Una gran casa para entretener o viajar con la familia, el espacio amplio y abierto es luminoso y funcional con una cocina grande y moderna. Disfrute de comodidades como aire acondicionado central para los días insoportables y una chimenea de gas para esas noches frías. Cuatro amplias habitaciones que pueden alojar cómodamente hasta ocho personas; dos en el tercer piso y dos en el primer piso que actúa como mini suite con cocineta. Perfect for our family gathering

The house is lovely, with a great view of the water and very close to 1st Beach. The open plan kitchen, living and dining room on the 2nd floor was great as a family gathering spot for meals, to play games and watch TV.The two bedrooms on the third floor are both sizable with contemporary bathrooms each with a tiled walk-in shower.There are also two bedrooms on the entry floor with a galley kitchen.The house was perfect for our family gathering over the holidays.

Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay here! The house was so beautiful and had everything we needed to feel at home, especially with two little ones. Being so close to the beach made it easy for quick trips if we needed something back at the house. The ocean views from both balconies was the cherry on top. Rick and Lizete were helpful with our stay and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to book another stay here soon!

Family vacation week

My husband and I along with our young adult children all stayed very comfortably in the house . The location was perfect a quick walk to the beach and short ride into Newport. The owner was wonderful and we will definitely rent this property again.

Family Wedding

The house was perfect for our family to be together before our daughter’s wedding. It was spotless, beautifully appointed and comfortable. The hosts were readily available to answer our questions. I highly recommend this home if you’re in the Newport area!

Pristine house!

The house was absolutely perfect! Well thought out, clean bright lovely. Beautiful ocean view close to several restaurants and St Georges School where we had a graduation. Very attentive manager and owners. Will definately rent again! A gem!

Family reunion/ wedding

We stayed at Mar Azul for a family reunion and my daughter’s wedding in Middletown. The property was just beautiful, spacious and perfect accommodations for our needs. Lizette and Rick were extremely communicative and wonderful to work with. The property was perfect proximity to our venue and Newport. Loved the water views and our morning walks through the quiet neighborhoods!

Amazing home

Everything about our stay was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were easily accessible and communicative when we had questions about the property. We were a group of 7 total and had ample room to relax and congregate in the home. It was exactly as pictured, extremely clean and a two minute walk to the beach. The decks and master bedroom offer a relaxing view of the beach. House was a dream come true will definitely return!

Beautiful house

We stayed five nights during Fourth of July weekend. Great space and clean, perfect for multiple families as there were three floors, allowing for separation. Location is fantastic. If you are staying longer than three nights, be aware the trash cans are small and will need to dispose overflow elsewhere. Property manager was a little rude but communicative enough. We’d stay here again!

What you see is what you get! Absolutely gorgeous! We were trying to plan something pretty amazing for my mother-in-law‘s 70th birthday but wanted to be safe! We decided to rent a house in Newport. When I found this house online we all agreed this was a perfect fit for our family. I have a 10-year-old son and a six-year-old daughter then there were two couples and my in-laws. Every room was fit perfectly for each one of us the cabinets were perfectly stocked the beds were clean the backyard was great with a wonderful grill the two kitchens was perfect for us and it was very very clean! The host Lizette always responded to my text messages and was very accommodating!! I’m looking forward to renting this house again in the future!

Perfect place in a perfect location

Loved our stay at Mar Azul. We had 9 people, 6 adults and 3 small children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location is wonderful. It is only a short 10 minute walk to Easton (or First) Beach and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport (where all the action is). It is only a 5 minute drive to Sachuest (or Second) Beach which we liked better than First Beach. It is also only a 10 minute walk to lots of great bars and restaurants in Middletown. You should definitely check out Flo's, Atlantic Grill and Rejects Beer Co. The house had everything we needed for our group of 9. There is a second kitchen on the first floor which had a second refrigerator which came in handy with our large group. All the beds had memory foam mattresses which everyone was happy with. The view from both decks was great. Looks directly across the bay at the Cliffs with its many mansions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it if you are thinking of staying in the Newport area.

Amazing location!

We had such a great time here! The location is incredible, a very short walk to a beautiful beach and restaurants. The house is beautiful and new, great kitchen for cooking and hosting!

