This beautiful, sunny and artistically decorated condo is situated directly across from the Loon Mt. Ski area. Large picture windows with great views in the winter and a spacious modern layout bring the outdoors right into your living space. The unit comes with access to a swim and tennis club which has several large indoor and outdoor pools, 4 Jacuzzis, sauna and exercise room. There are many beautiful hikes, rivers to swim in, bike paths and cultural attractions near by. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the amenities. The mattresses in all of the bedrooms have recently been replaced. There is a bunk room with two bunks for the kids, a private bedroom with two twin beds, two more twins in a loft area, and a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is also a newly installed mini-split air conditioner in the main room to keep you cool in the summer. During the winter, a shuttle bus will take you directly to the ski area, so you never have to hassle with parking. What more could you want, for a fantastic, relaxing vacation in the mountains! Great property!

The condo is spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a nice wood burning fireplace. Easy check in/out. The complex is quiet and has amazing views of Loon.Would definitely book with Michael again! Very friendly, communicative and responsive.

Love it here

This is my 2nd year staying here and we love it. The owner is so wonderful, the location is perfect since it's right up the street from Loon, it's pretty big and you can't beat the price. Stay here if you're going to Loon

Beautiful property

Nice property with great location. The inside is spacious with amazing artwork throughout. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We had such a great stay in this property! It is so convenient to the mountain for skiing and an added bonus that the direction to the mountain does not have the same amount of traffic as the other direction - making it so fast to get there. The space is so comfortable and has a good feeling. In my opinion, even more spacious than the pictures show! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival! Thank you for a wonderful ski weekend with our 4 kids!

Over all condo was nice. The bedroom on the bottom floor with 2 twin beds smelled so we shut the door and everything else was fine.

Great place for a big group

The place had ample rooms and beds for the 8 of us (two full families) and was close to all activities we wanted to do plus many good places to eat. Michael was also responsive when we asked a question, getting back to us almost immediately. My only minor complaint was that it was not thoroughly cleaned before we got there.

even better than expected

I thought this place was beautiful from the website but quickly realized that the pictures don't do this condo justice! Even better than I expected! There was hiking all around, including, literally 5 minutes down the road There was access to pools and many other activities very close. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay on loon mountain.

Lodging and museum tour in one

The condo was spacious and well-supplied. The extra towels are greatly appreciated, as was the stock of laundry detergent. The artwork sprinkled throughout the condo provided my family, including the kids, with many opportunities for conversation and analysis. One suggestion, a good deep cleaning might be in order this spring. Otherwise, a great experience.

Spacious condo

Had a great time. We did have a hard time finding the right place because it was so dark. We did not have cell service for directions to the lock code so had to drive back toward Lincoln to pull up the email which was a bit frustrating on a dark, rainy night. Other than that, everything was very nice. Painters were around but not a problem. Loved the location and the amenities.

Great Ski Weekend

We really enjoyed the weekend. Michael was a great host and answered any questions that we had. The condo had everything one could ask for. The only recommendation was the beds were not comfortable. The mattresses are very old and many of us did not have a great night sleep. I would suggest bring your own blankets too. Other than that we really loved our stay.

President’s weekend ski trip

2nd time staying at a Clearbrook property. Convenient and close to Loon Mt. Property fit all of our needs and plenty of space for 2 families. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs on staircase ceilings and around windows behind blinds. Ceiling fan blades were so dusty we were reluctant to turn on to circulate hear. However, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Overall an enjoyable weekend and pleasant stay.

Beautiful spot. Clean, spacious, quiet, great location, filled with beautiful artwork.

We highly recommend Michel’s place. We are 2 families with 3 teens and had ample room over 4 floors for time together as well as privacy. We loved the large windows throughout giving us beautiful views. Access to the Mountain was easy with the shuttle. We appreciated the pool club and loved the outdoor/indoor hot tubs in walking distance. Great location re hiking trail access. The home is well-equipped with everything we needed — toilet paper, dish soap etc. and we had everything we needed to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Every room is made special with beautiful artwork. We were able to bring our clean and well-travelled dog which made it possible for us to travel. We look forward to returning!

Great views of the ski trails and the art is super cool

Property was great only thing that was strange is all of the actual house thermostats have lock boxes around them. There are 3 propane heaters for the house however some rooms stay very cold weather the door is open or closed including downstairs bathroom etc. I'd rather pay the owner and extra $100 for the weekend and be able to use the electric heat where needed

Amazing Time Once Again!

This was my family's second time staying at the condo. It was just as amazing as the first time! The condo is spacious, clean, and family friendly. There were quite a few of us and we all fit comfortably. The owner was gracious to accommodate us and once again we absolutely loved it! Having the kitchen on site allowed us to cook our meals each day vs eating out. One of my favorite features is the washer and dryer. I loved not having to bring dirty laundry home to wash! The condo is easily accessible to the nearby attractions as well - Loon Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, and Franconia Notch. Once again, it was an absolute delight. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again in the future.

A delightful stay

The house is as lovely as in the photos online. It's at the end of the road, so it's quiet. The views out the windows in summer are all of woods. The artwork, some by the owner, adds a sense of personality and beauty. There's plenty of room in terms of beds and space around the dining room table The kitchen is well equipped. The notebook for guests had excellent information on hikes in the area, of which we availed ourselves. There are many good hikes within a few minutes drive in Franconia Notch State Park or off the Kancamagus Highway. After hiking, it was pleasant to walk over to the neighboring development and use the pool membership there. The house is on five different levels, which is great if members of your party want private space apart, but could be difficult if someone doesn't do well with stairs (not our problem). The owner was very responsive to our questions on the VRBO app.

Long Weekend

Perfect spot to ski loon mountain!!!! -We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle but it picked you up at the end of our street. -Condo is perfect for up to 10 people but keep in mind the 2 twins in the loft are open to all sounds. -The gym (independently owned) is dated and doesn’t have wonderful hours which makes it difficult to utilize the equipment.

I am a psychotherapist, artist, poet and meditation teacher and my wife is an art teacher and artist. We live in Somerville Mass. and love how convenient it is to get to the White Mountains for a weekend getaway or longer. We have been coming to the White Mountains for decades, even before we owned this house!

We had been visiting this area for decades and my parents used to run a graduate program during the Summers in Lincoln. We bought this house when our daughter was 8 as a getaway.

We love the convenience and beauty of our space as well as the surrounding area. Because it is a condo-association is is virtually maintenance free and we can just come and enjoy our time off here. As we have gotten older we travel more so the house is available for rental quite a bit and this helps support our adventures in other parts of the world.
