Good Potential - Poor Upkeep/Service

The trip started in confusion. The property manager said that Vrbo had booked me in two different properties. Apparently a mix up in the photos on the Vrbo site as well. The unit we stayed in was in decent shape. The exterior was in need of repairs and the grass needed attention. Big problem was the AC did not work. The property manager provided a small portable AC unit that made the temperature tolerable but not comfortable. We checked in on Saturday but did not have a service person show up until Wednesday. A part was needed so still no real AC the entire time. The property manager did refund 2 days from our 7 day stay. The property has potential to be nice but needs work.

Summer adventure

The location was great located between camp perry and down town. The place was very spacious, kitchen had most of what we needed, and cleaning service took care of a spot that wasn’t cleaned. All appliances and AC worked well! We would happily stay here again next summer!

No frills but adequate stay

The picture must be older because the property has more wear and tear than this picture. The home was no frills but was serviceable. The queen size bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress and box springs have seen better days. The place was clean with the exception of hair in the shower.

Wonderful Family Time

Me and my family and friends stayed here it was very inviting and very clean , perfect for the family we went fishing there and everyone around was very nice. I would recommend.
