Ubicado entre Kalman Nature Preserve y Menonaqua Woods Nature Preserve, este condominio de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños se siente apartado. ¡Pero no dejes que te engañe! Es el lugar perfecto para quienes buscan disfrutar de cuatro temporadas de diversión, ya que se encuentra cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, campos de golf de primera categoría y estaciones de esquí.
Cuando entras por primera vez, te recibe un amplio vestíbulo, el dormitorio principal y el baño. Arriba hay una sala de estar de concepto abierto con una cocina completa, una gran sala familiar con chimenea de leña y una terraza privada junto al comedor. El techo alto hace que la habitación se sienta grande y acogedora. También hay un loft con una cama doble y una cama doble nido que permite que tres duerman allí. En el nivel inferior, hay dos dormitorios adicionales y un baño con lavadora y secadora. Un dormitorio tiene dos juegos de literas y el otro tiene una cama queen. Our group had a good stay - the property was well kept and all instructions were clear. There was not a lengthy checkout cleanup list, which was nice. We would stay here again. The location to Nubs Nob and Highlands is very convenient.

Family ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the stay, plenty of room, beds and towels. It was close to the ski resort and the maintenance service did a good job of keeping the fresh snow cleared from the road and shoveling the walkway.

Great for a ski weekend!

My extended family came up for a ski weekend and had a wonderful experience. Very close proximity to Nub's and Highlands as well as downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The unit accommodated 10 adults comfortably. Parking was seamless and allowed for 2 vehicles outside the unit. The host provides a welcome guide with all the rules as well as a lot of useful info about the area including various things to do.

Very suitable for a quick trip with friends and family. Definitely had more than enough sleeping arrangements which was nice. Beach access and pool access was a huge plus. Amazing amenities and a great stay!

Great location and can accommodate large family

With the two pools unavailable, we were happy to see a great private beach within easy walking distance. The unit had plenty of bed space for our entire family.

Enjoyed the pool and access to beach so close. The community room was great to go and play board games on rainy days, could see the lake and still stay dry! We also enjoyed meeting others at the fire ring nightly

Great location for skiing at Nubs!

Perfect location in the woods! Very quaint and nice neighborhood. Very quiet and safe as well! Close proximity to Nubs for skiing and a 10 minute drive into downtown Petoskey!

Great condo getaway!

This condo was perfect for a family getaway! Enough space to sleep, hang out and cook with the family. The private beach is just a short walk away and offered great swimming for the kids. A pool and playground is just around the corner if the beach isn't your thing. It is conveniently located to get to downtown Harbor Springs or Petoskey.

Property was as advertised. Great spot for a quiet get away (emphasis on "quiet"). Beach was great and raked daily. Pool was very nice. Condo was in great shape when we arrived. Owner was quick to return questions/concerns. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway.

We tended this condo for our group of 11, for Zoo-de-Mack weekend. The set up was perfect for us , very comfortable, and plenty of room. The only draw back was the 10 am check out which we thought was a little much, as most hotels , motels andVORB that I have stayed in have 11am or 12 pm check out . All in all it was a great stay🤗

Clean, cozy, and fully equipped.

The condo was loaded with everything you need for your stay from toilet paper to plastic sandwich bags. The pool was nice and within walking distance. The property owner didn’t mention the public beach access to us even when asked about it, so we ended up driving further than we needed to. Other waist, the stay was great. Perhaps a check in binder with basic information would be helpful (garbage location, beach access, internet password, etc.)

Great stay for a family weekend!

We had a wonderful family weekend at this property. The unit was clean and comfortable and a good layout. It was just what we needed. The only thing that would have been nice was a few more dishes. We had ten people and there were exactly ten dishes, so we had to wash everything between every meal. Also, there were only three wine glasses for 6 adults. A few more would have been nice, but we made do. The property managers were very quick to reply and were very accommodating.

Baseball Family Vacay

Communication from property management was clear and concise upon check in and check out. The property was newly painted inside and very clean. The beach area was a short drive or walk and was fantastic, quiet, private, well maintained. The living area was smaller than appeared online. Parking with three vehicles was a bit of an inconvenience, as we had to park in the township hall due to only having two vehicles passes. My understanding is that additional passes can be purchased but this was not advertised well. Unfortunately the recreation area was under construction and we did not get to experience the pool area.

The management team is unbelievably responsive, and addressed every little need. Some of the furniture is not functional and needs to be replaced (dresser in bunk room, wobbly dining chairs). The patio furniture is very lightweight plastic and not very comfortable -- it would improve the renters experience if there were nice chairs to make it more inviting. Would also be nice if there were beach towels to use (There are 2 in a condo that sleeps many people).

Fun with fam

The condo was the perfect location just a short walk away to all the amenities on site. Petoskey is only 15 minutes away with great shopping. The grounds and the condo were very clean and the private beach with the clubhouse was amazing. The outdoor pool was closed for construction, which was not told to us ahead of time, but we did not miss it with the beach and indoor pool available. But if it is important to you especially since they do list it in the amenities, I would ask if they are done with the construction before renting. The one plus that we didn’t remember being listed was they have a sauna. Which we enjoyed as well. Getting into the condo was a little tricky as you had to have the key in just a certain way to actually open it, but we managed. Property manager was great to work with we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the weather was beautiful the whole time we were there which we felt blessed to have, a wonderful time making memories with our family.

Convenient and Functional

Reviewer Comments: The Harbor Cove condo was conveniently located for us, as we wanted to be near other family members. It is 3 miles to downtown Harbor Springs and we enjoyed biking there a couple of times. The private beach access is a great feature, (though we didn't use it). The condo has lots of beds! There are beds for up to 11 guests, which is really nice, but only 2 bathrooms and one bath is a very small ensuite so really up to 9 other guests would share the second bath. Not ideal but certainly doable. The condo was clean and generally well maintained. I sent a few suggestions for minor repairs and maintenance, but overall it was what we expected. The property management staff were accessible and friendly too!
