Parisian apartment on the 4th french floor (with elevator) located in the 1st district, near the Louvre Museum and the Palais-Royal and a few steps from the Seine. The apparent moldings, the parquet floor, the height under ceiling, the large windows make the charm of this typically Parisian apartment. All the rooms overlook the interior courtyard.

The apartment, completely renovated, is composed of: a kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table, a television (with international channels) The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection with wifi.

The parquet floor was renovated in 2023 to make it quieter, following comments from tenants and neighbors.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, storage space and two nightstands.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed (or two single beds), a wardrobe with sliding doors, and two nightstands.

Both bedrooms are equipped with portable air conditioners, which can be used by leaving the window open to let out the hot air.

The bathroom has a comfortable shower, a sink and a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, combi oven, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

A rental agreement to be signed will be sent to you after confirmation of the reservation.

We can meet you during our working hours (Monday - Saturday, 10am-6pm); however, arrivals on Sunday and after 7pm all week will be subject to a supplement of : 50€ before 10pm and 75€ after 10pm.

All reservations with GLAMAPARIS include civil liability and rental risk insurance.

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location close to the Louvre

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were a party of three (two adults, one child) and stayed for one week in April 2017. The apartment is in an excellent location, only a few minutes' walk from the Louvre and the Seine, and very close to the Chatelet-Les Halles Metro/RER station. During the booking process and prior to arrival the staff at Glamaparis were helpful and efficient, and sent useful information in advance of our arrival about the apartment and the neighbourhood. A member of staff met us at the apartment when we arrived and showed us around. The bedrooms are very comfortable and relatively spacious. The kitchen/diner/lounge is perhaps rather compact, but is perfectly adequate; in particular, those wishing to do more than prepare breakfast or light meals may find the kitchen rather limited. We chose the apartment partly because we expected it to be quiet. The windows face into an internal courtyard, meaning that there is little, if any, traffic noise. During our stay, we were disturbed (including early in the morning) by some very noisy building work that was going on in another apartment in the building. When we raised this with Glamaparis, we received prompt responses to our messages, and although we were initially told that they were unable to have the work halted or re-scheduled (owing to the fact that it was going on in an apartment with which they were unconnected), in the end the work was re-scheduled and the disturbance that we suffered was limited to two days. In spite of the issue we encountered, we very much enjoyed our week in this apartment. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a conveniently located base for exploring Paris.

Quiet and Convenient

This clean and well maintained apartment and building was a great landing pad for our family of four, vacationing in Paris. The location was great for walking to many attractions, although we typically travelled to other neighborhoods to find restaurants. The bedrooms were a nice size, the newly renovated bathroom was wonderful and the open living was attractive, if a bit too small. The property was very quiet and a wonderful reprieve from the bustling city and crowded tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

Great central location!

I stayed here with my family of four for two weeks and it was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The apartment was in a very quiet building that felt very safe. The central location was great for exploring the city by foot. There was a playground across the street that was fun for our 3 year old. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable & Well Located

Perfect Apartment and Perfect Parisian location

This is a spacious flat in a great location! The apartment is very safe and sound proof to street traffic. It is also VERY clean with wonderful beds. It is just a couple of blocks from Rue St.-Honoré, Rivoli and the Louvre. This location also offers wonderful cafe's, groceries and bakeries. Samia with GLAMAPARIS was very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in. She was incredible in ensuring that we were fully settled in by walking us around the flat and answering all of my questions. Samia and GLAMAPARIS were also very helpful and prompt with any questions we had during our stay. I can't say enough about her and the apartment! We will surely use GLAMAPARIS for our next Paris vacation and stay in this apartment if it is available.

