This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Tidewater charges a resort fee:
New registration takes effect January 1st, 2023 -
1 Bedroom - $35 plus tax
2 Bedroom - $48 plus tax
3 Bedroom - $60 plus tax
$10.00 fee will be added to all bedroom fees for late registration (late registration is registering with less than 24 hours of arriving at the property for check in).
