Parisian Hideaway - Charm Meets Convenience

Family of four visiting Paris from the USA. We really feel we lucked out booking this spot. Great communication from the hostess before and during the stay. Location was perfect, safe and convenient, surrounded by restaurants, cafe's, macaron's and around the corner from the Metro. The apartment was nice, clean, modern and had all we needed for a great stay. Dont hesitate to book this unit.

Amazing Stay in Paris!!!!

So happy this apartment was available for four of us to stay during Thanksgiving week. Truly spacious for four with all the amenities! If you are looking for a place to stay in Paris, this property should be near the top of your list!

Wonderful apartment and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Germaine and in this comfortable apartment. It’s an ideal location in the middle of local culture, ease of access to cafes, museums, Seine River, and more. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating. A lovely stay here. Thank you to Patrick & Genevieve.

Great location for exploring Paris

Great location for living like a local while exploring Paris. The apartment was close enough to walk to many museums and close to metro stations, cafes, parks, and restaurants. Genevieve was a fantastic host - meeting us upon our arrival and making sure we understood how everything functioned. Everything was as-advertised.

Perfect little apartment in a wonderful neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time and this was the perfect location for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Genivieve was a wonderful host and very good communicator. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to enjoy Paris!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location is excellent. St. Germain des Pres is safe, fun, beautiful, and has a lot of restaurants/bars that stay busy all night. 4 of us slept in the 2 upstairs bedrooms, and our youngest child slept in the pullout couch in the lower level living room area. We would definitely stay here again!

Don’t hesitate to look anywhere else.

I cannot express how PERFECT this location is. We just spent 12 days there and felt like home immediately. The beds are large and new. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures are all newer. Water pressure and hot water availability is good too. It did take 30 minutes to wash and 2 hours to dry using their modern equipment. But if you don’t t like the convenience, go around the corner to Rue Seine and use the laundromat. There is a lockable mailbox to lock the keys away, like we did when our adult sons left off on their own for the day/night. It is just off the bustling street of St Germain and 2 minutes from everything you could want or need, including metro station(s), grocery stores, small quick food, world class bistros, designer shops. Too many choices to list. The 2 floor unit is above a gallery and there are numerous others nearby. The host Genevieve is wonderful and very very helpful too.

Adorable and Perfect!

We enjoyed our week stay at Patrick and Genevieve’s apartment. They were there to check us in and walked us through how everything in the apartment works and got us all set up. They were great hosts and communicated throughout the booking and stay extremely quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here… we have two girls (13 & 16) and there was plenty of space for all four of us. There are many sites that are nearby and in walking distance. As well, there are some cute neighborhoods to walk through with and endless selection of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment and neighborhood!

Great stay for our Family

The house was charming and a perfect setting for our trip. We were very happy with our stay in Sainte Germain, both kids had their own beds which was a must for us! The house was well stocked and very comfortable, it was in a great location. We were able to walk to many restaurants, the metro, the Louvre and the musee D’orsey. There were a couple grocery stores close, which made a quick meal at the flat easy after a long day or walking. Our host was wonderful when we arrived to show us around. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay on rue Jacob

My friend and I had a wonderful 13 night stay. The apartment location is the biggest consideration. Easy walking to all the museums and adjacent to the rue de Buci. Lots of restaurants, lots of shopping, and just a very fun experience. The apartment was well appointed, lots of storage, the kitchen was new and clean, all the appliances were great. The bedrooms were large and the living area great for two people. I would rent this apartment again if I needed two bedrooms.

Great location

Host Genevieve was very welcoming and showed us around the rental and explained how everything worked. Place was spacious, clean and in a very central location to all the highlights in the City. We walked everywhere. Rental had everything we needed to make home cooked meals which were handy for the family. We would stay here again for sure.

Great Place in Paris

My family (5 of us in total, kids aged 8,11,13)and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment for 11 wonderful days. The location is fabulous it's on a nice quiet road however within a 2 minute walk of some of the best patisseries we found in Paris. We enjoyed our breakfasts at Cafe Bonaparte and it was wonderful. The location lends itself nicely that you can walk everywhere or take a short Uber or G7 taxis for a reasonable price. Communication with the hosts are fantastic. They were able to answer any questions we had about the apartment as well as getting around the area. They also provided a nice welcome guide with restaurant recommendations and how to use the appliances within the apartment. The apartment is very nice, clean and well appointed! We were able to cook a couple of home cooked meals with the kitchen appliance and utensils supplied and enjoyed a couple early morning coffees using the coffee maker. The apartment also had a couple adapters for our Canadian plugs and chargers to plug into which was a huge bonus. I would recommend this place to anyone that is considering a Paris vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in this flat very much-the host was great and it was a very lovely neighbor on a quiet street. I was so happy with everyone- if you get a chance to attend mass at the st Germaine church (about 50 away) you will never forget it - it was divine

Wonderful Apartment, amazing neighborhood!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay! The apartment is centrally located and was a perfect home base for our trip. The metro and bus stations are abundant and all within a 5 minute walk. You can get almost anywhere in the city within 25 minutes. We also loved the neighborhood and frequented the boulangeries and cafes. Shout out to Eric Kaiser, which we visited almost daily. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. We miss Paris already!!

Great Apartment

The rental was as advertised and in a great location for visiting the sights of Paris. Absolutely no complaints about the apartment itself. The only thing that spoiled the stay for me was that while I was informed that the keys to the complex were expensive if they were lost, I was not informed at how expensive they would be. Unfortunately, my wallet with the keys went missing while visiting the Eiffel Tower and I was charged over $330 to replace them. Had I known about the cost of replacement, I would have taken extra precaution to make sure the keys would not be lost -- such as attaching a locator device to them. That being said -- the apartment is worth renting if one is aware of the extra precaution needed regarding the keys.

Perfect experience!

We could not imagine having a better place to call home while in Paris. The location was fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable. The owners supply a lot of things to help visitors out like soaps and laundry detergent. It was lovely to meet Genevieve upon arrival too. We experienced a few very hot days in July and the fans and open windows really helped. We are already thinking about returning someday and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Apartment in the Heart of St. Germain des Pres

This was an incredible apartment for 2 adults and 2 teens. The beds were comfortable, the apartment a pleasant place for relaxing, well stocked. Geneveive was an amazing hostess. The amenities were perfect for a week. The apartment is centrally located and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and stores (we ate out and in). Metro is a short walk. While the windows are on the street, they are so well insulated you don't hear anything. A perfect place to stay.

Vibrant area, quiet retreat

Our family of 4 adults had a great stay at Genevieve’s flat! It is in a wonderful, vibrant area of Paris but tucked away in a quiet spot. The four of us fit comfortably. Close to metro and markets. We loved our stay! Merci beaucoup!!

The property is in the perfect location to walk to all the tourist landmarks….Eiffel Tower, Lourve, Notre Dame. Saints Chapelle, Latin Quarter, Museums and endless restaurant options.
