Whether you are looking for a couples getaway or a family vacation, Redwood is the place to be! We are minutes from US 33 and close to all the Hocking Hills has to offer.

Little Redwood is easy to find and minutes from US 33. Under 8 miles from Old Man's Cave, Cantwell Cliffs, Lake Logan, Rock House and other Hocking Hills State Park trails. Other attractions in the area also include:

With wooden walls and the ultimate cabin feel, this log cabin provides extreme coziness and comfort for our cabin lovers out there. This two bedroom, one bathroom house is great for a family with kids or a romantic getaway for two. It comfortably houses 4 people and our pull out couch provides 2 extra sleeping spots for our bigger groups. Having at your disposal a 7 person hot tub and a nice outdoor fire pit with a grill and the cutest string lights to improve that bon fire feel.

*Cabin is not secluded, it does sit near the road and there are neighbors around the cabin.*

Internet is provided, but can be slow and spotty at times. Streaming is not guaranteed. Due to the location, we do experience occasional outages out of our control.

Little family weekend getaway

It rained a lot of the weekend but we made the best of it. The cabin was in the best location for us to be able to go back and forth and have a hike and then a break for a movie at the cabin and then more hiking later with a break in the rain, and of course some time in the hot tub when we were done.

Bring your own water!

This cabin has well water that smells strongly of sulphur and tastes very bad. We had to use bottled water for drinking and in the kitchen, but the shower smells of it when showering. The cabin faces a fairly busy road in front and abuts to the neighboring yard which isn't clean, so there isn't much privacy. That said, it is a clean cabin but we had much issue with the water and with tripping over the fireplace foundation which sticks out into the walk area between sofa and bathroom door. Sleeping was awesome, Hocking Hills is awesome, but we were disappointed with this cabin.

Little Redwood

It was a much needed getaway with me and my better half, we found out that she’s pregnant a few weeks ago and we wanted to get something booked for our anniversary so this was the perfect celebration and opportunity!

Wonderful Place

The cabin was very cute and in a great location that was close to Logan and Hocking Hills. The fire pit was nice with the lights, and the hot tub was perfect for soaking after a long hike. We would definitely stay here again!

Little redwood

We came to hocking hills for 3 days, just a family get away and this cabin was great for us,nice size and way more comfy then a hotel! Kids were able to play in the decent size yard and creek, they really loved the hot tub! We will definitely be back

Chose not to stay

There was a wasp infestation inside the cabin when we arrived and after getting rid of 5 wasps and three more flew into the room, we abandoned our stay after 1 hour and went to town to get a hotel room for the night. Will definitely not be going back.

Fall break

Small but all we needed for a short getaway. Both beds were great but pullout couch was very uncomfortable. Hot tub only a few jets worked and took a long time to heat up, wasn’t as enjoyable as anticipated.

Weekend get away

Fun spot to stay in & about 10-20 mins away from everything! Wish there was more lighting by the hot tub, we bought christmas lights and put them up by it and it worked fine. Overall great place to stay!

Nice place

Overall nice place, very clean and comfortable, good location, quiet area. Not ideal for people with minor handicaps and mobility issues. No hand rails on any of the porch steps or in the shower, no shelving in the shower to set things on, ie. soap, shampoo, etc., no place to hang wet towels.

Cabin was cute. Pictures are slightly misleading to the size of the place. Absolutely zero cell phone service but the free Wi-Fi works well. Great distance from stores and main roads.

Cozy Cabin

Cozy cabin with a few issues. Bathroom door can be hard to close, as well as the shower door, no bathroom fan, left back rooms door does not close or lock properly. The rulebook says to put dishes in dishwasher before leaving and of course there is no dishwasher. So prepare to handwash or bring paper plates. Other than that, it was fine.

First cabin trip

This was our first time staying in a cabin, I’m normally an all out tent camper. It was clean and very cute. Nice little getaway for the fam. The only down fall was it being on a main road, other than that everything was perfect.

Cute cabin

This was a nice little cabin and we enjoyed our stay. It wasn’t the fanciest place I have stayed at but I didn’t expect it to be. We went to fold the couch out for my youngest to sleep on and there was popcorn all over it so the cleaning staff should be a little more thorough but the rest of the cabin was very clean and the hot tub was very clean although we never used it because it was so warm outside when we were there. Nice fire pit that we enjoyed and very close to all the things we wanted to see while we were there. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.