Great house

Not only was this a great house, but even the neighbors were nice. When I got ready for my wedding here, the neighbors let all extra cars park in their drive way. The house was clean, spacious well decorated. My only con was, could use better curtains. Weird to say, I know but, better draperies and poles would look amazing in that house! Especially the living room. If you’re looking to stay somewhere near Newport, stay here!

Spring break in Middletown

We had an amazing stay at Mar Azul! To start our April vacation, myself and 3 girlfriends stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed wine and cheese on the top deck and late night chats in front of the electric fireplace in the living room (loved the basket of cozy throw blankets available for chilly evenings on the deck!) On the third day, my husband and two teenage daughters met me and we stayed an additional 3 nights. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lizete and Rick left a thoughtful welcome package in the kitchen including some wine and snacks to enjoy during our stay. We ate in for breakfast and dinner and appreciated that the kitchen was well-equipped with new appliances, dishes and serving pieces. I am accustomed to house rentals in OBX where you need to bring EVERYTHING, so was pleasantly surprised that bed linens, towels and paper products were available at the house. It certainly made packing much easier! The house is conveniently located a short stroll from Easton's (First) beach and the cliff walk. It was also a short drive into Newport for shopping and dining. We took Lizete and Rick's suggestion (in the house guide) and hit up Atlantic Grille for a yummy breakfast within walking distance from the house. The house is stunning and well represented in the listing. Check in was very easy and Lizete was very responsive to email and text messages leading up to and during our stay. We look forward to a return visit!

Lovely modern home in a great location!

The home was so lovely! The rooms were well appointed, modern, and clean. The house had plenty of kitchenware to use throughout your stay. The views of the beach were so relaxing. The best part is the location — you feel like you’re at the beach but then it’s a short 5 minute ride into downtown Newport. Would definitely stay again!

Easton Point beach home perfect for visiting Newport, RI

I highly recommend Mar Azul! The owners - Lizete and Rick - (along with Kelly the Property Manager) were hospitable, very accessible and all provided speedy responses. We could not have picked a better place for our gathering. We were a group of adult friends who stayed for 6 nights. This contemporary Easton’s Point beach home is located on a peaceful residential street. Décor and design is photo shoot worthy. The beach is a two minute walk away. There are a few restaurants/bars, stores and liquor all within a 10 minute walking distance of the beach house. Downtown Newport, RI is 6-10 minute drive depending on traffic. The spacious and thoughtful layout of this vacation rental is great for the group to gather together but also provides privacy over three levels. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and provided appropriate storage. The gourmet kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, plenty of serving/glasses/utensils and the linen closet well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces from sunrise through twilight. The multiple options include two balconies with views of Easton Bay and the backdrop of the Cliff Walk in the distance, a covered front porch and an outdoor patio in a landscaped backyard with a lush garden feel. The second full kitchen on the first floor provided great access to the fridge and supplies when grilling out or hanging out on the patio. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Great House, Great Location

New and clean house with generous bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Great views of Easton’s Beach and Cliff Walk from both inside and out. Layout affords privacy for guests if needed, and 2 large open kitchen/living areas for family gatherings. Decks and back patio are perfect areas for relaxing outdoors. Short walk to 2 beaches, or longer walks along Cliff Walk or downtown Newport. Great area for safe cycling up to 35+ miles, longer if you add repeat loops. Gracious and attentive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

This house is just lovely. It was so well equipped - everything you need can be found in the kitchen. The linens and supplies were plentiful. The owners have put a lot of effort in to ensuring a very comfortable stay. Truly can't think of a single negative. Perfect location too!

Wonderful 4th of July weekend!

What a wonderful time we had in this magnificent home! It is spacious, meticulously decorated and accommodated our 2 families of 4 with ample room for all (the King master en-suite is fantastic!). Rick and Lizete are amazing hosts that are accessible and pay attention to every detail. I have never stayed in such a well stocked and appointed VRBO. The location could not be better with its easy access to 1st beach and the convenience of walking to Middletown convenience stores. Downtown Newport is a reasonable uber away and the cliff walk within walking distance. I can’t say enough about this property! Thank you Lizete and Rick for your hospitality!
