Great house for kids

We rented this property to be able to get our 4 grandsons together (2 live in Destin) ages 7,5,4,2 - living area was perfect - toys were there, foosball table was huge as was luttle kids table

this is a great place to stay with kids!! location is great, greatly furnished with everything, 2 golf carts a plus, great view in the backyard. Owner was excellent to work with and great communications!!! would stay here again!!!!

Excellent place to stay

This property is in a great location and the golf carts are an added bonus. The house is very clean and the host is highly responsive. Recommend staying here without any hesitations!

Sea it all

Condo was all that was advertised and more. We had a 1 1/2 yr old and 3 other kids under 9. The condo was very kid friendly and even had added amenities (toys, chair for baby) and accommodating for adults also. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Golf trip 2024

Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for a golf outing. House was well equipped and very comfortable for a group of adults. The golf carts were a plus!

Fun stay

We loved our stay. The neighborhood was great, friendly and quiet. The children loved throwing bread to the turtles in the pond. The children’s items were great including kids’ dishes toys, and fussball. We would like to have had some storage furniture in the bedrooms such as a dresser or chest of drawers.

Family Vacation/Spring Break

Had a wonderful time. Echo was a great host. Our group had 6 adults and 5 kids between 2-10, and the house gave us plenty of room. Golf carts were great for zipping around and the beds were comfortable. Great stay!

Sandestin Dream

We were so honored to stay at such a beautiful property. We are Sandestin fans and this is by far the nicest property we have rented. Pleanty of room for everyone. This has been remodeled with all the bells and whistles and beauty. Can't wait to go back. Would definietly stay again!

Great Place for Family Beach Trip!

There was plenty of room for our family of 11. The beds were so comfortable we had to find out where to purchase our own. Communication with the owner was superb! We loved Sandestin and having use of the golf cart! Thank you Echo!

Excellent property

This was an excellent property in Sandestin. The pictures and details accurately represented the property. The house was clean with plenty of beds and room to hang out. The owner was proactive and helpful in communicating. Lots to do just minutes away. Recommended.

Family Vacation.

The property fit our family well. Everything was wonderful and any questions we had were addressed in a timely fashion. The house was clean and well stocked. Extremely welcoming. The location was great for anything we wanted to do. We will be back!

Fun in Sandestin

Our time at this property could not have been better. We found the home incredibly stocked with everything we needed for a fun week. The kids loved the foosball table and toys in the house. The adults really enjoyed the screened porch. We sat out there for hours talking and drinking coffee. Echo was so kind to keep in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to our next stay.

Perfect Pad

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Everything was clean and sanitized. If at anytime I had a question or concern, Echo responded within 5 minutes or less. This was our first beach vacation with so much bad weather; even a tornado touched down close to the resort. Echo took it upon themselves to personally text me to make sure we were all safe… that definitely speaks volume! Overall, A+ experience!!!

Large Clean Resort House in Sandestin

The house was larger than we expected and located in an older section of Sandestin close to the Links golf course, expertly remodeled in a modern coastal theme, and meticulously clean. We were in town for the week for a national junior golf tournament, and the house had plenty of room for 8 people and had everything we needed. The use of the 2 golf carts was a huge bonus shuttling family and friends to and from the tournament and dinners at Bayside. Echo touched base with us occasionally to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. We've rented homes all over the world, and this home ranks at the top of our list in the overall experience.

Loved our evening golf cart rides!

Beautiful resort community, with golf cart access to the beach. We grilled on the back porch, overlooking the pond, very relaxing. Crab Island is a must. Traffic was pretty heavy being Memorial Day weekend, but we still had a great time! Echo was the best host I have ever dealt with. He answered all of our questions and we so helpful! We will definitely be back.

Great house!

We loved all the updates the owner did. Property was clean and in a great location. Had a few issues, but owner was quick to respond and resolve! I think the only thing I would have liked were the bathrooms to be connected to the rooms. Otherwise it was perfect!! Loved that it has all king beds for the adults. That’s hard to find, at least from my experience. And all the kids toys and furniture was a great help for entertaining the kiddos in the house.😊Would definitely recommend!

Family get together

Wonderful place for my family to come together , there is something to do for all ages , my grandkids loved the golf cart rides and there was just enough space for everyone. We will stay there again.

The Perfect Beach Stay

Echo’s property was the perfect place to stay while celebrating my 30th birthday. Our whole group was blown away with every detail of the space- the grills, the TVs in every rooms, the foosball table, the decor, the golf cart, and all the beach chairs we would need. Great, clear communication. 10/10 would recommend, easily!

Just what we needed for adults and kids

The house had everything needed for 7 adults and 5 kids. The kids (ages 4-12) loved the bunk room and foosball table. It is one of those homes where it is designed to be beautiful, yet comfortable and durable for young kids. We were able to make and enjoy all meals in the home easily with the kitchen tools available and the table for 8 along with 6 little people table. Having the golf cart was great for adults to be able see different parts of the resort, take a crew to the beach, or grab any items needed from the nearby Publix. Even though there are many units, sitting on the back patio was very serene. Residents and guests were very considerate throughout the massive resort. The host was great to communicate with and easy to work with. Thank you for stocking the house with beach accessories and the golf cart! Next time we would bring or rent bikes as well.