Parisian Delight

My wife, twelve-year old son and I truly enjoyed our stay at this centrally located apartment. It is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The newly remodeled apartment is just as described. Although it has a nice modern decor, the charm of the old Parisian building was maintained. The beds in the master bedroom and second room are comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean. The living area overlooks a quiet courtyard. We spent a month there, but rarely heard any noise from surrounding neighbors or businesses. Although the neighborhood is safe, the apartment is very secure. It requires a key to enter the courtyard (from the street), one to enter the building, and two keys to enter the apartment. The location is excellent. We walked to the Louvre, Seine, Forum des Halles, Pompidou and other nearby attractions. Two groceries stores, numerous restaurants and a metro station are also very close. The rental-agency management company (GLAMAPARIS) was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Their service and communications were excellent. Although we arrived in Paris much earlier than our scheduled apartment check-in, our agent (Tanguy) met us there for an early check-in at no additional charge. He spoke excellent English, answered all our questions and provided us with some useful neighborhood information. We would choose this apartment again and look forward to dealing with GLAMAPARIS. I highly recommend GLAMAPARIS. They truly care about making their customer’s visit an enjoyable one.

Parisian delight

Our family of four loved this centrally located apartment. Beautifully appointed, well equipped for a comfortable stay and also a very peaceful spot within the secure complex. Located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, museums and the river and many more wonderful sights, as well as the metro system. Communication was excellent and it was lovely to be greeted and shown around on our arrival. We would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect city living in central Paris.

A beautiful apartment, very conveniently located close to Châtelet - Les Halles station, RER line direct to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, Orly and Disneyland Paris, plus Metro access. There are many decent restaurants in the area, great shopping and it's close to Rue Saint Honore for the daily provisions. Walkable to the Louvre, the Seine, Notre Dame Cathedral and other attractions, a perfect base for exploring. There's a lovely children playground just over the road, and the Les Halles area generally is enjoying a much needed facelift. The apartment itself is extremely well appointed, comfortable beds, hotel style bed-linens and towels, large master bedroom and reasonably sized second room. It has a nice modern decor but has also maintained the charm of the beautiful old Parisian building. Extremely quiet, it overlooks a courtyard and you don't hear any noise from the Rue du Louvre which runs alongside the building. We also didn't hear any noise from surrounding neighbours or businesses. The living and dining area are decent and comfortable, we were travelling with two small children and it fitted us perfectly. The lounge area is small but practical. It was fine as a place for us to sit once the children had slept, but perhaps too small if you are 4 adults planning on spending periods of time at home (but if you are 4 adults, I'm sure you'll be out enjoying some fine French cuisine instead!). The kitchen is lacking in some of the very basics needed for cooking even a small meal (vegetable peeler, sharp knives, not enough saucepans), but apart from that functioned very well and has all of the appliances; dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle, it was a huge bonus to find a Nespresso machine too :-) The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The agency were a pleasure to deal with too, prompt replies and very professional correspondence, they are also situated close to the apartment. The agency permitted us both an early check in and to leave our bags for our final morning in Paris, both much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend - we had a fabulous week there.

Rue du Louvre – Perfect for our Family of Five!

When we began to plan our trip to Paris for the 2014 Christmas holidays, we quickly realized we would need 2 hotel rooms to accommodate our family of 5. However, since we all wanted to be together, we determined that an apartment would be the best way to accomplish this. We also couldn’t decide where to stay in Paris– Right/Left Bank, close to the busy center of town or in a quiet residential neighborhood. Fortunately, we were very lucky to have discovered this particular apartment (Prop. 1638741) located on Rue du Louvre because it had so many things going for it – a 5 minute walk to the Musee du Louvre, a 10 minute walk to Le Marais, a 2 minute walk to several excellent restaurants just to the north in the area around Rue Montorgueil, and best of all, a 2 minute walk to both the Les Halles and Louvre - Rivoli Metro Stations. This gave us immediate access to all parts of Paris very quickly. We could be in Saint-Germain-des-Pres on the Left Bank or the Arc de Triomphe or Le Marais on the Right Bank, in no time at all. The two of us and our three kids -- ages 26, 23, and 13, all managed perfectly in this apartment. It was recently renovated and everything is brand new. The kitchen was perfect for the cooking we did. The bathroom, with its large shower and heated towel rack, was comfortable and modern. The beds and mattresses were comfortable and provided excellent support. Finally, the neighborhood is safe and the building is very secure, requiring key fobs to enter the courtyard from the street and the building itself, and keys to enter the apartment. The apartment is located deep inside the courtyard and away from any major neighboring streets, so it is very quiet and protected from traffic noise. Also, the TV service and Wi-Fi internet was excellent and very fast. We were so pleased to have discovered this apartment, which really made our trip a wonderful and memorable one. We would definitely stay here again the next time we return to Paris!

