Vi är en epikurean familj som älskar små och stora resor. Vi gillar att dela våra erfarenheter och lära av andra.

Villa "Little Menorca" ligger framför stranden Cala'n Blanes och nära Cala Brut (5 m promenad) i ett lugnt och bostadsområde.

Stängd mark på 600m ² med stor pool, kockar ute med grill, luftkonditionering, 4 rum, takterrass solarium ...

Buss & stormarknad, press, barer, strandklubb i närheten.
Staden Ciutadella ligger 5 minuter med bil och 20 minuter till fots via Cami de Cavalls kuststig.

Huset har totalrenoverats, du hittar all den charm som den förut förknippas med modern komfort.

- Vardagsrum / vardagsrum: ljust utrymme bekväma (soffor, TV, Wi-Fi, PS4 videokonsol, DVD-spelare, stort bord för 8 personer) vikfönster med utsikt över poolen.
- Kök: stort kök öppet och möblerat med all utrustning och redskap som krävs för att njuta av de goda lokala produkterna. Det finns till ditt förfogande en Nespresso kaffebryggare, brödrost, ett stort kyl / frys, elektrisk spis, ugn...

Wonderful family holiday

Perfect villa for an extended family stay, villa was as described, the pool was bigger than we thought, we spent days in and around the pool, nights using the outside kitchen and eating outside. Near the beach and Ciutadella is a must to visit. Thanks we would definitely recommend

Lovely villa. Clean and well equipped for our needs. Comfy beds. Playstation was a welcome surprise for the older kids! Beach and cliff diving cove super close.

The villa was perfect for our needs. As we had a pre - toddler and a buggy the closeness of the local sandy beach at Cala Blanes, with its reasonably priced sunbeds and umbrellas was great. The villa is well equipped with a lovely pool and outdoor areas for sitting and dining. All in all very recommended

Family holiday

What made our holiday even more enjoyable was the villa Little Menorca. We loved it. Comfy beds, lots of areas to relax in, a great outdoorkitchen area and a warm pool. Communication with Cyril was prompt and friendly. A 3 minute walk to a little beach was an extra bonus

Stunning!

Absolutely gorgeous property with many beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Cyril was easily on hand if we had any problems (not that we had any) and many recommendations of things to do in the area. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful property

The villa was everything we expected and more … the outside space was exceptional especially the outside kitchen. Lots of wonderful areas depending on time of day to sit and enjoy just eating, chatting or sun bathing . Host responded immediately to any questions and check in was really smooth. The nearby beach was beautiful and within a few minutes walk. We all had a wonderful holiday

Lovely stay in beautiful villa

Very lovely stay for two weeks in the super villa. We had four older children so one or two more sun loungers would have been welcomed. We also missed the day bed. However the seating area was lovely and great fun playing pétanque. Thank you Cyril for the great communication and recommendations.

1st visit to Menorca

Myself and 4 senior-aged friends spent a very pleasant fortnight at this villa. It's comfortable and well-equiped for self catering, especially for families, but we felt the lounge space was a little cramped for 5 adults. The outdoor space was, however, extremely spacious and comfortable. The location is very good - a short walk from a small beach with a choice of two small bars. A 10-15 flat minute walk will bring you to a good choice of restaurants in Call'n Banes. We would recommend L'Ancora and Delfines and the English fish 'n chip restaurant was very good. A bus stop around the corner from the villa will enable you to get to Ciutadella within 20 mins or so. We hired a car for a few days in our second week which enabled us to view other beautiful locations in this lovely island.

Phenomenal House in Ciutadella

What a phenomenal home! The house was perfectly appointed, and the backyard…just wow. The pool and outdoor kitchen made for a very relaxing holiday. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location and lovely property with a great pool

The location is fantastic - literally opposite the entrance to the beach, which makes it very easy to holiday with small children. The pool is a really highlight too. It’s large and so warm - like getting into a bath. Everything is very stylish and the owner Cyril was very communicative and helpful. We had a fantastic family holiday.

Menorcan Gem

Really happy with our stay at Little Menorca. We normally choose somewhere a bit more remote and private but the location so close to beaches and coves really appealed. It’s also walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Despite having neighbours it was a really quiet location and the garden is really only partially overlooked by one other property. Loved the boules court and the pool was great (minor points: watch for the pool bottom step as it’s a bit of a drop and the pool edging slabs are on the rough side). There are also loads of options to sit outside, depending on the time of day and your mood. Villa kitchen has everything you need, beds were comfortable, outdoor kitchen was fantastic and Aircon effective. Cyril was helpful with our check in and with suggestions when we needed them. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous traditional Menorcan home with all the details considered

We had an incredible time at this remarkable Menorcan home. From the pool to the outdoor grill to the lovely furnished interior, everything is right about this place. The lovely and generous owners did everything imaginable to accommodate us, from helping us find an extra house for a second group of friends to welcoming us with cava and fresh fruit. A very, very special place located in one of the nicest parts of the coast—you'd be crazy not to stay here.

