Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home among the aspens near the base of the Canyons cabriolet gondola, and Park City Mountain Resort! Our spacious and quiet end unit town-home sits alongside a winding creek and backs up to aspen groves with views beyond to the mountains. This is the perfect property in any season for families or groups who want to explore all of the beauty and recreation that Park City has to offer. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Enter our mountain retreat and be welcomed by a beautifully decorated home that presents an inviting nature lovers haven in summer, and warm mountain lodge feel in winter. With nature views from every room, our town-home is in the best location at Timber Wolf.
The three large bedrooms are located on the second floor and all feature vaulted ceilings. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, spacious closet and overlooks the creek and gazebo just below. The third bedroom faces the mountain and aspen grove and includes a full over full bunk bed. It shares a bath (also with a jetted tub) with the queen bedroom which is convenient for families. A queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room.
All the bedrooms include ample closet space and each bed features a new comfortable mattress. The two and a half bathrooms feature luxurious towels, skin and hair products and blow dryers. There is an indoor washer and dryer, as well as a portable AC unit in each bedroom.
In the kitchen, you'll find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, pots, pans, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tons of baking utensils and supplies, with plenty of dishes and glasses. Perfect for entertaining and holiday family gatherings! The living room features a large custom stone gas fireplace, plenty of board games, a 55” flat screen HDTV and a Bluetooth enabled sound system.
Sip your morning coffee on the private deck while listening to the creek and familiar chirps of the ‘camp robber’ birds. In the summer or winter, fire up the propane grill for easy entertaining and enjoy either of the common area hot tubs, which are perfect for a post adventure soak.

TRANSPORTATION: Our Timber Wolf town-home is ideal for those wanting to make the most of their time in Park City. A short walk to the free shuttle stop will take you to the Cabriolet lift (4 mins) which transports you to the base of the Canyons, or into Old Town Park City (10 mins) or Deer Valley (13 mins). Kimball Junction and all its amenities including a Whole Foods Market are just a 7-minute drive.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund less a 3% service fee, if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in AND WE ARE ABLE to RE-RENT your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.
