Experience the Caribbean charm of this one bedroom, ground floor apartment, located just steps away from the award winning Seven Mile Beach (SMB). The resort offers a pool (plus loungers on the sundeck), BBQ, and on-site coin operated laundry facilities. On SMB, you'll find swimming and snorkeling in the Caribbean Sea at its best. There is plenty to do, or choose to relax on the powdery white sand and enjoy an afternoon siesta. The apartment is easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars, dive shops, plus other amenities. You are also a short walk to Camana Bay, to browse the boutique stores, dine under the stars or catch a new movie at the cinema.

The Space:
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is spacious enough to fit 4 (ideally adult/children mix). There is a comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed available for use in the living room. This unit is furnished nicely with a distinct Caribbean charm, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened-in back porch to kick back, relax and enjoy your morning coffee. You can also keep connected and brag to your family and friends back home with included Wi-fi.

Guest Access:
Island Pine Villas shares a large carpark next to the complex. Free parking is available. The complex offers a pool (plus loungers on the sundeck), a BBQ, and on-site coin operated laundry facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Island Pine Villas is located centrally in the popular Seven Mile Beach area. The beach is long enough to enjoy busier sections (right where you are) as well as quieter sections (a little further walk past Coral Beach). You are a short walk to Camana Bay, a great hangout spot with boutique stores, a cinema, a book store, ice cream parlours, and many delicious restaurants. Take an evening stroll along the path (across the street) and see what all the hype is about.

For water activities - visit Governors Beach for good snorkeling or diving, there is a large coral outcrop 200 yards offshore, 15' deep. Cemetery Beach has many smaller coral bits - also 200 yards out, 15' deep. Also Smith Cove has lovely coral only two feet under the water and 50 yards from the shore. You will be able to rent some water sport amenities at the beachfront of Coral Beach next door.

Getting Around:
Local Buses will stop for you while standing at the side of the road. Most trips are $2 anywhere along West Bay Road. Taxis are easily available from the main road for travel to more specific destinations. Rental cars are good idea for day trips and independent exploration of the island, but if you've booked a tour you may not need it as most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there has been significant beach erosion in the area recently with the passing of this season's hurricanes. Although the beach in front of the property is still accessible for lounging and swimming. You'll also find more beachfront just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
