Salt Therapy is your well deserved break! A home away from home. this condo offers all the amenities and comforts needed for a stay at the beach.
With all the comforts of home, this unit comes fully equipped for your arrival with luxury linens, bath towels and a starter kit of trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge. The large kitchen comes equipped with a full size stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster and microwave and all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans needed. There is also a small washer /dryer combo available in the unit for your use.

The unit is two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both en-suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds.

Located on the 12 floor of Sand Dunes Resort, although not direct oceanfront, the condo looks onto the ocean from the side with a great view, especially at sunset! . Being on the 12 floor it allows a amazing view of the beach. Easy access via the elevator. Check in is hassle free!! Bypass the lines and go straight up to the condo with the code provided on the day of arrival.

Sand Dunes offers an indoor and outdoor pool with a lazy river. The onsite restaurant is Oceans 74 and Starbucks just around the corner. Within a couple of blocks of the resort are many great restaurants. Bonefish Grill, Crave Italian Restaurant, Riptydz and many many more!!

There is plenty to keep the family entertained. a trip to the Sky Wheel for a 360' view of Myrtle Beach, Alligator Adventure, Pirates Voyage Dinner and show or stroll around Broadway at the Beach in the evening.

Daily maid service is not provided, this is a self service unit. Ice machines are located at the end of the hallways on odd numbered floors as well as a convenience store onsite. Food Lion and Publix are 2 shorts blocks away.

Misleading
The listing and photos are misleading. The floors were so filthy we could not walk barefoot. The rugs were dirty and the linens, sheets and pillows were very old and stained. The condo smelled of weed. Not being familiar with the area , I expected a resort style stay however this was more of an outdoor motel and the area was not family friendly especially at night time. The reviews on google for the actual resort, sand dunes resort, are terrible and much more of an accurate description for this place. We paid a 3 night stay and we were out the very next day. I did contact the property manager to try and come to a resolution but she quickly stopped responding and we took a loss on the money for the days we did not stay.

Great Location
This property was exactly how it was pictured and described. Very easy access to beach with an easy walkway leading to beach, making it easy if you have a beach cart. The elevator located right next to unit made it convenient for getting to beach and parking lot. The parking was a bit of a challenge, not many spaces they were not in garage(which was very tight to maneuver with a larger vehicle) but we made do. The property owner answered all our questions during our stay and got back to us quickly. Everything was well stocked. I high recommend this property.

We stayed here for 7 nights and we loved it! The condo is very clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Easy beach access and the pool was nice and clean. We would definitely go back when we go to Myrtle Beach again. Definitely worth the money and I highly recommend it!

This property was perfect for our visit. The only real issue we ran into was parking. Most of the parking spaces were full during the day due to the beach-goers. It was doable for our car, but we struggled some when finding a place to park our truck.

Labor Day Getaway
Listing is exactly as shown. Property is steps away from the beach and is on the main strip. River City Cafe & Starbucks are literally at the corner. The beds were comfortable and beach chairs/umbrellas are provided. The house was also stocked with toiletries for a short stay. My husband is not a beach lover like me but he enjoyed himself immensely.

What an amazing place
From the early in check until checking out today, we truly were amazed at this Condo. The pictures do no justice! The check in was hassle free and the property manager provided us with the code once the unit was available. We walked into a beautiful ocean views from the living room and master’s suite, a very clean property. The property provided chairs and items for the beach. The staff at the property were friendly and helpful. We received parking passes and bracelets to roam the resort! I do plan to use this condo for future vacations to Myrtle Beach! Also, one the perks were the location. We were within 4 miles from the locations we love to visit such as Tanger Outlet, Soho Restaurant and the Alligator Adventure park! Thank you for such an amazing experience and ooooh, the condo had an ample amount of towels, dishes and pots! I could go on and on! We’ll be back before the end of summer!

Spectacular stay
This unit was perfect for our little group! The common space was very cozy and everything was perfectly clean upon arrival. We were needing some help during our stay with on of the appliances and Michelle got back with us in a timely manner and was able to resolve our problem. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have encountered during our many stays in Myrtle. The on-site pool was great and they do a great job monitoring for outside guests at the pool. The check out process was very simple and stress free.

Exactly what we needed. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, we still made the best of it! They only complaint was the doors into the property bang at night with the wind. The condo was very cozy and clean! Perfect location to everything! Many laughs and memories were made!

Fantastic stay with this property. The ownership was excellent to work with and the home was very clean and linens were fresh. We were a little delayed getting in due to prior tenant getting out on time, but Michelle was extremely helpful and took very good care of us.

Beautiful spacious condo with a great view
Our stay was great from beginning to end. The condo was even prettier than the photos and beautifully decorated. Our family of 4 was very comfortable with one king and two queen beds in 2 separate rooms. We had everything we needed for meal prep and even small things like tea, salt and pepper, and a nice knife set. To top it off, Michelle helped us with a scheduling problem on the last day and made the trip even better. Thanks for a great visit to Myrtle Beach!

Beautiful room
My family and I recently stayed at this property. The room is very spacious and beautiful. I loved that my kids had their own room with their own bed. There are beach chairs and an umbrella that you can borrow from the condo. This was very helpful because the first day my husband and I accidentally left our chairs on the beach and someone took them. The place is very clean. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. There are two different types of coffee pots. One for drip coffee and one for K cups. The property manager was very responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. My husband and I were not aware that we could not use all amenities at the resort since we did not book directly through them. There is a water park that is part of the resort that we were not able to use. I asked if I could pay for a day pass and they would not let me. Per the property manager, this was mentioned on the site. However, it was not mentioned on the contract so we were not aware. With that being said, there is one pool that can be used. The pool gets really really packed. It kind of grossed me out with the amount of people in one pool so we spend the majority of our time at the beach. There is an on-site restaurant and bar. Great food! Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
