Det finns en första våningen två sovrum, som kan stängas av från resten av huset, komplett med ombyggda badrum, soaker badkar och stora duschkabin. Övervåningen också kan stängas av och har två stora sovrum och ett ombyggda badrum.

Tvättstuga med en annan badrum ligger utanför vardagsrummet. Deck har också en stor utomhusdusch och en gasgrill. Garage har ett bordtennisbord, spelbord och extra kylskåp. Amazing Cape House

Perks of the house: central air, large deck, 4 showers (including outdoor shower), tons of space for 2 families, 2 separate living areas, large dining table is great for games, garage with ping pong table, easy beach drop off and pick up. We loved this house and definitely look forward to staying here again.

We stayed for the week of July 4th and it was perfectly located. Walk to 3 different beaches, ice cream and 7-11. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay. Loved it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house! The location is a quick drive to Sea Street for beach drop offs. It is also not a far walk or bike ride. It is great to have 2 living spaces, a great outdoor deck, and a garage for hanging out. There is plenty of space for everyone. Central air is wonderful. It's great to have 4 showers (including the outdoor one) when everyone gets back from the beach. Definitely will rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is just so lovely! The pictures displayed do not do the home justice. The home is so well laid out - multiple people can sleep comfortably upstairs and downstairs. The best part of the home is the back deck complete with an outdoor shower. We spent most of our time on this deck grilling, eating and playing cards. Beautiful home that has been taken excellent care of by the owners. We will be back!

Great family vacation!

This rental was exactly what we needed! Had every amenity we could imagine, plenty of beds, bathrooms and showers (with a beautiful large outdoor shower) for our 3 generational family! Beaches were close by- drops offs made so no parking was necessary and then a quick bike ride back. Dennis has so much to offer and this rental could not have been more perfect- our family enjoyed the large deck, large yard and the ping ping table in the extra garage space was a great activity for a rainy day! Thank you Steve for offering us your beautiful home!

Amazing house!

I’ll be honest. I don’t want to tell all of you how great this house is because you might limit my ability to rent. Usually we get to a house and we have to break out our mops and cleaners to get the house to the level of clean we need. This house is immaculate. Additionally the pictures normally make things bigger than they appear. Not with this house. It’s spacious and has more than you expect. The garage has a ping pong table and an additional refrigerator. The neighborhood is beautiful and while it is a bit more of a bike ride to the beach then we imagined (that hill coming home!) it was well worth it. We had two families and with three indoor showers and additional outdoor shower with no shortage of hot water. Getting ready for dinner at the end of the beach day was a breeze. We might have to fight for this house in the future. Lol. Bring a car to the beach to drop all of your stuff and everyone rides bikes. Close to shopping at 7 eleven that has a deli and liquor store and the Lost Dog Pub.

Perfect for family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out or get cozy watching a movie. The three baths and outdoor shower were great for our group of 9. The home is approximately 1.2 miles to cold storage beach which has resident only parking. Since we like to bring chairs and umbrellas to the beach we used the nearby marina pay parking. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk or drive through with many large homes. The Home is located on a very quite block but was close enough for us to easily shop for groceries. The kitchen was very well supplied and we also cooked several times on the outdoor grill. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful home!

Great stay

First time we stayed on that side of Cape but we really enjoyed it. House was plenty big for the 8 of us. Close to beaches and some great restaurants. It was great to have a family room and living room both holding all of us at once.

Beautiful house that felt like home!

This home was updated and very clean. Even with a full capacity of 12 it was still spacious and never felt crowded. The outdoor patio and shower are added bonuses. Without question, we would stay here again!

awesome house, fully stocked and spacious for families

This house was great! Fully stocked (including pack and play), beach chairs, umbrellas, ping pong table and a stroller. The layout is ideal for families as kids can sleep upstairs in twin room and the living room area downstairs is separated from upstairs due to layout which allows parents to hang out and not worry about being too loud to wake them up! Quick drive to Dennis beach. Fantastic stay!

Cozy Relaxing, I'd give this home 5 stars...

This property was centrally located for our family and close to everything and our families. It accommodated our large family of 10 plus 2 young children! Close to Sea street beach and walkable. The house size was great as was the property manager pleasant to work with.Home is updated and very comfortable and relaxing.. Forget about your jobs and enjoy!!
