Our guests consistently comment on our cleanliness.. Our fully dedicated and completely renovated ranch is an easy walk to UM Stadium, less than a mile. Premium location with premium amenities. Convenient to shopping, markets, and downtown Ann Arbor. The sun-filled space includes 3 bedrooms (the house sleeps a maximum of 5), a beautiful and relaxing 4 season porch, a cozy tv/sports room, all purpose room, and a beautiful outdoor patio space. We offer a well stocked and updated kitchen with 3 person breakfast bar, living/dining room, LG 55' flat panel TV(Roku), Nest controls and alerts, easy keypad entry, USB electrical outlets, Wi-Fi, sports and movie channels, and comfortable beds with crisp white linens and double sheeted blankets. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING DATES BEYOND 12 MONTHS OUT, PLEASE KNOW THAT THOSE RATES HAVE NOT BEEN SET. Please message host for accurate pricing beyond 12 months out. Guests required to register and sign house policies, minimum rental age is 27 verified with driver's license. Groups of unrelated guests for weddings are not allowed. 2 night minimum for weekends, 3 night minimum for UM graduation weekends, Thur/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun. Football weekends require a Friday and Saturday night minimum stay.

Everything we needed for a memorable trip

Our daughter graduated from the University of Michigan and we needed a place to stay that would be immensely comfortable given our busy 3 days of activity. What a relief to stay here. It was cozy, quiet and easy for us. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. We hope to come back again before too long!

Women's Weekend

This property was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway of four dear friends. There were several spaces that provided just the right atmosphere for conversation and connection. We especially enjoyed the indoor/outdoor room. The home was thoughtfully supplied and uniquely decorated. It is a gem.

Great house for the Big House

House is a 15-minute walk to the Big House. House is well-appointed, with nice finishes and well-appointed rooms. The host was very communicative and helpful. Plan to stay there again

Wonderful Neighborhood, very clean

The property is just as listed. It was a perfect arrangement for the 5 of us. My parents had one room, my husband and I another and daughter in room with single bed. Other spaces were great also.

Annual March madness weekend

We love this property! This is our third year in a row, renting this home for our annual March madness getaway weekend. As frequent travelers who rent vacation rentals often, we cannot say enough good things about this Property and hosts. Super comfortable. Super convenient. Great house!

We came for sorority mom’s weekend. This was the perfect house for our stay. Good location and very clean-beds were extremely comfortable. Good space for the girls to come back and take a break from the dorm. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable house close to everything & meticulously kept!

I cannot say enough about this house, we loved it! We rented this property for the OSU v Michigan game and it was exactly what we needed. Convenient to the Big House and all of downtown, restaurants and the UofM. The owners have clearly thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Each bedroom had comfortable beds, high end bedding and adequate space. Several living areas to watch tv and the basement was awesome with a cozy spot to hang out and even indoor corn hole. The owners were helpful, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! We will be back! A+++

Another amazing stay!!!

This was our third stay at this property and it was another awesome experience!! We find this home to be super comfortable/cozy, clean, and very convenient to access all that Ann Arbor has to offer! The hosts couldn’t be nicer and go out of their way to make sure each stay is smooth from start to finish…extra touches make the experience perfect! We travel a lot and stay at a lot of rental properties…there are few that meet standards to return and this one definitely does! We will be back!!

BEYOND AMAZING!

Beautiful home, convenient to everything

We spent a winter weekend in this home (2 adults, 1 college student, 2 teens) to enjoy time back in Ann Arbor, including a hockey and basketball game. The house is walking distance from MI Stadium and close to shopping. It was extremely clean, well decorated, everything was clearly labelled and well organized. Carol accessible and responsive and provided a lot of resources/recommendations (attractions, restaurants, etc.). There was a beautiful sun porch and backyard area (that the weather didn't allow us to use); games, including corn hole; multiple TVS; full kitchen; comfortable beds. Beds all on the main level. Highly recommend this property.

M Go Blue home on Marian was perfect!

In town for our son’s graduation from Michigan and the house was in a perfect location. Carol was responsive and helpful. Home was clean and decor was lovely. M Go Blue had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We are considered "townies" lived in Ann Arbor most of our lives, my husband his entire life. We have a mix of Michigan State and University of Michigan in our backgrounds but our entire family is deeply "blue". As such, we can provide you with a wealth of information and services about area events and attractions. We have renovated 5 homes and the goal of this project was to create a short term rental that would be the best in Ann Arbor. Based on our own travel experiences and expectations, hotels and rentals all over the world, we have put together a spotless and comfortable home for your visits to Ann Arbor. We offer a home we would stay in ourselves. So many of our guests have become treasured friends. Please come and stay with us!

Why they chose this property

The proximity to all things UM is unbeatable. The entire house has been updated and is sparkling clean. 3 gathering areas and a home office provide the best in comfort and quiet. The kitchen is completely equipped, ice maker in freezer, coffee bar, counter seating. Plenty of spacious parking right next to the back door. Beautifully shaded front yard and new back patio. We have a whole house generator for Ann Arbor's frequent power outages that will run everything but the AC and the range/oven..house has ceiling fans in kitchen/dining/living and porch areas. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, 2 blocks from beautiful Pioneer Woods walking trail. 2.5 bathrooms is rare among short term rentals in this area, with half bath in primary/king bedroom. Comfortable beds and linens are a priority for us!
