GREAT house in GREAT location

This was our second time staying at this well equipped home just steps from the boardwalk and beach. We love that this house is CLEAN and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. We brought our adult children and their spouses. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We love the private back patio and the abundant beach supplies (towels, chairs, etc). We hope to return again.

Grant St Beach House

It was a perfect house for my family vaca. The proximity to the beach and eateries kept us out of the car. The three showers were convenient. So was the washer and dryer.

Great location close to beach and boardwalk with shops, restaurants, bars… 30 sec to beach. House well equipped and very charming. Beach gear and towels a huge plus. Washer drier onsite. Super easy. Super nice! Gladly visit here again!

Great location and home

Perfect home if you want to stay close to beach and boardwalk activities. Kitchen is well appointed as well as the home amenities. They have everything you need in this house!

One of the Best!

We loved our 5 day stay at this rental! The location was super convenient…a short one minute walk and you’re on the beach or the boardwalk. Probably my favorite thing about this rental was how clean it was. It really was spotless! I don’t know how they do it, but there wasn’t even any sand leftover on the tile floors! I was truly impressed! This place also has extra security locks on all of the doors. A great upgrade for added peace of mind regarding safety. All of the positive reviews live up to the hype on this one! You’ll love your stay!

Comfort, Convenience, and so much Charm!

We LOVED staying at 326 Grant St. for our girls’ vacation — my two daughters, sister, niece, a friend, and me. We enjoyed starting each day sitting on the back patio and visiting over coffee and breakfast. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, in working order, and we had plenty of towels and other supplies. Getting to the beach was so easy and there were plenty of chairs for the six of us plus a wagon to carry everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. Lisa was very easy to communicate with. I sure hope we have the opportunity to stay at Lisa and Andrew’s place again! Our best VRBO experience ever!

Beach stay on Hollywood

Perfect spot with two parking places. Accurate listing. Host very responsive and quick. Great place to stay. If ever back that way will stay again. Host was very nice. Walking distance to eat shop and lay on beach. Very clean.

Perfect location

It was an amazing place to visit, clean, close to everything just a very short walk to the beach and food and shops. It was the best place to stay in Hollywood Beach. Great from start to finish.

Perfect Stay

This house is in a perfect location, just steps from the beach. The decor is really great, it keeps us coming back. Love the beach wagon, chairs, & towels. Hosts get back to you immediately if you have questions. Another perfect stay!

Beautiful Property!

Quiet street close to center of activity on Hollywood Broadwalk. The home is equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Very comfortable beds and extremely clean.

Warm Beach Welcome

The home was exactly as described. Close to the beach, a convenience store, live bands on the beach and souvenir shopping. Very clean, very easy to communicate with the host. Circuit taxi can pick you up and give you a quick ride locally for a great price. Will stay here again!

We had a lovely time at the property. It is literally only steps from the beach and Andrew and Lisa were great! Great home for family and lots to do within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great VRBO for family time!

Literally steps from the sand and this house had every detail thoughtfully taken care of! We loved the ability to unplug, and not have to get into a car to grab coffee, meals or enjoy great live entertainment. Truly the best VRBO property our family has experienced.

Family Vacation

We had the most amazing experience at this property. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more, even providing a wine opener for our convenience. They were incredibly responsive and understanding, even allowing us to extend our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a boardwalk filled with shops, restaurants, and bars. All in all, we would definitely give this place a rating of 10+ and highly recommend it to others.

Short walk to everywhere!

The best thing about this spotless, homey, perfectly appointed home is its location. There is a small grocery store on the corner, the beach is a two minute walk, Margaritaville is two blocks away. There are great bars, restaurants and activities all at you fingertips. Lisa and Andrew were wonderful. We’ll be returning for sure.
