Great place!

Large bed, spacious bathroom, super easy booking and check in process, and right in front of the public beach access! Was a great place for small family on a weekend trip!

Chair and umbrella service was a great perk. Outdoor furniture, the 85 inch tv was awesome!!!! We truly enjoyed football games . Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and anniversary ,it will be a condo to return to SOON !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we’d give this rental 4 stars. We’ve been vacationing on Okaloosa Island for many years now. And we’ve stayed in several different buildings. We liked this location a lot. It’s just a few steps to the beach. We did feel this unit was a bit pricey for the size of the unit, but it was our choice, so not really complaining, just stating an opinion (plus, it’s sometimes hard to judge space/size in pics). Also, I would only recommend this unit for 2 people, not even another small child, and definitely not another adult (or the 4 people the description says this unit will hold). The bathroom is tiny, and there’s no storage space. What we liked: location to beach, comfortable bed, clean, TV sizes, comfortable couch, kitchen size and amenities. What we didn’t like: AC is SO loud (it works fine, but was like a jet taking off the entire time it’s on) and there is a rattling noise; very little closet space (no extra room to store beach essentials, so stuff just hangs out in living room, and we had to store luggage back in car as there was no room to store them inside); no place to rinse feet off from beach; windows and door in bedroom let way too much light in at night and blinds you first thing in the morning (even with blinds closed; needs blackout curtains added); info to connect to WiFi was incorrect; TV speakers in living room wouldn’t work/connect to TV. Personal preferences we’d have liked to have: rugs throughout to help with sand spread (bathroom, next to bedsides, hallway runner, back door); less bulky furniture so there’s more walking space.

Actually by the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can’t actually see the beach from the property but, it was a 10 second walk across a side street. Nice and clean. Pool is in the perfect spot so there is shade in the afternoons after a day at the beach. Downside- the sun rises directly on the bedroom with no black out curtains. A/C was a little louder than I’m use to but it kept the house 72.

Everything you need!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Loved the easy beach access and the complimentary chairs and umbrella. The pool was small but perfect. Having the Tom Thumb next door was very conventional. The only downside was getting 4 towels for 4 grown adults. A few more would make things fantastic next time. We will be back!

Great Condo!

We had an easy check in as well as all the amenities we needed during our stay. The location was great, close to the beach access and next to the tomb thumb on Santa Rosa blvd. The owners communicated with us as needed with check in/out info. Would stay here again!

Close to the beach and not far from shopping and restaurants. We won’t stay anywhere else. The units have been immaculate and if you have a need, a phone call to the rental office is all it takes.

Beach vacation

The best part about this property was the cleanliness! That matters a LOT to me and it was wonderful. Communication was also great and location was just as described, steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time! Only 2 things, I wish there was a deadbolt on the back door bc children can just wander out easily. We have a 3 yr old but we were able to make it work! And the lawn out front has this like sticker thorn grass. We were able to kinda hop around it and walk around it a bit but those little buggers hurt when they attach to everything. Now I know they are native to the area but other than that we were able to walk straight to the beach with no shoes, hung out on the back porch going through the shells and sand dollars we found and our 3 yr old had an absolute blast for his first time! We will DEFINITELY be back to 108z thank you!

1st stay at Fort Walton Beach

The condo was very nice, well done and as advertised. Mere steps to the beach, which was also great! We enjoyed our stay vey much. The mattress was far too soft and the AC vents blew lighter items off the counter top, but everything else was very nice 👍👍
