The Eisenhower at The Everett is a west facing single story four-season cottage which offers a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Eisenhower, with its vintage style screened in porch, directly faces Catfish Lake offering not only additional outdoor living space, but beautiful lake and sunset views. The Eisenhower cottage is located just steps from the gently sloping shoreline of beautiful Catfish Lake and offers full living and sleeping accommodations which are described in greater detail below.

The Eisenhower at The Everett is The Everett Collection's sole and exclusive pet-friendly vacation rental offering. Pet-Friendly terms and provisions are subject to restrictions and require pre-approval by The Everett. Additional fees and contractual obligations apply.

3 bedrooms offer 1 queen bed and 1 bedroom offers 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Fully equipped with stainless appliances that include a refrigerator/freezer, electric stove & oven, dishwasher microwave, toaster, drip coffeemaker, crock-pot, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, cooking knives and utensils.

Small dining table with seating for 4.

FAMILY ROOM
Offers a 50”–55” flat-screen TV with plenty of comfortable seating and large ceiling fan.

VINTAGE STYLE SCREENED-IN FRONT PORCH
West facing vintage style screened-in front porch directly faces Catfish Lake providing spectacular lake and sunset views.

BEDDING
Mattresses are plush, linens are clean and fresh, and pillows have been fluffed. All beds are beautifully presented and await your arrival.

TOWELS
Guests must bring their own bath, face and hand towels as they are not provided by The Everett.

GUEST PARKING
2 parking spaces are reserved for guests staying at The Eisenhower at The Everett. Parking is located behind the Eisenhower cottage. Additional guest parking is available in the East Parking Lot.

BOAT SLIPS
1 Boat Slip is reserved for guests staying at The Eisenhower at The Everett. 2 of The Everett’s 5 private piers are reserved for guests staying at The Everett and provide for the overnight docking of boats by resort guests. The Everett’s three additional piers are available to resort guests as well as patrons of the Marina Bar. Overnight docking of boats at the 3 additional piers is prohibited.

HISTORICAL NOTE…..
The Eisenhower cottage, formerly called the Columbine, was built in 1910. The cottage was renamed The Eisenhower in 2019 in honor of General/President Dwight D. Eisenhower who often stayed in the cabin when visiting the resort to fish and golf with his brother.


ABOUT THE EVERETT RESORT
The Everett Resort built in 1896 and listed on the National Register of Historical Places is one of Eagle River's most beloved and storied vacation rental resorts. The Everett, accessible by both land and water, was purchased in 2018 and underwent extensive renovation with special care taken to honor and retain as much of each building's original structure and character, while providing guests with all new and modern amenities. This beautiful and historic property, once a thriving resort during Eagle River’s early 20th century resort era, has been revived and transformed into a uniquely vintage vacation rental resort. The Everett resort, referred to as the “Crown Jewel” of Eagle River, is once again a major contributor to the culture and history of Eagle River and has resumed its rightful place as one of Eagle River’s premiere vacation rental resorts.

The Everett sits majestically upon 6 acres of pine tree laden land on the Everett Peninsula, a narrow peninsula that separates Catfish Lake, the largest fully recreational lake on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes from Cranberry Lake, the 2nd largest lake on the Eagle River Chain. The Everett resort sits just steps from the water proudly claiming 350 sq. ft. of breathtaking, gently-sloping Catfish Lake shoreline and offers its own private sand beach, 5 private piers with boat slips, a vintage boathouse, covered outdoor grill area that overlooks the beach, fire pits, hammocks, an 1,800 sq. ft. gathering room known as The Everett Sunroom, The Everett Terrace, a 1600 sq. ft. outdoor gathering area, and a vintage boathouse that sits directly upon the water of Catfish Lake right in the center of "Boathouse Row".

ABOUT THE EVERETT COLLECTION OF VACATION RENTALS
All vacation rental offerings in The Everett Collection are just steps from the shoreline of beautiful Catfish Lake. The Everett Collection includes: The Lodge at The Everett (Sleeps 38), The Gables at The Everett (Sleeps 19), The Eisenhower at The Everett (Sleeps 10), The Clubhouse at the Everett (Sleeps 11), and The Morey at the Everett (Sleeps 4). All vacation rentals in the collection can be rented individually or in combination. With its village-style design, The Everett can comfortably accommodate both large and small groups by simply stacking the vacation rental offerings to fit the size and needs of your group.

ABOUT THE EVERETT SUNROOM
The Everett Sunroom. Centrally located upon the resort property, The Everett Sunroom totals 1800 sq. ft. and functions as a Gathering Room offering 56 original windows that provide 360⁰ views of beautiful Catfish Lake and the entire Everett resort property. The Everett Sunroom with its granite stone fireplace (decorative only) is a popular venue for guests to gather and watch stunning sunsets over Catfish Lake. The Sunroom’s entryway which includes a covered outdoor veranda offers comfortable outdoor seating making it an excellent location to gather with friends, family and other resorts guests who have traveled to the Wisconsin North Woods from around the country. The Everett Sunroom is a beloved Eagle River treasure and provides a uniquely vintage special event venue for weddings, corporate events, family gatherings or other special events or occasions. The Sunroom is available for private rental by reservation only (fees, restrictions and additional contractual obligations apply).

When The Everett Sunroom is not in use as a private rental or for resort sponsored events, it is available to all guests for common use.

ABOUT THE MARINA BAR
The Everett is also home to the iconic Marina Bar, a historical Eagle River landmark that sits directly upon the Catfish Lake shoreline. The Marina Bar was known to be a popular hangout for Al Capone and other notorious gangsters who traveled the area. The Marina Bar is a must see when visiting Eagle River as its vintage styled screen porch offers incredible 24/7 lake views and spectacular sunsets directly over Catfish Lake. The Marina Bar, open to the public for the first time in 25 years and is accessible by land or water.

ABOUT BOAT RENTALS
Boats are available for weekly rental from St. Germain Boat Rentals which operates independently upon The Everett resort.

ABOUT EAGLE RIVER
The Everett is just a 5-minute drive from downtown Eagle River. Eagle River is home to the National Pond Hockey Tournament each February and is known as the Snowmobile Capital of the World. Snowmobile trails can be found just steps from The Everett resort property.

ABOUT OUR RESORT RULES & POLICIES…..
During Peak Season, (typically the 2nd weekend in June until the 3rd Friday in August) The Everett resort requires a 7-Day Minimum Stay with check-in and check-out days on Fridays only.

During Non-Peak Seasons, the Minimum Stay Requirements vary between 2-3 days with no restrictions placed on days for check-in or check-out.

The Eisenhower cottage is charged a $200.00 1-time Standard Cleaning Fee at the time of booking.

Reservation payments may be made in 2 installments, An “Initial Deposit” in the amount of 50% of the Total Fees payable upon booking and the “Final Deposit” which must be paid in full by no later than 90
days prior to guest’s scheduled stay. RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
