ocean view

Unit was a little smaller than our perception from the pictures but OK as there were only three of us. Nice, clean. Wonderful beach access. Well equipped. Will return in the future.

Loved this place...great couples getaway

Easy check-in instructions. Very clean. Easy access to beach. This booking was exactly as listed. Everything we needed was provided. Amazing view of the ocean...sunrise view is spectacular. We we're taking a long weekend to getaway and this was perfect. We are already wanting a return trip! Thanks Chris.

Rest and Relaxation

Property is clean and well maintained. Stunning sunrises every morning from the private balcony. Long walks on the beach with soft sand and low crowds. The unit is very quiet as it is on the end of the building and on the top floor which made for little noise for us early to bed and early to rise folks! Only a short drive to St. Augustine historic district for fin shops and eateries as well as a lot if interesting history! We really enjoyed our stay!

Memory trip

This place was just steps away from the ocean auth amazing views!!! The condo was cute and perfect for 2 people. The front room ac didn't cool down great but the one in the bedroom worked great so with the door opened it was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and even allowed us to extend our stay by a night with a few hours notice. No issues with checking in and the owner provided great and easy instructions. He was amazing and the view was worth everything. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!!!

Enjoyed the View

As per some of the other comments, this rental is small, but it was perfect for me and my husband for a quick getaway. it is about 20 min from downtown St. Augustine and in a quiet area. The TV in the living room did not work, but we were able to watch TV from the bedroom. One small suggestion would be to upgrade the bedding and the towels provided, we found both to be uncomfortable. Do not expect luxury at this rental, you really are paying for the view and no other amenities. We did enjoy the view and the peace and quiet this rental provided.

Awesome view great beach good location

First the condo was even better than we expected. We were thrilled to have lightweight beach chairs and even a boogie board available for play. No criticism whatsoever about condo. St Augustine historic area was a relatively quick drive from the condo. That was great too. There are grocery stores and gas stations galore. In the very first message I sent to the owner, I said that my niece and I were looking for a place on the beach near where her 2 teens were scheduled for church camp. I was surprised to be told that while we were renting the whole condo, the kids were allowed to visit but not spend the night. That almost cost us the trip. Other little irritations: pool closes at 8 pm - period; No alcohol at pool or on the beach; food hard to find. None of these are on the owner. The food thing - Tony's pizza was only open a few hours the entire week we were there. Crescent Bar and Grill not at all. Our first night we searched for hours to find dinner finally ending up in St Augustine as nothing on the peninsula was open. Keep that in mind.

View was beautiful- pool was nice & clean. Bed was comfortable and we slept well each night. However, Pictures of inside made it look bigger. It’s approximately 11’ X 33’ total condo, smaller than expected- older & outdated appliances and furniture. Bathroom was not cleaned as needed. Outside of tub was not cleaned in awhile. Open, cut off pipe on floor next to toilet was not covered as well as poor corners dirty & inside door panel was dirty around door knob… Laundry room had one old washer & dryer set and NO soap & no sign that it was in lobby. We got our own. NewsMax, which is our preferred news station, was blocked with a parental control which needed a PIN# that they would not provide the PIN# or unblock it for us. Not as high-end as we prefer but if all this doesn’t bother you, then it’s not a terrible place to stay. We are just used to nicer accommodations when we visit this area, which is once or twice a year. The very best thing was the ocean view and nice balcony with comfortable chairs and table. The beach chairs were ok, a bit rusted and no umbrella was provided like at the other places we’ve stayed in the area. We wouldn’t stay here again.