Ideal Menorca Villa

Great location for beach, local supermarket and local restaurants. Easy access to Ciutadella by car or bus. Villa was nicely furnished, all new bathrooms and air-con throughout. Spent most time outside by the pool and outdoor seating area. Petanque area really enjoyed by adults and children. Communication with Cyril was effective and timely. No problems at all. Will consider again when next travel to Menorca.

Awesome pool villa right near the beach

Great experience renting the pool villa from Laurie & Cyril. They were easy to deal with and responded promptly to all queries. It was lovely to meet them. The location is 3-5 minutes walking from the beach/calles as well as to the store and a few bar/restaurants. The property is even nicer than it appears in the photos and we spent much time in and around the pool. We stayed in early June and the pool and sea water temperatures were warm enough to enjoy. Overall, a very relaxing experience staying here, while still being very close to Ciutadella.

Great family holiday

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laury & Cyril’s villa. They were very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and extremely helpful with tips and advice. They were also able to help us organise an additional cot which our group forgot and that was a huge help!! Could have been a nightmare for us. The villa was bigger enough for our group of 8 adults + kids, with the outside area being the highlight. Plenty of space for everyone to relax in the sun or shade and enjoy the pool. Villa is stocked with everything you need for a family holiday with plenty of games & activities. Great beaches nearby -Cala En Blanes perfect for the kids -Cala En Brut great for older kids & adults (rock jumping into beautiful clear blue water & plenty of fish for snorkeling) All in all a great trip and would definitely recommend. Thanks again for letting us stay Laury & Cyril.

Great villa made our stay special!

We had a wonderful week in Cyril’s place and the listing is just as described. The photographs actually don’t do justice to the interior of the villa which has many nice little decorative touches. The outside space is wonderful, although maybe lacking an umbrella, making it difficult to find shade at times. The large pool and pétanque were all appreciated and well used. We chose to hire a car rather than rely on local supermarkets and it is a 5 to 10 minute drive to the nearest Lidl. It is a lovely 45 minute walk to Ciutadella and the bus journey back in the evening is reliable and easy. We only ventured to Los Delfines once as it was like Benidorm and not what we were looking for, whereas Ciutadella is beautiful, calm and safe. We had a very special time with our adult children. Lovely family villa in good location

The owners were in touch with the lead booker of the villa prior to our arrival and because we were arriving late to the villa, a key had been left in the key safe. The villa was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows were more like big cushions and were not very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and equipment, there was plenty of crockery and an easy to use dishwasher. On the website it says five bathrooms but that includes the outside shower for the pool. One bathroom is accessible from outside but really there are only two inside showers. Towels are provided for the pool area and although they were clean, they were very discoloured and had been washed that many times that they were well worn. I would take your own beach towels. It was handy having the washing machine so that towels for the bathroom and the pool area could be washed. Washing machine tablets were available. It was very disappointing to find that there was only one umbrella over the seating area by the pool and the other two (as per the pictures on the website) had been broken and not replaced. We contacted the owner to ask for them to be replaced but were told that previous occupants had broken them, our follow up contact to request replacements was not actioned. There was therefore very little shade in the afternoon. The villa is in an ideal location for the beach and supermarket and only a 5 min walk to several restaurants.

Amazing villa and pool

We loved the villa and its outside space. The weather was beautiful so we lived outside: plenty of places to sit and lounge for all 8 of us (adults). The pool was bigger and deeper than anticipated so we got in plenty of jumping and diving practice! The outside table and comfy chairs were fab, as well as the outside kitchen with large fridge/freezer and sink. There is a gas plancha grill which we couldn't use as the gas bottle was empty but we used the bbq instead. Off the bedroom corridor, the main bedroom has its own shower but no toilet. There is a separate toilet but it has not got a basin. There is also a shower room and toilet. An extra shower room and toilet is located at the side of the villa, accessible from the outside. There is also a (cold) pool shower. Being used to a lot of 'basics' being provided in UK holiday rentals, we were surprised that there were only 2 handsoap dispensers. There was no soap, shower gel or shampoo provided. There were bath and pool towels but no handtowels. We went to Cala n Brut for a swim and snorkel most days. 5-10 mins walk from the villa. The water is turquoise and there are lots of fish. It's also great for jumping off the rocks into the water! Once or twice there were jellyfish and two of us were stung. However, the stings were hardly painful. Cala en Blanes beach is 5 mins walk away. There are sunbeds and parasols for hire. Also a couple of beach bars. The water is ideal for children as there is a large shallow area.

Au top !

Très jolie villa très bien équipée tout à fait conforme à la description. Les plus : emplacement ( plage à 5 minutes à pieds et petits commerces alimentaires), l'extérieur avec la grande piscine et différents espaces à l'ombre ou au soleil en fonction des envies. La cuisine extérieure est parfaite. Les moins : aucun pour nous! A noter : Grande réactivité des hôtes ! Nous reviendrons !

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Lediglich der nahegelegene Strand war für Kinder nicht so schön. Sehr klein und somit voll und auch wenig Sand.