Sauber und gut vorbereitet, Empfang gut geplant. Der Gast Geber aber sieht meiner Frau, die über 80 ist und kaum mit ihrem Koffer zurechtkommt, ungerührt zu. Hat keine Zeit, in der Küche oder Fernseher irgendwas zu zeigen oder zu erklären. Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet aber ok, schlimm aber ist der Lärm von der angrenzenden Wohnung, der uns Nachts aus dem Schlaf reisst (3x).

Great apartment and location

The apartment was well located and had everything we needed for a week in Paris. There were two good sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. The kitchen was compact but workable. A dryer would have been a welcome addition and maybe some cushions on the couch. 😊

Lovely stay

The apartment was exactly as pictured and expected. Very comfortable for our family of four adults. A safe location and building. We enjoyed our stay. The floors are loud, as others have noted. I wish there was something that could be done about loud, squeaky wood floors so we would not have to worry about disturbing our downstairs neighbors. Overall a lovely stay.

Great location

The location and the property management were great. The apartment is functional, but bare, in brown and black and hardly anything on the walls. Windows look out into a very narrow courtyard looking into other windows with only a small patch of sky to see what the day may be like.

Disappointed

Although the photos look quite nice, the reality was far less. The wood floors are quite noisy, squeaking with your every step and it caused repeated problems with the woman living below. The oven is really a microwave, the fridge does not have a freezer and is really more like a large servi-bar. The bathroom has peeling paint but on a positive note the bedrooms are large and the location is great. Damien and the mgmt team did their best to mollify the neighbor but I would want assurance that this problem is solved before renting.

Apartment is spacious

The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and plenty of storage space for clothes. The kitchen and living room are also very appropriate for the size of the apartment. It is also located in a very good place near the Louvre, a mall and plenty of restaurants. My only complaint is the lady downstairs she placed a couple of signs one in the elevator and the other outside the apartment door stating that we sounded like elephants walking in the middle of the night making a lot of noise - mind you we came home one evening at midnight and the only noise we made was to change & get ready for bed. She also rang the doorbell about 4 times at midnight stating we needed to be quiet and to tell the owner to place soundproof padding on the floors. We are a family of four with a young adult and a 9 year old, this has never happened to us and it was embarrassing to see a sign posted for everyone to see. The owner needs to address this with the neighbor below and fix the floors.

Wonderful experience in Paris!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The team at Glamaparis was so great to work with, everyone was so nice and I had zero concerns or anxiety throughout the process. The location was perfect, the building completely safe and the elevator a lifesaver. The apartment is nothing fancy but plenty of space and the team has thought of lots of amenities throughout - iron, ironing board, espresso machine, TV had all of the streaming apps if you're in the mood to relax a bit at the end of the day. SO MUCH within walking distance - great restaurants, Les Halles, the Louvre, the Seine, shopping at Samaritaine and Rue Rivoli. I could go on and on - so glad we chose this location. I will say that the creaky floors need some getting used to - just be prepared for them to be really really creaky. And as mentioned in the listing, the view is only internal courtyard. But the amount of space, nice shower and separate room/beds for my teen girls made this the ideal apartment for us. Thank you Glamaparis!

Great place in a very convenient location

I would recommend this to anyone traveling with or without families. The location couldn't be better being right in the heart of the city, and a 2 minute walk to the Les Halles station that is a major hub to everything. Should have taken the metro directly from CDG to the station instead of taking a cab. Great restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well. The elevator is key after a long day of sightseeing, and the room is very quiet at night as well. Great safety with the courtyard entry protected from the street - never had even a moment of concern even after being out late at night. The room isn't fancy, but has everything the modern traveller wants with access to modern appliances and good wifi. I would stay here again.
